Diligent
The dealership responded quickly. The vehicle that was advertised was true to its description. Salesperson Christie was awesome! She is definitely the go to person. Although I didn’t purchase the advertised vehicle, Christie helped me select a different vehicle which I liked even more. Christie was very patient with me during this process, which I appreciate. The finance team Carl, Shazia, and Remoe was also awesome. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Friendly, very helpful sales staff. We called, placed credit card deposit and car was held for us. The car was all ready for us upon arrival. We purchased the car, left facility as two “happy customers.” They deserve the highest possible rating!

Oscar from Ourisman Honda went out of his way to make this the best car buying experience I ever had! We purchased the car on a rainy
evening and didn't see a scratch on it until the next morning. Oscar made plans for me to bring the car back in and even arranged for me to
get a ride to and from work in DC while my car was being taken car of, I highly recommend purchasing from this dealer and from Oscar in
particular!!

The sales rep I spoke with, Okezie, was very professional and helpful. Very responsive. Unfortunately I ended up going with a different dealership but it wasn’t because of Okezie.

Very nice sell man
My whole experience with purchasing this car was absolutely great, saw the car on CarGurus inquired about it met with Oscar who works there, test drove it and I wanted it!!! There was no pressure what so ever by Oscar or anyone else. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in need of a car.
Sales person could not answer a simple question and insisted on me calling. Nope, ain't gonna happen. My question was not complicated. This is a vehicle that probably fit me needs. However the sales person could not follow a simple order and answer something about the condition of the seats. So bye bye.....
Overall it was a pleasant experience, didn’t get the car but everyone was super helpful and nice!

Tried to sell me a different car with the same trim which was 2 years older and 20k more in mileage at a price 1.5k lower than this one. The price diff did not seem to justify the older model and higher mileage. Initially no negotiation was offered by the dealer but the dealer hinted that he could work something out. No deal was made, but it was a fair experience.

Salesman was not pushy and fairly knowledgeable. Car listed with no damage; however, the car had minor damage to rear, side view mirror, and front bumper. Dealer was willing to adjust price and we settled on a fair final price.

Reemo was very professional and willing to work with me. A true professional with excellent follow up before and after the sale. So far, I'm happy with my Accord and the overall experience and would recommend Reemo. The only challenge is the renovation going on at Ourisman in Bethesda, but it was worth driving there for me

The salesman did not inform me the vehicle was sold before I visit the dealership.
Henri was very professional. The dealership is a nightmare right now as they are trying to stay open during major renovations. There is no parking. They have a valet system set up but I don't like someone us parking my car. As far as the 2007 Accord, the vehicle is in okay condition. The price they are asking is for an Accord in excellent condition. There is a large dent on the trunk and damage to the hood.

Our salesman was Tim Vo He was attentive without being pushy in any way. Buying a car from him was the best experience ever. I especially appreciated working with the financial management - she never tried to change my mind and sell me all those extras I didn't want. Plus the dealership serves bagels and cream cheese along with coffee, tea and hot chocolate
