Staff not helpful with providing out of door
numbers over the phone. I reached out to
dealer daily for around 4-5 days and was
always directed to sales where they would
send me to voicemail and I would never get a
return call. I tried to set up an appointment call
which was also not taken. I finally got
someone on the phone after 6 days, who said
I would receive a walk-around video and out
of door numbers for shipping to my location
and I never received this information.

This is the worse experience I have ever had in a Dealer. First after setting up an appointment they continued to try to sell the same vehicle we came to see to other people during the time of our appointment. They completely lied about the price online, not transparent at all. they wanted to sell the vehicle for double the amount, omitting all other charges from there online posting, forcing people to buy warranty, detailing, etc. They were not professional at all starting with the manager, it was the worse experience, with the most dishonest car dealer out there. horrible customer service.

I went to see the car they were advertising. I liked it and asked a family member to take me because I don’t
have transportation. I am retired and just moved from California to Florida, so a car is very necessary. A kind
young lady showed me the car, they ran my credit, and I paid a small deposit. A few days later, I was told I
could pick up the car the following Tuesday after speaking with the finance manager. For 10 days I couldn’t
reach them calls were never returned. Later, I was told the car had problems and they offered another one,
but it was more expensive, and I couldn’t afford it. I asked someone to drive me back since refunds are only
given on Fridays in person. They returned my deposit, but I felt sad because I couldn’t buy the advertised
car and the other was too costly. The experience left me dissatisfied.

Me and my friend went to check the car and it had the airbag indicator on. The engine shook horribly like so bad you can feel it in the driver seat which isn’t normal. So definitely something wrong with the engine (maybe miss firing) and car most likely was in an accident due to the airbags. When we approached the dealer, he came and said how’s the car. Me and my friend talked in front of him and said the issues. He got defensive and showed the bottom of a website without verification it was the car with same VIN or even an actual website. My friend then said “you shouldn’t get this car” the dealer then responded yelling out loud “this car is worth 9k on carfax and I’m selling it for 6k” and I hate to break it to the dealer but you don’t get a customer by yelling at the customer over concerns of the vehicle as well. Just because carfax says 9k doesn’t mean anything. That’s based if the car was in mint condition. Do better, if your even willing to take this advice or just read over it.

Made an appointment to show up and test drive car , never assigned a sales person to me whatsoever , then when someone finally approached me about my appointment, they went to bring the car up to me and it wasn’t currently starting or running lol

The cars are not ready to drive off the lot. Every car I looked at had an issue, flat tire, dead battery, no AC oil change light on.

We looked at the car, my son loved it but when we went to talk final price, they added a $2000 warranty instead. These they explained were installed prior. We have yet to hear what a final price is with tax and tags. This is a rip off that we are being forced to purchase low jack, 360 shield and Sirius radio.

we arrived. That did not occur, they had already sold the car and coerced us to go there to see if they can sell us

Contacted dealer several times about this vehicle. Although the vehicle was listed and available for sale it was always in the shop according to the dealer. When I physically showed up at the dealer after driving for an hour and a half, the dealer told me that the vehicle was sent back to auction. As of writing now it is still listed as available for sale. I will never do business with off lease Orlando and will tell every friend I know about this experience and we'll also post it on social media and tell about false advertising.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Off Lease Dealership in Maitland on March 1, 2025. Just four days later, the car broke down and had to be towed to a local garage. The mechanic informed me that the vehicle was in extremely poor condition, describing it as a “can of worms” and warning that repairs would exceed the car's value. It was clear the car was a “lemon.”
When I contacted the dealership, they initially promised to fix the issue and refund my money. However, they later refused to resolve the situation. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was given the runaround with no clear answers. Additionally, the dealership falsely claimed I had the car for two weeks, when it was actually less than a week.
Off Lease Dealership is unwilling to stand by the cars they sell or provide any meaningful customer support. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. You would get a better car out of a quarter machine than the one I was sold.

BAIT AND SWITCH IS THE NAME OF THEIR GAME. I called multiple times and different days inquiring about the same car. I asked why 2015 car ith clean title was only $1.5k? They said bc it had 200k miles. Fair enough. The day of reservation I called to make sure vehicle was still on lot and they said yes. I drive 45 mins only to be told that the vehicle already sold and they didn't notice that the keys were gone. But, of course they had an alternative car priced thousands of dollars higher. Just ridiculous and dishonest employees. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY LIKE TO LIE TO YOUR FACE.

I test drive the car on Monday and made an appointment to discuss the numbers on Wednesday, I got there and they told me they sold it the day before. They couldn't let me know that they sold the car so I wouldn't drive all the way there.

I called ahead to confirm its on the lot and that was confirmed by the rep. I got there and the BAIT was sold.
The Rep Albert did however have a SWITCH they offered. I will not be back. BEWARE

I put a $500 hold on a used car I wanted to buy because I was not ready that day. The next day, when I
was ready to purchase, the customer service rep told me that the vehicle was listed by mistake. She said
the vehicle was sold before I put the $500 to hold the car. I understood and politely asked for the money
back. They agreed. However, a week later, I never received the money back. When I called, I requested
to speak to a manager, who was not available, but they told me they would call me back. They never did!
This happened 3 more times and they always had some kind of excuse. I had to initiate a credit card
dispute to get the money back. I am not sure how this company does business, but their customer
services really stinks! NOT RECOMMENDED

I called about this car and made and offer sight unseen. Never got called back. A week later they dropped the price by $2k. I called back and made another offer. They denied it and said they would loose too much money but yet they just dropped the price lower than what was offered the week prior. They just don't want to sell it. They are waiting for someone to pay asking price plus financing. In the mean time they keep dropping the price lower instead of taking a deal and moving on.

Save yourself and go somewhere else. Zach and Albert are great but where this dealership goes bad is with their “management”. Found a vehicle we liked but the lack of knowledgeable staff pushed us to leave since it was so frustrating. Called later to make a deal, came to a deal and put deposit down. Set a time to pickup vehicle and finish paperwork, we get there and there is no one there to do the financing. The managers stroll in whenever they want and leave their staff in a lurch. Poor business skills. Trying to build a business with a similar to one that was big and went out of business. We went to a real dealership got a vehicle that was perfect, had tread on the tires, certified warranty.
