I told them that was exactly what I wanted and I have the money in my hand and was going to hop on a plane and come get it and they wouldn’t pick me up at the airport which they said was only 16 miles away. The general manager said get a Uber ! Really? Spend 40,000 dollars on a car and they can’t drive it to the airport to get ya . With service like that I wouldn’t buy an oil change from them !

Horrible experience, these guys add extra charges as accessories, I was ready to purchase
the vehicle and they told me that every dealer was doing it, I asked what were those charges
and they told me that it was all the fees from what was done to it went they got the car.
Customers need to look at the total charges and not the monthly payments as for my opinion
they are double dipping, making money on the price of the car and trying to make more on
hidden charges. They let me walk away as when all I was asking was the detail on 2k in extra
charges as accessories.

The dealer has been prompt in contacting me and really helpful at the dealership. No complaints, great customer service. My only wish was
for them to have a little more flexibility on the pricing, but the service was really stellar.

I had a good experience at this dealership. I worked with Luis Nolasco. I found their prices to be a bit higher than other dealerships I visited and they were not as flexible on pricing as some other dealerships.

Was treated poorly. They raise the price on the car, had outrageous title fee, and some fake accessories charge that was ridiculous.
They were over charging almost $1488 more for a car.

Satisfied with the purchase process and the overall transparency of the deal
After a week of dealing with Orland Toyota used cars about a Lexus, they
would not meet my reasonable price request one day. That same day the
car was listed for what I was asking for and I was never informed. The
very next business day I drove to their dealership, which was a 200 mile
drive, only to see the car was a piece of junk! There was an upholstery rip,
road rash on all 4 tires, paint bubbling on the hood, chips in the paint and
an obviously ruined gasket attached to the underside of the hood, and they
told me this car was perfect! I have never been more disappointed with a
dealer in my life! Totally unprofessional and misrepresents the condition of
their vehicles. I recommend never doing business with them, I know I
never will!

I had an appointment and drove 100 miles to get there , I ended up waiting 3 hours just to have another customer come in and drive the vehicle that I thought I was trying to buy, I ended up walking out of the place, I don't do business like that

I inquired about a specific Toyota Rav4 Limited via email. They replied and said that they did in fact still have it. I also called and spoke to an agent who verified the vehicle was still there and told them I would be there the following morning to see it. When I went there I was told the vehicle was sold. I thought they were kidding with me because I had previously called and explained to them I do not get many days off and my time off was precious. I waited outside in the lot for at least 10 minutes while they searched for the car. The salesman finally asked me if I knew the stock number. I did, I pulled it up online off the ad for the car. He told me that yes it had been sold the day before. They then tried to sell me a lower trim level vehicle. I was clear that I have been searching for that specific vehicle and trim level. Could not help but feel like they just wanted to get me in there to try to sell me some sort of vehicle. Hard to shake the underhanded car dealer tactics. Very disappointed.

The online sales person was quick and responsive but when I went to the
dealership to look at the vehicle, it had damage and the sales guy wasn't
flexible to negotiate. And based upon the follow up emails, it is obvious that
their internet sales people don't talk with the sales people

Without going into too much detail, we had agreed upon the price for a used Lexus and as we were finalizing the formal paperwork and switching plates the salesman mentioned the engine light was on. I asked what the problem was and he said he didn't know and all the servicemen had gone home for the evening. I told him that was fine and to call me in the morning with either the code that triggered the engine light or tell me what the issue was and that presuming it was nothing major I would drive down the following night and complete the paperwork and give him a check. Hearing nothing, I called my salesman the next morning and followed up with an email shortly thereafter. The salesman left me a message around 2pm saying the vehicle had been sold. No calls, no nothing from the dealership. And they wonder why car salesmen get such a bad reputation. With all the other options available, I would never recommend Orland Toyota. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Salesman was rude and didn't know the vehicles state when it was brought in. Told him bout the scratches on the inside and outside and he stated that he had not seen them before.... Leads me to believe that they don't check their products before selling them. They also conducted an oil change (so they say) and never reset the oil gauge in the car. Unbelievable

fair...not overly impressed with entire group..at all... a bunch of sales people milling around..and our sales rep..not very strong skills regarding the car we were looking at... and i personally thought for a 2013 the car was in terrible shape and not taken care of..

The dealer did respond promptly to my online request for information about the used car I was interested in. We did reach a deal, also online, as I live about 100 miles from them. However, I will not purchase a vehicle prior to taking it to my favorite mechanic for a full inspection, regardless of how much I am reassured that the dealer's certified mechanics performed a full inspection. If you have a trusted mechanic that you've used for years, and you want them to inspect a vehicle, Orland requires you to bring them to the vehicle. Unfortunately, my mechanic cannot do this, so I had to drop the deal. It's also unfortunate that some dealerships insist on this rigid policy, because there are a lot of dealerships out there that will even let you have the vehicle up to 24 hours when they know they have a deal in the bag. Orland insists that taking the car off the lot, even for a few hours, takes it off the market for other potential buyers. Well, they lost this sale because the one who really wanted to buy it couldn't get the peace of mind they needed to seal the deal. This crappy policy that Orland adheres to ended up ruining what probably would have been an equitable deal for both parties, and left me with a bad experience instead of a good one. Caveat Emptor.

After talking to internet consultant, I was connected to sales manager who told me that the car of my interest is not for me and I should look for another one some place else. I was not sure what to think about his approach but for sure I would never buy from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
