I drove 5 hours, stayed overnight, and then was able to wait for 5 hours in the "sales bullpen." The vehicle had a broken/chipped window, broken TV, and nothing but delays and false promises while lack of quality control was evident. I was informed they would transfer my plates, hence driving down, but then it was a "mistake." They didn't process my registration with my state and I have had to keep sending notes regarding this. I have reached out to the CEO with no response but I was able to receive a snarky email from the sales rep because he promised in the sale 3 times that they would transfer my plates but I should be ok that they made a mistake and it shouldn't matter but refuse to rectify. I have worked to resolve the issues in good faith but met with resistance. The dealership advertises: Free BMW Ultimate Care which consists of complimentary scheduled maintenance for 3-year/36,000 miles but then finds ways to ensure you pay for this. Buyer beware.

Lazy salesman! 0848 I told the to hold the car car I wanted! I couldn’t make it to the dealership till Tuesday which was two days from the time we spoke. At 1700 hrs The salesman sent me the paperwork but then told me that somebody came in and bought the car. Slow, inconsiderate and lazy! Took me a long time to find this exact car with options I wanted.

Recently had my first and last attempted car buying experience with Passport BMW. The sales rep was overall moderately attentive. Initially claimed to not receive my questions and comments from CarGurus.com Reminder of communication ranged from prompt to delayed response including hours to receive all purchase required documents and deposit information. Written communication confirmed the sales manager was aware of my intention to purchase the vehicle at 12:20 pm. Over the next several hours the info was received and a deposit made along with a properly executed purchase agreement. At 5:32 pm I received a message that someone else was looking at the vehicle I had already agreed to purchase, then after 7 pm I received a message that they sold that vehicle to another party. Passport BMW has demonstrated a profound lack of respect for customer’s time. They have demonstrated that they are not trustworthy and their sales manager does not honor their own agreements.

Buying a used car is never fun, I know because I've purchased my share. However, this is the best used car buying experience I've ever had. They delivered to my home in VA and completing the transaction was easy. The car is a CPO and is in excellent condition. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

They were nice. i have had 5 cars serviced there over the years so, i am familiar with them. The car was cleaned and in front of the door. The car is priced above market so, i expected it to be immaculate. It had 3 obvious problems, older tires (was jittery at low speed) and on the test drive, it went into safety mode so, we were coasting without power until i restarted the engine. They refused to fix the car and wouldn't budge on the price so, i bounced...

They were really nice and helpful, except they forgot the main thing, making sure the car was still available before making me fill out a credit application etc...

I went into the Dealership and was not approached by anyone, I had to hunt someone down to ask for help. This is not an inviting or welcoming dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

The car was on there website for sale. I went to the dealership to look at the car. They told me I couldn't look at it because it was getting a MD state inspection. I ask them if the car is not ready to be sold, why do you have it on your website. I told them that I wasted my time and gas for this trip.

Daniel brought the car to me to test drive. I loved it and made all the arrangements in a week. They brought the car back to me and I signed the contract. I never had to travel the 45 miles to the dealership to buy the car. Daniel was great to deal with and most accommodating. He guided me through the entire process and when I spoke to him about the 228i convertible for the first time, he showed the car to me through “face-time “.

i found a vehicle that i wanted more information on and the listing asked to contact for pricing. i requested and asked for their best price. it took two business days to receive a reply from dealer to which i was informed that the best price was the price listed.

Over priced Corvette by about $2600. They wanted $31,000 for a Cargurus price of $28,400. I offered $29,000. They are looking for a lollypop to buy their over priced cars.

This was an outstanding experience for buying a car. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive, the sales consultants were excellent, as was the finance manager. Normally, the car- buying process is not pleasant for me, but this was certainly stress free. I was delighted in every way! Btw - I bought the vehicle and I couldn't be happier!
