I've never had a car sales man treat me like this before. He was extremely rude, very pushy, didn't listen to anything i was trying to tell him. We took the Kia for a test drive & I kept hearing a noise & simply asked what it was & the dealer said he would let them know when we got back then told me to pick up speed cuz the noise stopped when you went faster & turned the radio up twice after I turned it down. Also tried selling me the 2021 Kia Seltos SX Turbo for almost $18,000. Over their asking price. This of course was after we drove 3 hours just to get there. Horrible service! If I could give them zero stars I definitely would. I do not recommend this dealer.

Car was trashed, instrument cluster was cracked running boards didn’t deploy when door was opened seats were destroyed. Dealership uses Ai to communicate. I drove 3 hours round trip to look at a Lincoln Navigator L, when I got there none of the names that were given to me were real people.

The communication during the buying process was horrible I was informed of nothing until I went in to sign the actual paperwork and they didn’t even bother looking at my pre qualification papers and actually gave a me finance company with a higher interest rate then my pre qualification! Also was not transparent about the damage on the car as the car was listed to have no accidents no damage but the car was clearly in an accident and had damage then when I asked I was told I could come in whenever to get it fixed and that was just a lie to get me to buy the car! Oh and the salesman asked me if I wanted to take a picture and I agreed he used to my phone to take the picture and post it on google review without my consent also showing my license plate number in the photo!
I picked up a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from Old Orchard Nissan last week, and honestly, it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. No back-and-forth games just clear numbers, a solid explanation of the trim options, and a smooth delivery process. Driving off the lot felt exciting instead of stressful, which says a lot about the team there.
I recently stopped by Old Orchard Nissan to check out a 2020 Nissan Murano S AWD, and the whole experience turned out better than I expected. The SUV was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly during the test drive, and the team answered my questions clearly without any pressure. Overall, I left feeling confident and positive about the visit.

If you find a car that's great!!!...but need to be careful when they offer you the financing APR because they will charge you HIGH rate as they get commisions on top of the other insurances and packages... so try to get your personal finances and APR from another bank before coming to them. A 28K car...became to 45K loan...
During my inspection of the 2024 Nissan Armada at Old Orchard Nissan, I found the staff exceptionally patient and helpful. I received additional information and compared it to my initial expectations. The car was presented in excellent condition, and ultimately, I was satisfied with the entire purchase and sale.

Absolutely horrible. Completely wasted my time. Car I went to view had holes in it. The next car I made an offer of the ASKING PRICE and they came back with $7000 more in bogus fees. False advertising and a bait and switch. Stay away at all costs.

I was looking at a pickup truck for a construction site. In person, the truck turned out to be even larger than it looked on the website, and it looks very impressive in the yard. During the test drive, I liked the engine's torque and the soft suspension, but I was concerned about the lack of a power outlet in the bed of the version I was looking at. Ultimately, the salesperson found a version with a power outlet and offered a discount on installing an additional spare tire bracket.

I came to see the new 2025 Nissan Frontier. I liked it in person more than in the photos
it looks powerful and modern. Pros: excellent soundproofing and soft interior lighting;
cons: the standard trim doesn't include a surround-view camera, which I was expecting.
We negotiated quickly and gave a good trade-in discount.

Girl called and was pushy about scheduling an appointment. I live an hour and a half away and there was only a few Stock photos on the website. I asked to get more pictures and she said it would take a few days for that….and then I never got them. Seems like it should be pretty easy for someone to walk out with a camera and snap some photos of a car and then send them to my email. I won’t deal with this dealership again.
While reviewing the 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum on the website, I was concerned
by reports of brake and electrical problems with this model. However, the staff at Old
Orchard Nissan provided a complete inspection report and warranty information,
showing that all known issues had been addressed according to regulations.
I had a very poor experience that aligns with the other negative reviews of this dealership. For me, I booked a test drive over text message with a pretty good AI bot, but they want it to seem like a real person. When I got to the dealership they had a random salesman up who didn't have any of the information we had given. The car was not ready, they had to go find it. Salesman rushed us through the shortest test drive I've ever heard of, never gave me their name, and then presented a price that was well over $10k higher than the posted price. When I asked them to remove some of the ridiculous fees the salesman was incredibly rude, high pressure, and even pushed for my signature on a hand written agreement with unknown financing terms. Just all around awful. It was every negative stereotype I could imagine from a car dealer.

I asked for a OTD price, and the person I was negotiating with told me that they could only give me that information if I went to the dealership, and I wasn't going to drive all the way there only to be surprised by something unexpected.

I scheduled a test drive two days in advance. Email and text confirmation from the dealership. I drove two hours to test drive the vehicle. It was not ready when I got there. There was no sales associate expecting me. A random sales person took me back to his desk, but didn’t know what I was there to drive, and therefore knew nothing about the the vehicle history, CarFax, or general questions I had about it. Salesman was texting on his phone the entire time that I was checking this $27,000 vehicle out. It made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked questions. The vehicle itself had the previous owner’s registration card, insurance cards, and oil change info in the glove box still w/personal address and info on it for anyone to see. There were crumbs smashed into the stitching and creases of the leather seats. There was a straw wrapper in the backseat. Corn chips on carpet. Random Plastic pieces in truck bed. Truck was on lot two MONTHS and hadn’t been cleaned let alone detailed

TERRIBLE! Lied to about everything and they were very unapologetic and very aware of the scam that they were running. Agreed on a price over the phone and they tried to add $ 17,000 to the vehicle in extras and hidden fees. The were rude in person and very disrespectful and did not care about customer service what so ever.

Yet another dealership living comfortably in the past (for now). The days of gotcha dealer fees are a thing of the past. Do they all have them? Of course. Do the smart ones know that they’re competing nationally as opposed to their local markets? You betcha. This dealership is one of the relics that refuses to embrace transparency in a modern digital age.
I would advise everyone that reads this to simply be patient and watch Carvana closely and I promise you that you’ll not only get a better deal, you’ll save yourself the totally avoidable stress of interacting with fossils like this dealership that continue to drive the general public’s ever growing frustration with shady car salesmen.

I couldn't decide if the Nissan Ariya was right for me because of the specifics of its electric drivetrain. The dealership manager suggested I take the car for an extended test drive for a whole day to experience it in real-world conditions. During my personal inspection of the 2023 Altima, I noticed a few minor scratches on
the body that weren't visible in the photos. Instead of denying the problem, the staff at
Old Orchard Nissan immediately offered to fix all the defects free of charge at their own
body shop. The car was prepared perfectly, and I left satisfied, having received exactly
what I came for.

They never provided me a trade in amount while I was there for 3 hours. After leaving the dealership they kept calling me as if I never was there and had no information about my visit or what the conversations were about from the previous call. I was told I’d be called back with the appraisal amount for my trade in that I brought to the dealer, never called. When I did get a call back a young lady kept asking me if I was going to come in to complete the sale with no knowledge of was discussed and kept repeating the same thing. Very unorganized and not knowledgeable about the customers they were reaching out to, to follow up on.

It was in Old Orchard that I found the 2022 Nissan Sentra I needed! I was impressed with its technology and fuel economy. The only minor issue was a dead battery in the key fob, which prevented me from trying the remote, but they fixed it right away. I'm a big Pathfinder fan and definitely recommend this dealership.

Predatory Dealership STAY AWAY!!! The other reviews are correct about price mark ups. After a week of
phone calls asking if I was interested and me asking for 'out the door' price and being told they could not give
it. I finally spoke to someone that assured me they had changed their pricing policy and it would be online
listed price of about $32.4k and about $35.5k out the door. Salesman at dealer pushed the warranty and
their financing and brought figures sheet with final truck price of $52k with protection packages added in.
Had those removed and was still $45k, then bickered with the 'sales manager; who gave $42k price. I stood
firm on price listed and was told by him that I "didn't know how things were done." Instead of fake apologies
here underneath this review how about you change how you do business Old Orchard Nissan
Terrible experience. I live 3 hours away and was willing to purchase vehicle, but needed a purchase agreement before I bought a rental to come get car as I had my own lender and they needed that first. Sales rep refused to let me explain situation to manager after several attempts to see if they could be flexible.

Inquired about a specific car, and heard back from Rachel Niehus relatively quickly via email. She asked when I could
come in to the dealership and take the vehicle for a test drive. I said I didn't need a test drive, as I already know this is
the specific model with all of the options that I want, and I'm ready to buy. After not receiving a response I followed with
asking her again to confirm price, and any fees they would charge so I could compare with a few other cars I had
interest in at other dealers, but she still did not respond. I sent a few more follow up emails hoping to solicit a response,
but based upon other reviews it seems that I spoke the unmentionable by asking what the total price of the car would
be, and it's been crickets since. This looks to be standard operating procedure for this seller- if you don't agree to come
in and submit to whatever pressure and confusion tactics they likely employ in person, they don't want to do business
with you.

Advertised price is not the actual price!!!!!!! I called, set up an appointment, sent through my pre-approval for the vehicle. I had asked why it
was so cheap and they said it had just been reduced. After a 2hr drive to see the vehicle, I test drove it and then we start to do the
paperwork. I wanted to use my pre-approval to finance. They said they could do better and came back with a deal that was almost twice as
much as what I had. They had added on all these extra charges on top. I said that I did not want to get anything extra. They then tried to tell
me that my financing did not include taxes or dealer fees, which I showed them that it did. Eventually they admitted they added a charge of
nearly $5000 to the price (said it was for their transport and delivery) as well as a bunch of other stuff. The difference was close to $10K,
Beware, this car was never meant to be sold at the advertised price on this site.
Great experience!! Pretty dope individuals there and my salesman Jabari was pretty good as well. Keep doing your thang young brother! Great dealership

Pricing was not up front. Excessive fees
(especially transportation and service fees over
3k, plus a few other suspicious fees) made the
out the door price nearly 7k higher than expected.
They offered to reduce it 5K, which was still well
higher than expected. Car also had damage in
transit. While they said they’d repair it, hard to
trust them after the games they played. I ended
up going with a different dealer that did not play
the same game, and it was so much easier.

I went to Old Orchard Nissan to check out the Nissan Ariya Engage. Maria, my salesperson, knew a lot about electric cars and was very helpful. The car I test drove wasn't fully charged, so that was a bit disappointing. The paperwork in the finance office also took a while. But I'm happy with my new Ariya and had a good experience overall.
I came in to see a car that was listed at $15,444.
After test driving it I told them I was interested and would like an out the door price. They came back with a price over $30,000! I was blown away. I fear that this tactic would work on someone buying their first used car.
After I had them remove the most egregious add-ons it was still nearly $23,000 which included a $3,600 "transportation and service fee" which they refused to remove. I thanked them for the time and walked out. Then I found a great car at an honest price elsewhere (at Muller Honda).
It seems clear they listed this lower to get people in the door so they could add more fees later to get the price they actually wanted.
There are plenty of honest dealers out there. This is not one of them.
If it looks too good to be true, it is. Keep driving.

The dealership was very responsive in the beginning. When I asked for additional pictures of any damage to the body and if the recalls on the Carfax had been taken care of I got zero response. I asked this of two different sales people and neither one of them would provide it. Was contacted later by phone by two other sales people who have the phone matters of a 4-year-old. I am 5 hours away so I asked for a little extra care in finding out what the truck condition was and nobody wanted to deal with me. Too bad for them as I am a cash buyer,but I guess that they don't need the business.

The Price that's listed online isn't the price of what you actually pay. They tack on a service and transportation fee, which really doesn't make any sense. I felt like I was forced into taking a warranty which I didn't need. Tried going back in to cancel it and he wouldn't do what I asked.

When you drive up to this dealer, it is a tight location with all sales people standing out front vaping.
Really didn't have a good experience at this location. Worked with a brand new sales rep. Nice guy, did
his best. Never once did we meet his sales manager, or finance mgr. Basically walked out and they
could care less. I ended up buying my truck at the next dealership I visited that day.

“Beware,” the price listed on this site isn’t the price of the car. This dealership requires you
to finance the car through the dealership finance partners in order to get the car for the
advertised price. They get a commission from the partnered finance companies therefore
allow them to list the car for the advertised price. You will be required to pay more, at a
minimum of $3,000 to $6,000 more, for the vehicle if you bring your own financing. This is
not explained when you make an appointment.

I inquired about a certain vehicle and set up an appointment to see it. Once i got there they informed me that the car was not
actually there but instead was being worked on due to bad breaks. The price listed was also not the price of the car. They
added in fees in addition to the normal ones. I feel these should have been already added into the listing price so I wouldn't
feel blindsided as to the dramatic increase in price once I got there.
The salesman I dealt with was friendly though.

Shady. Tried to impose a shipping of over 3k on a car in their lot because they chose to buy it in an
auction and bring over months ago. Also, tried to impose a tariff fee already... on a used car.
Advertised priced came out at least 6k higher. I don't do bus. with ppl like this- it feels like all the gas
stations that started gouging ppl on gas in 2008 and got fined. Unlikely to return.

I called 3 separate times and spoke with 3 different people. All refused to provide any additional information over the phone or via email. They all 3 insisted on me coming in. Why would anyone show up for a car that the dealer is not forthcoming with information being requested over the phone. Any dealership making doing business over the phone will likely make doing business in person just as difficult if not more. Buyers Beware. Many red flags and shady vibes.

Very quick response time
I reached out at least 5 times and no one ever responded. I finally decided to call the dealer directly to ask for info on the vehicle as well as some numbers. They told me they only give info in person and I could arrange to see the vehicle to discuss further. The dealership is in IL, I am in PA. I don’t want to drive 8hours to see the same vehicle I already have, 2 yrs newer without knowing the numbers.

Very poor experience. This is a fairly new dealership
without proper protocols in place. The sales
representative will contact you multiple times which
is their affiliate branch and give you wrong info
about vehicle available in old orchard nissan
dealership. When visited to check the vehicle, none
of the model years are available or they couldnât
locate where it was parked. Some of them are in
transit and yet to arrive which is a waste of time.
Most of their vehicles are out of warranty, damaged
or accident history with high price tags. Definitely
not worth the trip, i ended up paying more from
another dealership atleast with some confidence in
their reputation. These guys have no idea if used
tax ev can be deducted at time
Of sale and not willing to talk about 15400 IRS form
Filing. Their manager just has no manners and will
force you to buy a bad carfax vehicle thatâs been
sitting on lot for more than 3+ months (talking about
a Model Y LR 2021).

The price is not the price! Especially when you have your own financing. Add 2k+. NEVER give them your social. They ran it 4 times without my permission. It was literally the 2nd thing I said. Told me it was needed for paperwork. The managers exact words “what you are not going to do is come in here and go around sales( I attempted to negotiate the price of the car since again I came with a check) and what you Not gonna do is not cut financing out!” Repeat loudly,”because we are not a not for profit company!” (Disrespectful) I replied I get that, but the price should simply be the price plus whatever taxes are needed the end! There was NO consideration for the customer. Another customer that a salesman was arguing with actually walked out for the same. Next, finance guy over pricing GAP insurance, lied about the warranty being the dealership warranty. Nope, he overpriced an aftermarket warranty ♀️. I do not recommend this dealership.
Treated with respect, BUT wasted 3+ hours of my time. Were not willing to make a deal, so we walked. Took
over 2 hours and 30 minutes to actually get to someone who could negotiate. Before that we were dealing with
a "saleman" who had no authority. Won't come back or recommend. They are specializing in used Teslas and
charging a premium price for them!

The only reason I would give this a star was for the salesman that originally worked with us and showed us vehicles could not have been nicer. Once we decided on a car with a price that we
THOUGHT was in our budget, that's when the other shoe dropped. Their fees are ambiguous and exorbitant costing at first up to 50% of the sticker price on the car we wanted to buy. When the
sales manager came over to try and work out the fees further, he was dismissive and disingenuous with all of his arguments, refusing to work on lowering their fees. If you are interested in a car
here, add another $1k-$2k at least for their "fees" alongside the usual taxes and licensing fees on top of their sticker price.
Never trust this dealer; it is a trap. I contacted them about a pre-owned Tesla to know the out-the-door price of one of their listings. They repeatedly told me I had to come in person to get the pricing information. On the phone, I was told to meet Mr. Max at the dealership.
I went in person, test drove the car, and asked about the total price. That's when I realized it was a total trap. The manager came over and started discussing the pricing without even introducing himself. He told me the total price "depends." Upon further discussion, I found out that for a $26k car, the taxes, title, registration and dealer fees were close to $7000.
I requested a breakdown, and the manager said most of it is dealer fees and taxes. I calculated the taxes to be around $1875, so there was no way it added up to $7000. This means there is no transparency in their dealer fees and other charges. When I pressed for more details, I was told to leave. Stay away from this dealer.

They require you to be in there to discuss sale and purchase vehicle. Won't work a deal or contract via phone. Won't take deposit to hold vehicle for you to fly in. Says to call 2days before flight to verify if vehicle is still on lot. What a waste of time.
Contacted them to inquire the out the door price on the 2021 Jaguar F Pace. I clearly mentioned I'm out of state buyer from Michigan, so I want to know any other fees (other than tax and registration). The person who I spoke to kept saying that she won't provide the breakdown over the phone and asking when I'm coming in. I mentioned over and over that I am coming from Michigan so I need to know exactly what the price but she was repeating same thing over and over. Not gonna deal with the dealer who won't tell you what the total price is. Moving on.
I drove 3.5 hours to look at a Genesis G70. They let me test drive it around the block. The salesman never asked me what I thought about the car, just immediately went into money talk. They brought out the paperwork and had $4000 extended warranty, $1000 vin number etching and $3000 prep and delivery fee. The total price out the door was about $10000 more than what I was expecting. The sales manager was able to get those costs taken off, but how many people have they saddled with those extra fees?
On top of that, the lady on the phone said we could do a contract that would let me take the car home since it was Saturday and the banks were closed. Then I could have my credit union call on Monday and hash out the details. That didn’t happen. They said I had to finance through them and refinance on Monday.
The final straw was my trade in. They wanted to give me $11000 for my car that kbb trade in valued at $18000.
They’re a high volume hot shot dealer. They’re just trying to move cars.
I recently contacted a salesperson to inquire about a car I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to discuss any details over the phone or via email. They insisted that I drive all the way to their showroom, which is approximately 10 hours away from my location. I tried to explain my situation, but they were quite rude and dismissive, stating how busy they were and that they couldn't entertain my inquiry unless I made the long journey to their showroom.

Online Price Not Honored!
Came in from out of state, called about a used SUV on their lot.
Refused to discuss pricing OTD on the phone w/ Rep and Manager Jay, “it’s all standard pricing - Tax, Title, License, Dealer Fees.”
$6k+ in non-advertised dealer fees, 25%+ vehicle price increase (+ 10% taxes on top of that).
Don’t waste a minute of travel for this dealership, they prefer to hold vehicles long term rather than sell them in a transparent manner.

Terrible I would never recommend anybody to buy a car from now. They told that my dad couldn’t test drive the car for me without running his credit. I told him that I had my own approval from my bank. They told me no they won’t take that they will only work with me if I go through their banks.
The salesman was nice and efficient until we started talking money. They told me that they could get a vehicle from their other dealership and once i told them i had my own financing that went out the window. The manager told me to go there if i wanted the car. I didn't need financing which was a problem for them. I had a check from my credit union or I could get a cashiers check and just pay in full. Then I was told that the price on the internet is the price only if you finance through one of their banks. I drove an hour there and spent an hour at the dealership for them to tell me my money isn't good enough for them. I shook hands and walked out. That's terrible and no way to conduct buisness.

I would have rated zero stars if possible. Julissa was extremely unprofessional. She stated that it was “unreasonable” for me to ask her to tell me what fees I could expect when I get there. The only reason I asked about that, is because several other reviews mentioned the outrageous fees. Thinking maybe those people were wrong, I asked before loading up my family (two children under 3 yrs old) driving 3.5 hrs each way. She stated that they are not staffed to give final sale prices over the phone, which is not even what I asked for.
Also told me that she has had people come from West Virginia and they were happy, so me traveling 3.5 hours each way shouldn’t be that big of a deal. She even dropped an F-bomb during the call, which is a new one for me when looking to purchase a $60K+ vehicle from someone.
Extremely disappointing because the vehicle is exactly what we wanted.

after giving me a price over the phone when I got there they tried to put another 5k on the invoice of misc charges.
The salesperson was very cool. He did everything of what you would expect of a salesperson. With that said, the dealership on the other hand is very deceptive. They tried to sneak in a lot of fees to the vehicle. Luckily I bought a friend of mines that was a former finance manager, and she spotted every shady fee and made the dealership remove them. Unfortunately we agreed upon an out the door price, and my credit union who I financed through informed me that the vehicle was still thousands above market average. The dealership was already upset with us spotting and removing the unnecessary fees, so they didn’t wanna give me market price for vehicle. So I skipped on the vehicle. I wouldn’t return to this dealership. Very Deceptive, I mean thousands of dollars they try to sneak in on your vehicle price!!

I buy cars often and usually out of state. This dealer would not give me any print outs or breakdown unless I came to the dealer which is 12 hours from me. I saw prior reviews saying they add 6k packages like some dealers do, on top of the price and regular tax title doc etc. The first lady would not be transparent about this add on and kept telling me to come in for the full breakdown. The manager stepped in and said the package is optional. I requested a breakdown of the total price and fees and they refused to give it to me saying I have to come in. I have been buying cars for a a long time now out of state. They good dealers don't have a problem getting every situated over phone and email so you feel comfortable taking a long drive to get the car. This one is in the stone ages of car selling. It was actually stressful trying to get plain old transparency in the price. Come to think of it I still don't know their total fees and price cause they wouldn't tell me over the phone.

Absolutely worst dealer on the planet. I have shopped for tons of cars in the past and I know the process can be stressful but this one is just as bad as it can get. First off, whatever price is quoted oh here, you can add $6k to that price because that is what they will charge you before tax in the name of some random warranties and stuff. They will miscalculate numbers deliberately and force you to agree on them such as incorrectly calculating taxes. Further, they will force you to agree on some number and keep pushing you to hand them your credit card. Finally, if you end up talking to a manager, he will be nothing close to t about his staff’s behavior and tell you that you must have misheard things. They were giving me 500 dollars for my trade-in vehicle which I am getting over $ 8k at other places. I can’t imagine how anyone ever buys a car at this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Below standard dealer - car advertised as certified yet the dealer wanted to add the cost of the certification into the price of the car.
Salesman was orienting a new person and both of them got in the car when I went for the test drive - very distracting when I was asked questions while test driving (where do you work; etc).

all-around bad experience. the finance guy wasn't great. he was very pushy on getting the deal done even tho I made it evident I came for the advertised price and not his ridiculous add-ons. He
claimed his 8k in markups were "Fees for doing business" and I had to pay it. once realizing the price I did my best to negotiate the price down but not enough. The finance guy then asked me
why I'm wasting their time and said I should just do the deal as is because his price was cheaper than other dealers and I should just overlook the add-ons and be happy.
the best part - there was $3k in prep fees and after a thorough walkthrough I came to find a bag of rotting food in the armrest in the back seat and other issues wrong. not sure what prep that is
but it's not worth $3k. also noticed they bumped the payments higher than what they should be, did my own calculations after walking out, and noticed the monthly payment was ~$60 more than
it should be.
A Prompt response to my internet inquiry was made however after visiting dealership and sitting with Sales Rep, I thought the rep was Deceptive and insulting. I Test drove the vehicle of Interest however Vehilcle wasn't clean as it Could've been on a Clear, Dry, sunny day. Sales rep was not as accommodating as expected and seemed to care more on forcing and encouraging Financing through dealer finance companies [even though I proposed using my own financing] additionally, The Sales Rep insisted on showing vehicles I had no interest in than those I inquired about. I Most likely wouldn't refer or recommend this dealer to friends/family.
I departed very disappointed !

It was a pleasure working with them. Julia was completely honest and helpful with the process. The car was advertised and then taken off as they were fixing a recall. Julia then introduced me to Tyler who sold me the car. Tyler then delivered the car 75 miles North, do to them replacing the windshield as a condition to the sale. I would be the first to admit I am not easy and have walked away from 7 other deals do to different issues. I had no issues with MARTIN Nissan.

Mostly great. Julia the sales manager was super friendly, responsive and helpful.
The only issue I had with these guys is the extra $500 they tacked on at the end for "accessory
package" and "document fees" which I found unnecessary, especially since I didn't ask for any
"accessory package".
However, I didn't want to kill the entire deal over $500. That's how they get you right?
All in all so far a great experience. I will change this review if I get the car and it is different than
advertised.

The car turned out to be in worse shape than I could see in the pictures. The selection of other new and used cars were a bit limited but the sales staff was pleasant.

The truck I was looking to purchase was spoken for before I got a chance to go look at it/purchase and they had called to inform me someone had bought it rather then me driving all the way over there and finding out then and just try to sell me something else I thought that was very compassionate I would definitely do business with them in the future.

The person who contacted me was actually an employee inside the dealership! Not at a call center like most of these dealers nowadays. That was a plus from the gate! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didnt purchase yet but if they get the vehicle I am interested in soon, I will return...and only to them. I don't care if another dealer in the area has it, I would make the drive again if need be.

Staff was friendly. Price online was $2000 less than price at dealership. It was not noted until we test drove it and was negotiating price. Drive 3 hours to look at vehicle. Car was overpriced at either price. They WAY underestimated the price of trade in. Walked away without the vehicle due to overpricing.

Since you drove three hours, that can only lead me to assume that we do have the lowest-priced vehicle with the leather & all options within 500 miles. We had already discounted the vehicle by $2K, which you saw from the window sticker. After your initial test-drive, we came to the conclusion that the vehicle needed a strut. After you test-drove the vehicle for a second time with one of our Master Nissan Technicians, we took off an additional $500 off of our already discounted internet price.

Dealer had one week notice that I was coming in for a test drive. Vehicle was in the back of lot and looked like it had been there for some time. Full of dirt and dust. The vehicle was not appealing at all. Staff was very courtious and seemed almost as disappointed as I was. Perhaps in the Future a little prep would increase sales.

The only suggestion I have is, the car should have been cleaned up before I arrived for a pre-planned test drive. I say that because the dealership knew that I was coming from out of town (3 hour drive) to specifically see the car that I purchased. However, the car was completely cleaned and shining by the time I left. The salesperson called me within a couple days to see how the car was driving and whether I had any questions, which I appreciated and was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend buying your next auto from Marin Nissan.
