Great experience when looking for a vehicle. I expressed interest and he sent me everything I needed to review it from home because I don't live in Jacksonville. Also offered test drive and car delivery. Excellent customer care!

Excellent experience. Though I didn't purchase a vehicle there, the sales staff were responsive and low-pressure. Very professional.
They were beyond nice despite me not being able to communicate effectively because of being in
the middle of a move. They worked around my chaos and even sent videos of the car, offered to
ship the car to me, pick up mine and so forth. Unfortunately, they sold before I could get everything
settled. Even though I did not buy from them, I recommend based solely on patient email
interaction and not feeling overly pressured.

The experience as a whole was good although the wait was lengthy especially the second time after having signed papers they said the car was being gassed up and cleaned and neither was true. They brought the car back with clean tires and a newer one that didn't match the others on the right front. Huh?

Drove almost 5 hours from ft Lauderdale to Jacksonville for nothing vehicle was not retail ready while test driving it noticed vehicle was shaking. Not driving normal then a manager by the name of chris took it to service and said that it was the rotors, they supposedly replaced the rotors and I drove the vehicle for the second time and it was still shaking. It’s a shame that such expensive vehicle over $40,000 dollars not front line ready or not properly reconditioned

I ended up purchasing from another dealer but the representative who called me was actually pretty good. It just didn't work out for me because the Tampa dealer was about $1,000 better in my favor otherwise they would have been my second choice

Good experience. Claimed to be a no haggle dealership, so be
ware if you want to haggle. If you're getting a used car, they do
a horrible job cleaning so just be aware of that. I waited an hour
and a half for the delivery detail and car was still dirty! So
expect a dirty car unless you want to spend all day criticing
their work. Other than that, great place. Solid B+ in my books.

First time to this dealer. Sales rep very "green". Could use a
course in how to effectively deal with a variety of different
personalities and ages. Sales manager got right to point, made
the deal, moved on. Never received a follow up call checking
on satisfaction. Had to contact dealer for clarification on fuel
requirements and missing lug nut lock set parts. Never did
receive them.
