All three are true professionals, and dealing with them was a pleasure---from beginning to end. They all displayed a commendable "customer first" attitude--so refreshing in these days. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Chris and Josh worked patiently on the details of the sale, and I left feeling grateful to have found their business. Also, BTW—they have a beautiful collection of high-end vehicles in their warehouse. While I can’t afford them, I could (and did) admire them!! This transaction was amazing!! I've had such a hard time finding a reasonable dealership, and Josh's process was so logical and easy that I almost couldn't believe it. The car was exactly as described, drove great, and the price was exactly what we discussed on the phone. He didn't try to upsell me or change details in the terms, and he was very knowledgeable and efficient at getting the documents drawn up even when his computer failed and he had to do it all by hand! I was in and out in maybe an hour or so total. Very, very happy to have found this place!

I say initially bc they stopped responding as soon as the person found out i did not have the best credit and that it wasn’t going to be a cakewalk sale. I would have gone great lengths to try to get this vehicle but apparently it was too much work for the potential payout. I guess I’ll talk my business elsewhere, bc I still need a car..

Was contacted by Jeff Jackson, a sales associate, who let me know the vehicle was still available. He attached some additional information about the vehicle, and appeared ready to assist. I got cold feet when my wife wasn't ready to have her car as part of equation, and would have driven the cost of the vehicle beyond my comfort level. Would have loved to go and test drive the vehicle, maybe I could have talked them into financing for eight years:-)

Never responded. When I made a call about the auto, they never called back as they said they would. Very unhelpful.

They told me the car was out for servicing. And when they get it back they would let me know. It must have needed a lot of service. They have not gotten back to me. Its been over a week.

I bought a car from them... Jeff was great, got everything done quickly... Ryan was new but was accommodating... I may have Jeff and Ryan mixed, sorry in advance. now onto the car... Clean car-fax so I was happy about that... I feel like they didn't tell me something about the front of this car, after having it home and putting on jack stands it for sure has hit a curb or two and has some loose parts, I cant really complain to much about that because it is 8 years old BUT there is some paint miss match happening on the door that wasn't noted, and if they really really inspected it they would have noticed it. Again to be clear im just stating things, I am not blaming the dealer for someone hitting a curb at somepoint in the cars 8 year life, sure they could have replaced the 50 cent clips... but eh its alright. They also could have spent the 300 and got the door painted correctly. It's a clear paint mismatch and none of the pictures showed this, wish I would have seen the car in sun.

I expressed that I am a very motivated buyer, as in when I saw it would purchase it, but they didn't get back to me for several days. I went elsewhere and bought another car. They obviously had a buyer, but instead of being honest and maybe taking my information as a back up buyer, just did the lazy thing and didn't bother letting me know. In my estimation of customer service, they suck.

I drove 109 miles to see the car. My car had an issue so I rented a car to see the Mini. The ad said “runs and drives”. The car was in “limp” mode and barely moved. The salesman had driven the car up for us and never told us it wouldn’t drive or that CDL light was on. Now I am out $80 for a rental and 4 hours of my time. Buyer beware with these people! If a deal seems too good to be true, there is always a reason! This is a case in point.

Online response time was decent. They got back to me the same day. On-site they don’t act like they want to sell you a car. You will need to go inside and find someone and inquire about the vehicle you are interested in. I don’t like pushy salesman but when I walk into your showroom I would like to be acknowledged and asked if I need assistance. The cars test driven were clean and seemed to be in good working order, but they will not allow you take the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing. They state they have had problems with that in the past and you can have someone come in and look at it. That is a deal breaker for me when buying a used car.

No pressure seller. Made me feel comfortable. Super clean facility and vehicles. Picking up a different MINI than the one I initially looked at. Taken was great.

I just purchased a car from this dealership. They do nothing to inspect their wholesale vehicles and have no idea what is wrong with any of them. Non negotiable pricing and unknowledgeable staff. The car I purchased broke down less than 3 hours after I signed for it and they refuse even a partial refund. Do not purchase from this dealership.

Not very straightforward about what was wrong with the car and car was very very dirty inside, still previous owners belongings inside. And when asking if price was negotiable because of everything wrong they said no

They responded quickly and without ANY pressure to call me or get me to the car lot. No one likes a pushy salesperson. I have not purchased a vehicle yet but I am considering one they have at their dealership.

They replied to my specific questions. They worked with me on a cash deal on the merit that my total loss check was in the mail. I picked up the vehicle and it was as clean as the photos suggested. Car rides/drive a awsome but I smell and see oil and Chris said it was from valve cover work which would explain it. I am watching this oil to see if it's legit but so far so good.

This dealer does not allow vehicles to be taken off site for mechanical problems check. Couldn't trust that car was safe to buy. Unfortunate.

Yes they did; but the vehicle I requested was sold. I am looking at a vehicle they have right now, but the price is $2500. above value and they will not negotiate price. I have found others "rovers" that were newer, and lower miles for less money. I love the vehicle BUT the art of negotiation needs to be learned

Ended up buying this car at a very nice price. The guys were very easy to work with and very accommodating. None of that creepy car salesmen stuff. Highly recommend checking out the awesome cars being sod by this dealer.

Dealership was prompt to respond to my interest in a car, and was very accommodating! I was able to test drive and leave a deposit on a vehicle, and drive it home just 2 days later! Sales were not pushy and they have beautiful cars on their lot! The garage techs were happy to answer questions and I felt very comfortable putting my kids in a car from this group. Warranties are offered as well, which is rare for a used car lot! Very happy and we will shop here again for our next "new to us" vehicle!!

We called about the car before heading over- Luke ( who was great) had the car waiting for us when we arrived. We test drove it and bought it then and there. The car was perfect- just as described. I bought a BMW from this dealer, they were fair and I found the car I wanted.

I purchased a 2008 BMW for $9990 and was assured all was good. I was aware that it needed a mirror but that’s it. I drove the car home about 100 miles and then the next day noticed the engine light came on out of nowhere. I took it to a local BMW shop to see what it was and came out with a $9800 quote. The turbos were shot and I was recommend not to drive the car with it like that. It also had a valve cover leak that needed repaired. I contacted PA Auto Select and they told me I bought it “As Is”. I told them I understand but I just paid for a $9800 car that I cannot drive now. I feel like I was ripped off and they lied to me. Ryan assured me that they check every car over and put on the computer. If this was the case then either they knew the car had blown turbos or he lied and never checked it out. So after many calls to them they agreed to look at the car and I pay half of the bill to fix it. I told them no that at most I would pay another $2000 toward the turbos and mirror just so I could drive it. They refused and the owner Mike walked away saying I bought it “As Is”. I requested then I just return the car and close the loan and we both go our own ways and they refused that as well. PA Auto Select is clearly not an honest company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I now have a BMW sitting in my driveway that I have not even made my first payment on and I can’t drive it. I understand I bought it "As Is" but come on. I cant even drive it and I feel like they knew about it because they were so rude and just wanted me to leave. STAY AWAY!

I had such a positive experience at PA Auto Select! I've never bought a car from a dealer before and James, Chris and Michael made it so easy. I'm not their target demographic (bought a Honda) since they cater in general to a higher-end clientele but they were so helpful and friendly that I wouldn't have known that if it weren't for the cars in the showroom. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car. Oh, and the car is great too! Great price and not a thing wrong with it, which was confirmed by my mechanic.
