Absolutely awful experience. I test drove the car and took a few days to consider my options. After reaching back out to the dealership saying I'd like to purchase, they seemed very excited and scheduled me for a time to meet the business manager and complete the sale, saying they were glad to be moving forward with me buying the car. I was literally *on my way* to said appointment, at a time they set up, when they called and said they sold it to someone else. The sales rep, JJ, was rather dismissive too, saying "if you had come sooner it would've been yours".....THEY SCHEDULED THE PURCHASE APPOINTMENT!!! Ridiculously awful way to treat a prospective customer, I will never be giving them my business and urge others to consider other options or be incredibly wary of any sales information provided by Passport Mazda.

Wouldn't accept my LLC as proof that I've got an established business,, and I've got an excellent credit rating. I went to another dealer that was 1000 miles away. They completed the deal and delivered the car to me .

Terrible. Took a long time to get my Certified Warranty paper work. Over 24 hrs they could not get a broken screw removed to properly install my rear license plate. Their finance guy tried to upsale the Warranty packages. He totally ignored my request for the Certified Warranty. After paying over $25 K, they can't give you a full tank of gas. Over 2 days a Terrible experience. I will never buy a car from there again.

Drove 2hours to see the car. It is advertised with a photo describing warranties and the salesman advertised they don’t negotiate pricing due to said warranties. However, after the hard inquiry against my credit they advised me there was going to be no warranties. They pulled all these shenanigans AFTER I made them aware I had $6,800 of the $6,999 advertising pricing that had brought me there to begin with. Would not recommend to anyone.

Salesperson was very friendly, accommodating and transparent. However, the dealership didn't have the Carfax posted online, so I only got to see it at the dealership. I had concerns over the history, but there was no more negotiating over the price to get it closer to my budget. They said another similar vehicle was getting inspected and would be available in a couple of days, but they never followed up on me with it. Just as well, I decided to go with a Honda in the end.

Dealer was helpful and friendly. However, the car was in poor condition, particularly for a new car dealer. Scratches and scuffs on all sides.
They should have been embarrassed to have it on their lot.

After speaking at length with a sales rep and making an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. I called and texted to confirm the appointment and 6-8 hrs later I finally received a return text not a call but a text saying “the vehicle was not supposed to be retailed”. Why was it being advertised on the internet? This was after telling me that it was going through the dealerships reconditioning/detailing etc. The sales rep then texts me again as asked if I would be interested in another vehicle. Why would I purchase anything from you at this point? Your word is no good and if someone offered a better deal for the vehicle, don’t tell me it’s not going to be retailed any longer!! Bad business!!

Wonderful experience all around. The salesman Earl was very knowledgeable and quite helpful - even in the rain. Oh yeah, he and the manager Mohammad gave me a great deal on the CX-5. I feel great about the entire experience. If you need a Mazda, call Passport and ask for Earl.

Contacted dealer, seemingly had some issues with the email. They were
asking me if I got their email, which I never did, and they weren't getting some
of my replies. So I text the number provided by the person who responded,
and she leaves me on read! Guess this dealer just didn't want my money.

Everything about this dealership was awesome, they were nice and friendly. Mr Michael took time to explain everything we needed in detail. Had to return the car for MD state inspection and was given a different car to commute to work. It was a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know. Good job guys.

Very nice experience, went in, no bushing around, test drove it and purchased
The dealer contacted me and said the price which is lot higher than CarGurus
listing price. When I asked for the clarification about this, they said the car is
sold out.
Still they didn't removed this listing, they are following this trick to lure the
customers. Don't get in to the trap !

Reached out initially but then stopped communication when I wasn't interested in leading options.
I clicked on the link to ask the dealer to contact me and within 30 minutes
Blake, the Internet Sales Mgr. called me. We made arrangements for me
to see the car I was interested in the following day. Blake told me a
salesperson named Tonya would contact me to set up the meeting. I
heard from Tonya via email and phone within an hour and we set up a
meeting time. I told Tonya that the dealer was farther away from my
office than I thought and I had to get back to work so I would need to
move quickly when I got there.
When I arrived at the dealer the next afternoon, Tonya had the car right
out in front and ready to drive. We immediately jumped in the car and
took it for a test drive. Tonya was knowledgeable about the car and its
features so things were going well. On the way in the dealer I saw a new
car that I liked a little better so I asked about it and I said I was ready to
make a move on either car but if I preferred the new one, but only at a
certain price. Those negotiations took 2 minutes as I made a fair offer
and it was accepted. I made it clear I did not want the "hard sell" on those
extended warranties, etc. because I needed to get back to work. Tonya
definitely gave her co-workers a heads up on that as I went to the
finance, wrote my check, signed some papers and the deal was done.
Only one issue remained- I had no way of driving the car back home so
Tonya talked with Blake and they offered to have some people from their
team bring me the car and sure enough, the car arrived just when I
asked for it to be delivered- right on time.
I can't say enough about the people at Passport Mazda. They did a great
job and gave me exactly what I asked for. Tonya is terrific at her job, she
knows her job inside and out and she communicated very well the whole
time, right up until the car was delivered. Perfect transaction from start to
finish. Great job Passport team!
