The woman who contacted me seemed interested when I said I was only interested in the Lexus
400H if they would trade me even up for my 2007 Acura Tech Package MDX on which I have invested
over $8000 in repairs the last couple of months. She asked me to to send photos and I took a lot of
time taking and sending them 25 photos. A salesman Ernie contacted me and I told him the same
thing. Later he called and told me they would only offer me $2000 despite my repairs and said Kelly
BB and other value sites were worthless. I have never been so insulted in my life in dealing for an
automobile and will never consider dealing with them.

Had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Got the deal done relatively quickly so I could get on my way.
The entire staff at Packey Webb, especially Adam and Abigail were fantastic. They made the buying process easy and pleasant. They never used hard sell tactics to get me to buy the add ons. They made recommendations and let me decide if I wanted them. They even suggested I pass on certain things that they didn't feel would be of value to me. Packey Webb will be my first stop going forward when looking for a new vehicle.

They were fast in response but I chose another vehicle
For the most part everything went pretty well from initial contact to the purchase. The salesman was fairly responsive with the emails though took some prodding to disclose fees. The vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive and and the salesman was friendly enough. The vehicle was as listed with no cosmetic or mechanical surprises. There were a few things at the end that did leave a bad taste in my mouth though. Upon arrival I was told there were 2 vehicle keys. After committing to the purchase and signing papers the salesman informed me there was only 1 key. This key was also broken and held together with tape and the buttons didn’t work. I was told to just change the battery (you’d think they could’ve done this), which I did after getting home only to discover the key is just broken. So I was told I’d have 2 keys and don’t even have 1 full working key. It’s a big deal when they’re $200. There was also a miscommunication with the finance guy that caused an unnecessary 40 min wait

My salesperson Jerry was nice but I was there for 5 hours, the finance guy seem got upset when I didn't want to take his extra coverage. The car I bought was not even clean. It looks like they change the oil but it said in their app that I only have 20% left. They only gave me half tank of gas. Bad experience overall.

The ad was not clear that the Ford Transit van was not extended
length. We saw an extended length van (two years old, dirty, and not
cleaned for sale)) on the lot and test drove it. After the test drive, it
wouldn't start again. Dealer wanted the price of a new one and
wouldn't budge. Can't see buying a vehicle from them.

They wrote me several times , I was unable to reply as I was out of state dealing with a deceased relative. I did miss out on the car, they weren't pushy or anything like that, very professional and wanted to know if I had any questions, offered a video tour of the car. I'm currently checking their used car inventory, their prices seem very reasonable.

A TERRIBLE experience. I worked with a salesperson for 4 days to get financing and a down payment all set. I stayed in close contact with the salesperson. The dealership is more than an hour from me. As I was leaving my home, going to purchase this car, I confirmed everything with the salesperson. I was told that the car was waiting for me. I called while I was on the way to the dealership and the salesperson informed me that his manager had decided to sell this car to someone else, even though he knew that I was driving to the dealership, at that moment, to purchase the car.
I have no words, or at least no civil words, to describe how angry and disappointing this was. My advice is to stay far away from this particular dealer.

I messaged them in the morning and an actual salesperson contacted me, instead of an internet rep/ manager/coordinator etc. I worked with Brad V. who was straight to the point and didn't try to sell me on bells and whistles. I am currently disabled and it's very difficult for me to get around. I sent them a fair offer via email and they accepted it without any back and forth. My offer was
below their asking price and it was exactly what I intended to spend. I had contacted other dealers and very few were willing to negotiate via email or budge on their price. I scheduled a test drive, loved the car and had outside financing. I was in and out in less than two hours. No pressure to buy add ons. Although they offer extra warranty, no bullying to buy the products or to use their financing. A fast, painless transaction. I'd highly recommend this dealership and contact Brad V. In sales.

I bought a 2010 SVT raptor From here, under the impression that I would get Better service if I bought a Ford From Ford. I didn’t think I would have to aggressively negotiate a tank of gas and an oil change, in which I DIDN’T GET. On top of that, The fuel pump went out on the car less than 9 days after I bought it. Thankfully Nick from the service department was a stand up guy and Repaired it with no Hassle. Still haven’t received a follow up call asking about the truck from anyone from Customer Service or sales. Shows how much they care.

The customer service was ok.
Although the car that I purchased had a few minor issues that the dealer hidden from me, but I did asked them before I bought it online. Also one major issue was the rust from Chicago weather and I also asked and they even sent me pictures, of the bottom of the car, but this car has lots of rusty haze on all chrome mouldings and nice amount on the undercarriage.

The price color and mileage listed on your website was different from the sticker price The salesperson Jerry was great. I purchased the car on a Saturday but told them I was seeking State Farm financing on Monday. This is our 3rd car with Packey and normally they would hold onto the paperwork. When I called them Curtis or Chris Monday morning to let him know the financing went through he told me that he submitted the papers and that I had to wait for the finance company to mail me something. I also sensed a wall between us in his conversation whereas prior to that he was welcoming and telling me about his sons.

Good experience, as the salesperson was not overly aggressive. I was
test-driving a used car on their lot. They did try to get me to buy, but after I
told them I wanted to look around some more, they did not push too much.
I found their used car pricing to be fairly reasonable, unfortunately, I did buy
elsewhere. I would look at them again in the future.

Recently purchased used vehicle from Packey Webb and overall not at all satisfied. Was given car with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Brought it back to dealer after a couple days and had to spend close to $600 for front brakes and transmission flush as well as $40 for them to tighten and oil hinges on lift gate. All of this should have been done prior to them putting it on the lot for sale. They would not negotiate having these things done at the dealer expense because they had the upper hand since we had already purchased the vehicle. They should not sell a car unless they themselves would drive it as is and buy the car at the price we paid. Lesson learned, take car to own mechanic before signing a contract and giving them money and walk away if they won't let you or give you a guarantee of some sort.

We had an awful experience at
this dealership. I hate to say it,
but this is your stereotypical,
sleazy car dealership. Our
salesman was nice enough, but
they "play the game" ad
nauseous. Not only did they offer
us $4500 less than Carmax for
our trade in, but they made false
statements throughout the entire
process. I was shown a kbb
report of my vehicles value to try
and justify their offer. Upon
further inspection, there were
some key elements missing (I'm
assuming intentionally) to make
me believe the value was much
less than it actually was. When
confronted about it not showing
AWD and Navigation, the
salesman simply said, "oh that's
just how we ran it, but the values
are all the same". Since when do
these key features not add
significant value to the price of a
vehicle?!?!
They continued to "go talk to the
manager" to get answers to
simple questions while leaving
me waiting, and I eventually had
to walk away from this place. Our
salesman called us a number of
times to try and help (good cop)
but when it came down to it, I
was their least favorite type of
customer....informed!
I urge you to make sure you do
your research on what your
vehicle is worth, and what the
vehicle you're looking for is as
well. They will make statements
that are obviously in their best
interest, and if you don't know
what you're doing, this is the
dealership that will take you for a
ride.

I seen one same model etc as mine but 1 year newer. It was bare bones and selling for 24,000. Mine has the ultimate pkg, same as car looked at and the only would offer 12,000

It turned out the pre driven car was a dealer buy back under the lemon law, was purchased at auction and had a moderate collision. We found this out on our own. Had our mechanic go over the car a found a major engine/transmission leak. We did not buy this car but did negotiate a new car purchase at this dealership.

top it smelled very musty inside car they still wanted a lot for car
after I asked for car fax I then found out about damage very shaded
experience. The salesman said he could get smell out I really can't
believe that with how bad it smelled

Worst dealership I've ever encountered. Despite calling beforehand
to set up a test drive of their cobra mustang and driving 1hour they
refused to even open the door of the car unless I guaranteed I would
buy one from them. Who buys a car without driving it?
