This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The cars are parked tightly together. When asked if they could pull it out to get a better look I was told they needed to pre qualify me first. I informed them that I didnāt even know if I wanted the car. So then they said they needed my drivers license even tho I didnāt ask to test drive. This place gives shiesty vibes. If u decide to go there anyway be very mindful of everything they do and say.

Staff were nice, finance manager doesnāt have very good people skills. Most likely would have purchased the vehicle I went to see but he wouldnāt come down from the 2k transfer fee they were charging on top of the listing price

I let them know over the phone that Iād be traveling 4 hours to buy the car. They helped get everything ready before my visit and when I arrived Nukri greeted me at the door although heād never met me he knew who i was which let me know they pay attention to their schedule and customers needs. After that they fast tracked my purchase and got me out the door and in my car in under an hour. Great service, great selection, great cars.

Called dealer on Saturday no answer, put inquiry in via internet. Someone responded, let them know I was coming Monday, Monday morning received email saying car was sold. Later that day another person from same place emailed me responded to my internet request saying car was available. We connected via phone, I informed him that I was told the car sold. He looked at different places on the system and found that it indeed sold. He did try to find me something else to purchase. They need better internal communication.

I was ready to upgrade my car, but dreading working with a salesperson! I decided to bite the bullet once I found my dream car and ended up working with Nukri. He was incredibly kind and not at all pushy. I work 55-65 hour weeks so nearly all of our conversations were while I was at work. He gladly accommodated my hectic schedule while also answering all of my questions and making me feel completely comfortable with an out of state purchase. We even joked that we became friends throughout the process, he's an absolute gem! My vehicle arrived yesterday and is exactly as gorgeous as it seemed and I couldn't be happier with it. Overall the experience was good. They were very pleasant, engaged, but maybe trying to get a little too personal. I purchased a warranty with the vehicle and was told that if anything happened the warranty would be covered nationwide. The day after I left the engine light came on, since I live over an hour from the dealer, in a different state, I called to make sure I could take this locally and get it fixed. I was told I had to make an appointment with their service shop and bring it back, but they would give me a loaner if it took too long. I told them I didnāt want to travel back and forth so much, but got nowhere. Then I went to get the vehicle inspected for my insurance company and found they forgot to put the registration in the vehicle. When I called they swore it was in there, when I assured them it wasnāt it took three phone calls and half a day for them to finally e-mail it to me.

The representative from the dealership was friendly, and he quickly found information about the vehicle in
question. My issue with the dealership is the hidden fees they add to their vehicles. I asked specifically if
there were any fees besides sales tax, vehicle registration, and title transfer, and the employee ensured
me that there were no other fees. When the dealership sent me the buyers order, they added a "dealership
fee" of almost $1500. When I asked about the fee, he said that it was so they could afford to buy vehicles
and have them shipped from other areas of the country to their dealership. I plan on having the vehicle I
purchase shipped to me. I asked if any of the $1500 would go towards them shipping the vehicle to me,
and he said no that would be separate. It seems the $1500 fee should be incorporated into the listed price
of the vehicle instead of deceiving the customers into thinking they are getting a better deal than they are.
Beware of this dealerships hidden fees!

We cannot agree on a sale price for on my trade-in price. I wouldāve felt more comfortable if the salesman were a mask. The car was just as stated very nice. I would look there again if another car what is available. Not much room for parking.

I had my vehicle shipped there. I made an appointment to see my vehicle the next morning but was able to get in that evening. We got the deal done. My only issue is that my financing only showed 72 months one the computer but I had gotten terms for 60 from them. I think a phone call could have solved that issue but I will handle it myself

Wasnāt all to pleased with the customer service here. Which is huge for me because I work in sales management & I believe customer service can make or break a deal. When I walked in nobody was wearing masks (not to say I personally care tbh, but itās the thought of again.. what does the average customer think?) & they were huddled around for a sales meeting of some sort.. two sales managers were cursing and obnoxiously bragging about sales tactics they use to force customers into closing deals. My sales guy was really laid back & friendly but was still trying to earn my business but the sales manager was such a arrogant big shot. Not to mention I scheduled to come view the car & it was dirty from trade in.. like absolutely disgusting. Itās a white car that was black on the outside literally. Was alittle disappointed with my experience. I ended up having to drive another 30 mins into philly to goto a different dealer the next day because of how appalling my experience was.

They responded and told me to apply for credit through a link and they texted me...I didnāt hear back until Monday only because I asked for an update on my application and thatās when I was told that they had had sold the truck I had inquired about late on Friday evening. I inquired about it in the morning. I was willing to work out whatever to get it and put down more than $2000 if I had to but no one ever called me to tell me why I didnāt get the truck. So I guess my credit was ran for nothing!! So no, this is not even close to a fair review. Iāll just wait to find a truck I like in my city. In person.

Initially I contacted them about the possibility of buying a 2017 Santa Fe Sport but later decided to buy a 2015 Toyota Highlander from the same dealership. I would not like to burden you with the details but they were dishonest. My credit report was run for nothing the same day I was to go pick up the car only to be told that someone else had made a down payment for the same car. I asked why they ran my credit report if they knew someone else had already made a down payment only for the sales rep to tell me he was sorry and that they have other cars if I didn't mind.

spoke with Igor and he sent me to Cheech. Made appt, drove almost 2 hours in a horrific
storm on 95 outside Phl. I was told to drive to were they store the cars to look at and
drive met 4 different service people. They handed me the plate and keys, After I was
asked to go to the dealership and Cheech said he would meet me outside. That did not
happen. I found him. Well HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON WREARING A MASK IN
BOTH PLACES. Asked me how I was to pay. Third time I told someone at the
dealership, that I was preapproved with my bank. He says that maybe but you still have
to go on our website. Standing outside in parking lot, no place to sit. He says when you
do this we can talk. I was not comfortable with his tone, demeanor reminding him that
the bank sent me in w/ the docs I needed. He said, listen I am not going to argue with

Horrible customer service!! I was not told about a small but important part the car needed when I purchased it. They passed my car through inspection without the turn signal working or connected! I was told on 2 different occasions the work would be done in a day and they kept the car overnight without even giving me a courtesy call to let me know. When I called to ask about the car both of the dealers I spoke with blamed someone else (conveniently) for not notifying me.

The very first and the last time i went to the dealership. After spending there 3 hours between running from the desk to the back office to the manager, because he wanted to talk to me and couldn't come out, i was not approved for a 10k car loan. I was putting 6k down. When they asked if i can do more, i added another 2k and still was not approved. The car i wanted was in the middle of the parking lot and nobody even offered to test drive it. When i called prior driving two and a half hours to them and asked for a brief estimate for my trade in and honestly explained that my car was rusted, i was told they would give between 1k to 1500. When they looked at it and laughed, they offered 100$ as a big favor.
They said not to worry, they approve everyone. Just for me to come over there. so if you have a low credit score, dont even spend your time there. Total disappointment.

I spoke with Rob, who was, for me, the ideal salesman. Honest, upfront, prompt, professional, and courteous. He made the experience as pleasant as car buying could be.
We ended up not purchasing after speaking with the finance person. There was pressure to purchase a warranty and gap insurance through the dealership. This makes them money, but also increases how much is borrowed and required in payments. It just wasn't what we wanted. Overall, this place was pretty good and I'd recommend them.

They want way too much down. My credit isn't in perfect, but it isn't terrible either. No way am I going to put down almost half the sales price on a car with my average credit. I can see why most of their cars sit on their lot for months.

I am just coming from that dealership, and i dont know how the rest of sales representatives are in that dealership but the one that i were assigned had lot of attitude problems, i was not able to handle it and left within 5 minutes without even seeing the car. I must say that this was worst experience i have ever had. Would not recommend this dealership to spend your hard earned money.

Wow! I highly recommend . Just bought GMC Terrain and we love the deal we got. Not only is the vehicle is excellent condition but the sale price was perfect and they still managed to accommodate the price for us since our interest rate was on the higher end. They were honest and thorough about everything. We've been to other dealers who try to scam you with extra fees and god knows what. This dealership did not do that, like I previously said they found the best interest rate we could get and after fees, taxes, license plate, gap Insurnace and another Insurance we got a GREAT deal that could have easily been jacked up $5k+. Wow.. My experience here was absolutely perfect. Prior to going, I had spoken with Mike Jones on the phone about a car in their inventory and he was very upfront about everything I had to ask him (there are no hidden fees) . As soon as I got to the lot, I met with Mike and he was very professional and welcoming. I spoke with him about the car I was interested in and my financial options and not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured. Place was busy with customers to keep all the salesmen actively working. I was able to test drive the vehicle of my liking then proceeded to sign the paperwork to take it home. I bought my Mazda cx-5 here after finding it on CarGurus. The car was exactly as described and in pristine condition (from their detail) . I contacted them ahead of time and texted when I was on my way. They got the car for me, we took it on a test drive and I was ready to purchase. It's a small operation with lots of cars, so it took a while before they could see me to buy the car, but the whole process was about 3 hours. They even took my old Civic as a trade; it couldn't have been easier. I would highly recommend PA Auto Sales to friends or family looking to buy a used car!

Excellent in talk, lacking in action. Yes, they got me approved however, I
discussed with the salesman and manager that I was coming from four states
away and was assured that the car was in great condition (in particular, the
paint) and when I arrived the car was to be fully detailed and full of gas. I
arrived to a very poorly washed car, with minor dents but badly scratched
finish. To top it off, the car's mechanical condition was questionable. I bought
elsewhere.

I am in Dothan, Alabama and I work a lot so that would be impossible. I really wanted this vehicle I searched for this particular vehicle do to seeing one at a dealership in Alabama and I fell in love with it, but they had it priced way to high. On arrival we were greeted by Robert. We had originally been interested
in a black 2005 Cayenne, however the car wasn't available for viewing yet
as it was still being serviced and detailed. Without exception, every car on
the lot was gorgeous and immaculate. Robert showed us a 2009 dark
grey Cayenne, which looked and drove like brand new. I fell in love with
this car, and even though I didn't intend to make a purchase that day we
made a deal. There were several stipulations that I wanted to include and
PA Auto Sales followed through to the letter on each and every one of
them. In the couple of days that it took to finalize the purchase, both
Robert and Igor were always available by phone, and very responsive!
We even had a slight seat repair that they dealt with over a week later, at
our convenience, and it turned out great!
I would highly recommend PA Auto Sales and Robert, if you want a quality
car at a great price.

Bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra from PA Auto sales, overall experience was great! I was kind of hesitant because we traveled from the Poconos to Philadelphia and hoped that everything would work out to where we loved the truck. It did! There were some wear and tear issues, but expected it because that's what happens when you buy used. Loved the staff and the buying process was smooth and simple....I recommend buying a vehicle from here!

They advertised a 2014 VW Passat that had a clean CARFax but was clearly
in an accident on driver side rear quarter. I was willing to buy the car for a
little less than what they were asking but he would not move on the price.
cash in hand ! Then the sales manager told me thats why I asked you how
much you was willing to pay for the car. Who does that? Make a deal before
seeing a car. Another thing just one of those places that take you around a
city block test drive. What a joke of an operation and what a waste of time.

The good-The place was very nice the cars were exceptional. Prices below the norm. Out salesman George was very helpful and not pushy.
The bad- I first made the deal over the phone as I had to drive 3 hrs to see the car. I told egor over the phone I did not need financing he cut me off quickly got off the phone. Very unprofessional When we decided to buy the car we had informed them we had our own financing. Egor was not happy about this and let us know that. Egor was very pushy and tried to get us to use there loan company. My bank warned me of this as this is how they make money. We declined and egor was not in a mood to deal with us at that point. If I hadn't drove almost 3 hrs and absolutely loved the car I would have left. Every one there is great but egor seriously needs to improve on his customer service skills. But overall I'm glad we bought the car it was a very good deal.

Filled out a credit report had to call back when they said I was approved .Wanted to know what the interest rate was someone had to call back that went back and forth .Spoke to three different people . Finally got a answer at 11% .I asked for a report on the car nothing called like five times .Then they call me back to tell me it was sold can we help you with another car NO you can`t

Drive from over four hours away
Mechanically car was good
Was told over phone car would be ready upon
arrival waited to have car brought to dealership
As soon as I got into car was told it needed to
be moved so they could make room for
another customer. Was told by Igor the sales
manager car was spotless and in immaculate
condition. There were numerous cosmetic
issues including but not limited too all vents
broken multiple buttons missing , electrical
components missing , stained carpets , interior
is light in color rubber floor mats were black
Again I drove over 4 hours for what I was told
was an immaculate like brand new vehicle to
find multiple broken items in a luxury vehicle
and even after explaining my concerns was
told by Igor he could only come down $400
from
Listed price . Not a dealership you want too
deal with . Only positive was the amazing
super kind and helpful salesman NOT THE
SALES MANAGER

12/08/12 Chevy Equinox for $6,995. just sold today. At least that's what they told me. Called me the same day I sent the message, but I am not convinced they are as fast with removing sales from the site. I hope this is not going to be a trend for me. 3rd dealer call on a car, 2nd car already sold.
