I was pleasantly surprised by how nice these folks were. They were not hard sell. They gave me the information about the car, including the car fax, told us the best direction for a test drive, and were reasonable for the financing (it helped that I had prequalified through car gurus so I knew what rate I could get).
They not only did a nice job cleaning the car and getting it ready, they filled the tank.

I asked about 1 car and I've been getting multiple emails and phone calls from the dealer for weeks straight asking me about the car. I talked to them and told them I would come in on my own time to see it, but they still spam the h#ll out me. Is blasting me with emails and phone calls supposed to make me want to buy from them or is the spam fulfilling some other need they have?

If your someone that likes to get a
good deal on a new car & don't want
to put your self in negative equity &
get ripped off paying over MSRP. I
recommend you shop elsewhere.
This dealership would not honor
military discount & have added
additional mark ups on the car with
hidden fees. That will put a Sedan
double over msrp and will put you in
such a deep hole that you will be in
negative. They refused to show me
the dealer Invoice price at the
dealership & were not transparent at
all about the hidden fees. That they
added.

I had asked the dealer if they are willing to negotiate on the price if the car before I even come to the dealership and they deliberately said no which save me a trip but I don’t know how they want to make clients or sell cars when they don’t even want to work in the price it’s a buyers market right now I know but if I’m spending my money I should have some time if room to work on the price and I was told by a relative that if no other dealership will work with you they will but I guess I proved my relative wrong.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealer without first getting a third party pre-purchase inspection. I bought a 2016 Highlander AWD. I decided to have my mechanic do an inspection after I bought the vehicle just to double check the battery, brakes, tires, etc. This car came with three different tires! Not only is that generally a bad rule for AWD vehicles, my mechanic mentioned the back tires measured 11/32 whereas the front tires measured 5/32 and 6/32 respectively. Having tire tread differences like this on an AWD vehicle can cause major issues. Third party pre-purchase inspections are cheap. Usually ~$75. I would highly recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection before buying any used vehicle from this dealer.
One last point. I called the dealer twice and left a voicemail with both my sales representative and the finance person I dealt with hoping to rectify this issue. I have received no phone calls back.

The salesman was great but the person he went
to for approval of the deal would not budge on
the price. First, I was looking at a used toyota
Camry but decided to go with a brand new 2019
camry. The approval guy would not match the
offer I had from another dealer. He instead tried
to tell me that the other dealer was just saying
anything to get me to come out there. Not true.
They gave me the car at the quoted price and the
interest rate that passport was offering. I was
able to get rebates that were never mentioned at
Passport either.

I recently went to this dealership to look at the car. They wouldn't move on the price and they marked it up 1k I saw the price one day next day 1k higher. Second time I went to this dealership both time's a complete waste of time wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Purchased car
Inexperienced salesman. Called an hour ahead of being there so the truck I called about would be up front and waiting for me but when I showed up it wasn't and then the sales guy took 20+ minutes to locate the truck..
Brought my DD-214 to see if they offered a Veteran discount. They do it was $250.00 but what killed it was the (DOC) FEE of $351.00 and then the (DM) fee of another $300.00. The Sal's guy not the financial manager knew what those charges were... So needless to say they didn't want to work with me so I walked out. Over all poor dealership in my opinion..
Syd was straight forward and honest. He had the car ready for us to test drive before we got there. The whole process was easy breezy.
Kingsley was really cool! It was like hanging out with a family member! Only difference is instead of taking a dinner plate home.... We took home our car! Good times for sure!

Very responsive
I called. The dealer said the car would be available, and we scheduled a time to see the car on a Saturday morning. Late in the day the preceding Friday, I got a notification
that the car was now NOT available, and at a different dealership, essentially canceling my visit to the dealership. Therefore, the car wasn't available for me to see. They
notified me the following Tuesday when it was available, but I had already made a decision on another vehicle. This is all I can say about the dealership, since I did not visit.
