I will never ever go back to this store ever again. They were rude and basically called me a liar and said that I have not been working for 8 years cause it didn't show up on some reports even though I had over 2 years of paystub on me and when I got there they said that they never received my prequalify papers so I left and when I got home they called me and said they received it and everything was good to go and it was nothing but a disappointment

Called to get the car in for a test drive and was super excited. The said they would call me when the car arrived at the store to set up a time call multiple times and no one ever called me back. Highly disappointed.

the dealer was VERY prompt in responding to my inquiry for a vehicle located in Thornton. I explained that I lived in the springs area when asked when would be a good time to visit and test drive and they then became very persistent in getting me to make that drive. No one likes making THAT drive down I-25, no one.
the quick response is appreciated but please listen to your potential customer when they say they will make the drive when it's convenient.

do not go here. I tried to make sure the car was there on the lot and that it was the correct car but they lied. First, the dealership was 55 minutes away from me and I had to Uber. So I wanted to make sure the car was there and they confirmed it was there. I also asked if the car vin number was correct because the car was listed as a black Honda on their website and CarGurus, but on the CarFax, it said burgundy. So I asked and the lady said it was black and that no one was buying it looking at the car. I ordered the Uber and got there. The car was there so I was excited. But then realized it was dark burgundy up close. They used different photos for the car and posted it. It had a cracked windshield. And that was not stated after I asked if anything was wrong with it. The inside pics were wrong too. I feel like it was one thing after another. I test drove the car, while I did like it, I just hated how they posted the wrong photos and misled me with information. I order an Uber home.

Justin contacted me from sales; sent supportive information on the PAcifica, and arranged an appointment for a
test drive. He was very courteous, the car was in very clean condition, and we purchased it. We are still
working on couple of service issues as we are an hour away but O'Mera has provided great follow-through.

Great experience! The whole process was effective, efficient and
thorough.
Dealer would not allow a test drive said go get a cashiers check to test drive on a Saturday at 2:45 when banks are closed.
Would not take a mobile bank account showing 11 times the cars asking price for proof of funds. All they want to do is get you into their financing department.
Don’t waste your time here…
Horrible experience!! Total bait and switch. Went to look at a specific car. Called and told them I was going to come by. Drove 40 min. When we got there they said the car was being serviced and wouldn’t be available to look at until the following day. The following day said the car was sold. How did someone buy it in less than 24 hours if they couldn’t look at it or test drive it?

This dealership was quick to get you the car/truck you want no matter what situation you are in bad credit score or low down payment
They are willing to help you in anyway as possible. I am a First time buyer and Justin who has helped me get through the process on the do and don’t to purchase my first car he also answered all of my questions whenever I was confused. This place O’ Meara is truly a great place to buy your vehicle.!

The sales person was good but somewhat lacking in responding to calls, emails and texts, making the purchase process much slower than it needed to be.
The financial person said they will send paperwork to me via UPS when this could have been done electronically. I assumed it would be overnighted to me but am still waiting two days later.
I was told I would get a full report from the mechanic shop showing everything they did to the vehicle but so far have only received the preliminary report from the Jeep dealer where they sent it for a recall fix. I’m still waiting for the full report from this dealership as to what their own mechanics have done to it.
I did receive photos of the exterior and interior and it looks good. They told me they replaced the windshield and the tires but I have no proof of that.
They told me everything in and on the vehicle works but when I got the repair ticket from the Jeep dealer, it indicated that the HVAC was not working at all. Still waiting.
They sold the car on us while we were trying to purchase it. The sales guy Justine wasn’t returning calls and text after doin this unethical rotten thing to us….. Buyer beware….

Thank you for the Feedback! We do not allow Used Cars to be held because our pricing is so aggressive. Unfortunately someone else was ready to purchase the vehicle and made the decision to do so. We offered to find you a like vehicle, but unfortunately this was solely an issue of timing.
If I could give a negative I would. Do not deal with this company I have had nothing but problems with them from day one. Very unprofessional and undertrained staff. Tried purchasing a vehicle from them for 2 days they don't return calls, they also ran our credit then sold the vehicle we were trying to purchase. You lie to a client run their credit knowing it's a hit for the bureau and you sell the car they're purchasing. Justin Seaver was the salesman I even talked with management who also hid the fact they sold the vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks for the 6 point hit a no vehicle.

We explained what was needed in order to get you approved, but you were unable to provide the pertinent documentation. Every Guest is important to us and we did everything to get your significant other approved, but as was explained to you - unfortunately you do not qualify.

Fantastic, Justin is doing a great job & taking GREAT care of us!!
This dealer tried to add a “mandatory” $900 ‘service’ fee to add an upgraded theft system and tint the windows. When I asked to not have that done, they said they required it. I don’t recommend this dealership.

Devan, thank you for the feedback. That much said, we usually have 1-2 vehicles on the lot that we keep Window Tint and Clear mask installed on for display purposes. The vehicle you were interested in was one of those display vehicles. We apologize, but we can't 'undo' that on a display vehicle.

Units that are under Federal Stop Sale are still displayed for sale so that customers can choose to leave deposits on these vehicles once the Stop Sale is lifted. There is not a requirement from the Federal Government to not display these vehicles the requirement is to not sell them. Any questions about Federal Stop sales can be referenced at www.ftc.gov

So good! Taylor was awesome and the team of guys working were fun and so helpful!
A sales rep has kept in contact.
However, disregard my initial question, and did not seem to have concern about the major discrepancy that I pointed out on one of their listings, and placed blame on the “3rd-party site”, (CarGurus), as if the dealership had no control over the extremely inaccurate price-posting.
O’Meara got off to a bad start with their 3rd party that does their cargurus ads— they had a fake price & no information about mechanical details. I never get any real pictures—- O’Meara was then very evasive about answering any of my questions... when they finally got the details on their website— it had a computer generated pictures & was overpriced..probably won’t consider any of their ads as real.

But they said they would call me back with details whether the car is there
or not and they did not call back.
Last night I went in and looked at a 4Runner that was $11,900. Almost
made the deal but told them I wanted to have a mechanic look at it and
talk with Honda before returning my lease.
The car has a ton of body damage (hail and it looks like the driver's side
got swiped) and they told me that was the reason for the discount.They
assured me it would be sold today blah blah blah. Been emailing one of
the sales guys, Josh back and forth this morning asking him for details in
regard to the service that has been done to the car because it looked like
they covered up some leaks with goop. Today- the vehicle is priced @
$16,900. Crooks- don't shop here

Disappointed.... Never sent photos or Carfax as requested. Only sent email and left message on phone to test drive. When I checked to see if vehicle was still available, It wasn't.....

I told the dealer I was coming down from the Mountains to
see it, a two
hour drive. I was told the car did not have a ding on it, it
had 4 dings
different areas. When I went to negotiate on the price he
gave me a print
out with the price at $3000 dollars more then what he quoted
me in a
email , then he goes on to say we are not making
money at that price. I told him I really do not care if they
make money we
are starting negotiations from the price that was quoted or I
was going to
give them a bad write up all over the internet.
This is part of the bad write up.
They got my registration and title wrong and it took over 10
calls for
someone to get back in touch with me.
I bought the car because it was at the right price but this
dealership ( I am
being nice) sucks.
