Although the Chevrolet spark they were trying to
put my wife in very clearly had transmission
problems and they knew it would’ve failed had we
driven off the lot with it, they were nice but
definitely overdid text messages, to their credit
they did try to get me and her into a vehicle but
every one they had was either too big or out of
our budget (not their fault), they seemed nice

I inquired about purchasing a 2020 Lincoln MKZ
While waiting for a response, the vehicle was reduced from $18995 to $18000
A salesperson then sent me a quote for the original $18995 plus multiple dealer and add on product fee
When I inquired about these fees and why they quoted price before the reduction, I was told from the sales manager that the sales staff had to make money.
When I researched, I found from former salespeople who had a auto buyer service that these practices and fees were something to avoid
Since I received the quote that car was reduced another $1000 and finally sold after some weeks.
I can understand a salesperson needing to make money, but both they and the prospective buyer can be made whole by using better sales practices and thus avoiding possible buyer skepticism and negative feelings about dealing with auto sales dealers and salespeople

I inquired about this 2020 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The salesman sent me a quote that was ridiculous. First, the online price was previously reduced to $18000 before the quote was sent, but the quote began at $18995, then included a number of "product" and "service" fees that car buying services warn you about. When the manager asked how it was going, I responded with my concern about this type of dealing, and he said that his guys had to make money , which totally turned me off from moving forward

Let me start by saying...SATISFIED customer! I was looking for a specific Jeep for months and I found it at Cloninger. I
sent a message and was contacted immediately by Ana and Abby. We talked price and came to a very good price for
me. I made a appointment with Kenneth to look at the car and if I liked it I would buy it. Prior to my appointment one of
the owners, Ricky I think, called to make sure everything was going well and did I have any questions or concerns. I had
no idea he was a owner when we talked. Super nice guy. When I arrived Kenneth had the Jeep ready to go, I gave it a
good look over and took it for a test drive. I liked what I saw and Bobby did all my paper work in no time, then back to
Kenneth for the keys. While I did the paper work, Kenneth filled the tank with gas. I really enjoyed working with Kenneth,
he's a great guy. A very easy transaction from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly.

Boys are bout it . Great experience.
I would have given this interaction a higher rating but there was major mis-communication in
the beginning. While I was in negotiation with a salesman the price of the vehicle dropped
online... The internet sales manager changed the price and the salesman was unaware. We
originally priced the vehicle and the first estimated sales document was sent with 3,800 worth
of extra charges.. By the time they added all their fees the price went from 23,400 to 27,200!
That is is NO exaggeration. After I told the salesman we simply were not going to pay that
much for the Jeep and we had others to look at that were much cheaper and comparable in
mileage and options they did work to earn our business. I am not trying to be mean here, but
how many people would have simply accepted the 3,800 of fees taxes and such? When we
finally got to the dealership we received the treatment that we wish we would've gotten from
the start, not only after we were ready to purchase somewhere else.

Did credit application, sent in all bank/income information, constantly reached out to salesman who was creating the deal. I was completely ghosted once all my information was sent in. Couldn't get in touch with the salesman, the sales manager wouldn't return any phone calls. They shipped the vehicle to a different dealer and increased the price almost $4k. No reason for a dealership to completely vanish on a customer that was ready to buy.

Emailed to come see it . Got there noome could find it . Still to this day no answer to where I can seen it. It's listed at Parks Chevrolet on their web site and on car gurus website. But noone knows . Just said it was whole saled.
Nice business another 2 hr drive for nothing
The dealer responded quickly and Nick was our sales rep. He answered all our questions. Chris, his manager worked with us and our situation in a gracious manner. Finally, Mike took care of all the financial transaction expeditiously. The fact that we were over 200 miles away but felt confident from beginning to end speaks volumes. Drove to pick up car and it was an in and out.
I found an ad here on CarGurus where the dealer offered free shipping to my door. As a matter
of fact, the ad was in very large bold print saying they would deliver it to WV even though they
are in NC. I contacted Carl a salesman who was very helpful in making the deal happen. After
we agreed on a price and trade in I was then informed they would not pay for delivery and that
it was $500 extra. Being totally comitted to the deal (they knew it) I agreed under protest and
got my car.
After getting the truck, I wrote to managment about the false advertising and was hoping for at
least some of shipping charge back. Two people reached out to me by email, but when I
explained the issue, they never wrote back, just ignored me, despite repeated attempts to get an answer. Once
they got my money, there was zero concern about my satisfaction.
Christina was awesome. She made my buying experience comfortable and personable. Wesley was great and very helpful.

Friendly. But the person I talked to wasn’t very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I had to request several different people to get the info I needed. Turns out the car wasn’t the right one for me. Good people.

We drove 4 hours after speaking to Carlos about a truck. We test drove the truck and after we arrived back at the dealership we noticed there was issues with the brakes. We were told “it could be worked into the deal” Huh? There were 4 very used tires on the truck that wouldn’t even pass a state inspection and the retractable bed cover that runs around $2,000 was nowhere to be found. The salesman had the truck looked at, we were then told it was a warranty issue, but then it was “brake issues” we made one offer on the truck, the salesman left the office and came back with a piece of paper. We were told that he wasn’t going to his sales manager with that offer because “because he would look stupid” It became very obvious that the salesman had no idea what he was doing, or he just didn’t care. We were told there were several similar vehicles and after he went and asked, there was one Dodge truck. Don’t shop here!

The car had already been sold when I arrived for my appointment. The email sent at 9:30 am informing me before my 12:30 appointment was too late as I was as steady on my way. The salesman, Ron Shafer, had nothing else to show me, and seemed inconvenienced I was there. Not a good experience.

I was contacted by the dealership around 11:30am and scheduled a time of 2pm to arrive and test drive the vehicle. I traveled 75 MILES to the dealership and started the process of sharing information about my trade-in with the salesman, Ron Shaffer. After only 30 minutes at the dealership, the salesman stated that the vehicle had been shown 10 minutes before our arrival and the customer was in the final stages of signing documents. The dealership could not care less that we had reserved a test drive THREE HOURS before they sold it out from under us, and all after allowing us to drive over an hour to their location. Unprofessional sales experience and the dealership should be embarrassed. They deserve 0 stars!

Made an appointment and drive an hour 20 minutes only to get there and find out the car I was interested in had been sold. That's fine except they said they would call me if it sold so I wouldn't waste my time and gas.

Notified me about a major problem with a vehicle they had that I was about to purchase. They could've sold me that vehicle and not let me know, but they did the right thing. It made me realize that they are more concerned about the customer rather than a sale. Eventhough I found another vehicle elsewhere, I appreciate what they did and wanted to let others know. contacted parks about a truck that was listed on cargurus the listing had said it was still available that night that following morning i checked
again on there website it was still available i get everything in order then call and talk to a sales rep. he verifies its still available so we go
through with checking my credit( and by the way i was pre qualified for financing even though my credit score is a 540 i never knew i had
credit to start with lol) So the sells rep. tells me he will text/call me when my credit and application goes through i get a text back 30min later
saying the vehicle was sold 4 days ago that nobody took the listing down LOFL ok they just didnt want to do the paperwork for a sub-prime
loan if they would have it would have been a win win for both they get a reoccurring monthly cut from financing and a bonus from selling
and a cut off the down payment as well as a good review to further there business do not do business with Parks Chevrolet!!!

This dealership was not willing to work with me
on a sale. It seemed very one sided. I was low
balled on my trade and they would not come off
of their price by even one dollar even though I
was willing to increase my offer by $2000. The
difference in my offer and asking price was
around $4000. It was on a mid $30k priced
vehicle.
The salesman I worked with was slow and
unfriendly. I would not
deal with them again as it was a waste of time.

Helpful service.
The sales man was very nice however their business practice was not so good. I was communicating with the sales person through text and phone call and was told the car was in detailing. I even had a bill of sale drawn up as I was planning to purchase the vehicle. My last conversation I was told that he couldn’t locate the car and it must have been sold. During the process the price increases online. There needs to be better communication between the salesman so this doesn’t happen. I would not recommend this company.

Worst automobile buying experience in 50 years
of buying vehicles. They insisted I pay them the
sales tax and they would transfer my registration
and get me new plates. I explain to them I didnât
need new plates and wanted to keep my own plates that were special plates. It took me several
days to get it though to them. Itâs been 19 days
and counting and still have not got my
registration. They told me they donât where it is.
The car needed a front license plate bracket it
took 2 wks to resolve this issue. Not sure why I
gave them two stars it should have been one star.
The true test of a dealership is not how they treat
you before they get your money but how they
deal with you after they get your money. They fail
the test. Oh and by I way I was charged for this
sevice. I think I should get my money back. Not
sure how long before I get a registration or what I
will have to do to get it.

Buyers be aware of this dealership! I drove 2 hrs to come get this 2017 Dodge caravan. The van stinked like cigarettes but yet they told me they had it in detail before I got there but I had them change the cabin filter ad they sprayed it down with frebreeze. They whe very pushy trying get me to sign the paperwork that Ive never seen thisvgot a video about. As my daughter ad I was checking the van out we find more issues. My daughter found that one of the TV screens was shattered & there was no wireless headphones. Further investigation of this vehicle there was navigation system when it was advertised on here. I never in my years of life had this worst of experience with trying buying a vehicle. The sale person was trying push me to come before I could telling me if I didnt come on a certain day or they couldn't hold the vehicle. Their fees are higher than other companies around them and too top it off they try get you get an extra payment for the extended warranty which I've never

In my excitement when I first viewed the car online I failed to see it was a PDK equipped car, both my wife and I are are looking for a manual. As such, we passed on this car as beautiful as it is.

Contacted this dealer and set up a time to see the vehicle. I got out of work late that Friday and did not get to see it but made an appointment to see the vehicle the following Tuesday. When I left work and told them I was on my way they said the truck was in the shop for recall work. (Good thing I didn’t make that 2hour drive that Friday. Now it has been ten days since I was originally supposed to go look at the truck which was supposed to be ready today and since I had the day off I asked what time I could come see it. The response I received was they had’t heard anything and I could call the ford place that had the truck and ask them. I kinda thought that was strange but out of curiosity I tried to look at the carfax to see what was done to the vehicle and only get a prompt to pay for the report. I also asked about price before I came and was told being onsit carried weight on getting a better price, probably hoping I give them asking price or waste my four hours of driving.

Good customer service, Chris Sharper was great to work with very personable. Only complaint was that the management staff there wouldn't budge until I left the dealership which turned into a 4+ hour long sale. Overall I would buy from them again.

I did not had the best experience with communication from the dealership. After calling multiple times because my son wanted this car it took constant phones calls to get any answers about was the car available to be viewed, was the car back from the shop, is the salesman going to reach back out as promised. This was the worse experience when I’m trying to spend my money and and the salesman will not communicate back.

I was ready to buy a car from these guys and then. I made an offer and they did not want to
budge so I left to think about it and they were very animate they could not go any lower. Well to
my surprise I received an update through cargurus the price dropped. I waited and a few days
later received a text message about trying to get the remaining off; I called back my sales rep
10 minutes later (I have the logs) and he acted like he knew nothing about it. We talked and I
called out the lies and inaccuracies about the car to him and made a counter offer. The people
at the dealership if caught in a lie or wrong will never admit to it and will double down on their
stance. The best part was having the sales person yell at be through text that they are losing
money on the car.... seriously... After a couple back and forth the price of the car had dropped
over 750 dollars but the out to door price they quoted me had only dropped $532. I'm
telling/showing all my customers this.

Responded quickly. Only reason for 4 stars is based on price of vehicle, don't like when dealers advertise price based on incentives. Other then that they are very helpful and got right back with me on incentives that I do qualify for.
Answered all questions; quick to welcome me to dealership and offer assistance; phone, text, and email follow up was handled very professionally. In the end, I found the exact car I wanted elsewhere and did not buy at Parks Chevrolet.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had during the purchase process, no one will answer your questions completely, I asked what is my total cost out the door on the vehicle I selected, and even telling them to have the GM send me the total numbers he can’t even take the time to find out what is going on with this customer. Poor management. They will bounce you around to different people and it’s like starting all over with telling them what you want. They don’t give you the numbers because they try to make you use their Finance company at a high rate and then they make more money off you. Stay away from this dealership. By the way there General manager I still didn’t get the numbers I asked for, I would have bought the vehicle if you looked into my deal and ensured I was taken care of . I’ll stay with my local dealerships , I thought I would go out of town and try someone else, but what a waist of two weeks of e-mails , text messages and phone calls.

The dealer and I set an appointment to look at the car. The day I was on the highway to see the car, they called and said they pulled the car out to have it ready but there was a problem. He said they would pull it in to service and call me back. He called back to say that I could come see the car but can’t drive the car. Gave no description of what the issue was. What a waste of my time.

Parks was not very responsive to my email inquiries thru Car Gurus and Autotrader on this truck. No wonder it sat for 45 days on their lot.
I finally got to look at it. They were generous on my trade and I liked the sales guy. I bought the truck because it was what I wanted. Their customer service thru the process was very poor. If I had not wanted the truck, wouldn't have messed with them.
They didn't make me feel like my business was valued or wanted. The sales manager (Hispanic female.... never got her name) was mean and difficult to do business...no personality.
The truck only had one key and I gave them the two from my trade. When I asked about a second key, was told that because they lost $1500 on the truck I would not be getting one. The wheels (aftermarket) had no TPMS monitors. I inquired with Marla the business manager two weeks ago and she has yet to respond.
Maybe if you're buying a chevy it's different? Would not recommend this dealership!

I contacted them via Car Gurus about a 2015 Honda Civic SI they have. They showed me a car in very bad condition. It appeared to have
been under water at some point, had rust and mildew visible in the interior, heavy damage from smoking, the dash was in poor condition and
something felt wrong with the brakes. If this is the best they can do, It's a good idea to purchase your pre owned car somewhere else
because they're either in the business of taking advantage of people or whoever manages their used car sales department has no idea what
they are doing.

I thought Ashley the lady that contacted me by email was very pleasant, but the salesman that actually showed me the car was not very engaging and did seem intrested in sale if the car. And when he showed me the damage to the car that just ruined it for me. I feel before you put a car on the lot to sale need to make sure it is right to start with. It makes it look like the car dealerships really doesn’t car as long as they are making a buck. If your looking for a car I would shop elsewhere.

Parks Chevrolet told me the vehicle was there, ready to view and I
could buy it that day Friday. I took a half of a day off work to
purchase the vehicle with a check in my hand for the entire purchase.
After driving for almost two hours the sales person called me to say
that the vehicle wasn't there and out for service only to return the
following Monday. I bought a truck the next day, I would never

I contacted this dealership about a 2013 Silverado and spoke with a salesman by the name of Brandon. I told Brandon I wanted to know a little more about the truck and he was unable to answer my questions at that time without speaking to his service guy. Brandon said the truck was available and when he could speak with someone he would call me back.
I waited about 24 hours before calling back. I was transferred back to Brandon who told me he still had not spoken to his service guy. At that point I advised Brandon the truck was no longer on the website at which time he asked me to hold on while he checked on it. After a few minutes Brandon came back and told me the truck had been sold the Saturday before and the salesman had failed to remove it from the website. He offered a different truck which I had no interest. I think Brandon should have visually checked the vehicle when we first spoke so I would not have wasted anymore time on it.

they all left, even though I called ahead to make sure they would be there for me to talk to

Dealer contacted me in a timely manner by several people and responses in general were informative. The question I had about the condition of the car was answered somewhat vague and did not match the report on the car. Dealer stated the damage was minor but report stated extensive damage with items replaced such as tire and wheel. If just the tire n wheel was damaged it wouldn't have made the report. If a wheel has to be replaced and a 2017 car is no longer under any warranty, I would think the damage was severe enough to void the manufacturer warranty. We passed based on the response alone.

Sales person assured me this car was in great shape and I wouldn't be disappointed. I drove 1hr 30 min to see this car and after 10 sec of looking at it there was a dent sticking out like a sore thumb. Parks, You should repair your cars before putting them out to sell to customers. RIDICULOUS.

Just not interested in dealing with internet customers. Very slow to respond to customers. When you call them about a vehicle, they act as if they are in aware of any discounts.

I gave 5 stars because they responded with great effort but my experience didn't work out with Parks....they sold the car I was interested in before I could get there. Fortunately, their salesperson did call me just as I was headed out to let me know before making the trip. He did call back with information on two more cars that just weren't quite what I wanted. The response from Parks was excellent. I was just a day late and a dollar short.... I did find a car elsewhere.

When I put in the contact, my phone rang within 2 minutes even though it was after hours. Told salesman what I was interested in and that I would come by the dealerhip within 24 hours with a check if he could get me the OUT THE DOOR price. Was told that I would hear back the next day.. Never heard from this dealer again!!

car gurus on a whim and noticed
this particular vehicle at Park
Chevrolet. We decided to stop in
on our way down. Glad we did.
First sales guy I met was Harris
the floor manager and he was
absolutely 100% professional. I
also worked with Keith in the
finance department. The man is a
wizard with a highlighter. Usually
my wife is nervous about such
large purchases and quite often
she has post purchase blues. It's
been two weeks since we
purchased and she's had none of
that. While much of that has to do
with the car itself the process in
the professionalism while we
were at Parks certainly plays into
that. We didn't feel awkward or
"sold to" or pressured into
making a decision that we
weren't comfortable with. A
great salesperson makes you feel
100% at ease at all times through
the process and these guys are
very good at their craft. Kings to
