The experience is the typical bad used car experience. Deception regarding the condition of the vehicle. Coarse salespeople and no one I could trust. I just got the feeling I was getting skinned. Decided to buy elsewhere.

I would describe the overall experience with this dealership as frustrating. I made a test drive appointment 11 days before due to living far away and they sold the car 2 days before my appointment and didn't make any attempt to let me know, and seemingly had the intention of trying to sell me a car I wasn't able to afford, and ultimately wasn't interested in. They were not good at reaching out and were not honest. I would not reccomend GMC O'Meara to anyone.

I began trying to work with Olivia. She didn't stick with it. Then sent me a text that the car was listed for $37,xxx when it was actually listed for $18,991. I reached out to her to transfer me to a different salesperson who wanted to dedicate some time to trying to make a deal. She then started texting me from a different number, maybe a personal number. I finally stopped by the dealership after calling and talking to David. David called me back and told me that the headlight was broken. I had driven over 3 hours so decided to stop and look at the car. David was honest and tried to help. Nothing else about my experience here was good.

Very poor follow up process. I drove 60 miles and took time off of work to potentially purchase a HEV. Sent in my trade VIN and all necessary information for the purchase. Then no follow through from the sales rep at all. The HEV sold and then I got a follow up asking if I had any questions. I also received emails from the dealership inquiring about my experience. I replied inquiring about the vehicle that I was interested in, and again no reply…

My wife and I scheduled a test drive in a pre-owned pickup truck via phone call, on which the salesperson stated that he'd prep the truck for our arrival. Upon arrival, the truck was not ready and was out of gas, there was a screw in the tire and the rear tail light was broken. The dealership had no intent of mentioning or fixing these items. When we started to talk numbers, the dealership initially offered $6k less than other dealers we'd seen and insulted us when we told them we couldn't accept less than we had previously been offered. On the way out, we stopped by the finance manager to thank him for his time, and another employee in his office held his phone to his ear (mockingly) and stated "hello officer, yes somebody is trying to rip us off again" to which his cohorts started laughing. All of this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and was by far the WORST experience with any dealership we've come across. Don't support these scum!

This was my first experience with O'Meara Buick GMC. Erik (salesman) replied to my inquiry about the pre-owned GMC Canyon and we set up an appointment the same day. The vehicle was clean and ready to view and drive. As I was unfamiliar with the area, Erik suggested a route for the test drive, which I (mostly) followed. I bought the truck and they honored the lower price listed on the CarGurus app. Joe (moneyman) helped me understand the warranty options. Out of emissions vouchers for my county, he said he'd mail it to me. Before I drove off in my new truck, Erik helped me with some vehicle settings and equipment functions (e.g., spare tire access, jack location/use, phone connection, et al). I was surprised to discover that they hadn't filled the gas tank. Different dealer, different times I guess. First stop was the gas station. Only one key/fob set provided and no deal to be had on a spare set from this GMC dealer on this GMC truck. Found a great deal with a local locksmith.

Had a very disappointing experience. A bunch of back and forth with pricing, seemed to be weird about carfax report which ended up revealing a replaced motor, and just overall not a good experience. We ended up walking out and had a much better experience elsewhere.

They were great to work with originally when I contacted them. It took some additional followup with the dealership to determine the price of the vehicle as it was new to their inventory and they had not yet assessed it. Ultimately, I went with another vehicle, but the ladies at O'Mera that I dealt with were great and did everything they could to earn my business.
