They did make contact through their internet caller, but then I called the showroom because no one followed up. I spoke to a salesman we exchanged pictures of the Vehicle I was interested in, and I sent him video of my Vehicule trading in on a Monday. I told them other than what they were going to give me for my trade in since I was awaiting their offer, I wanted the vehicle. I called on Tuesday, I called again on Wednesday and when they got back to me, they told me the vehicle was sold. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible experience, dealership confirmed via email the vehicle was available both Sunday and Monday, we did the online prelim deal thru car guru with a trade in value for our truck, had a confirmed email deal and an appt for 10AM Monday , confirmed again the appt Monday 8AM with their internet rep. The drive was 2.5 hrs drive we left 7:30 with a confirmed email in between. We were 15 min. away and I was looking at emails (hubby driving) there I see an email that came in at 9:23AM saying the truck sold Saturday! Claim they tried to call us before their email and left a voicemail , neither of us had a missed call or voicemail. Cell service had in the mountains but even when we had device there was no record of either . Needless to say a call or voicemail at that time would not of saved us 5 hours of wasted time. It was either a bait in switch, error in advertised price that caught or just plan horrible company communication and horrible customer service and communication. The opened 8

One thousand STARS ✅✅would not even come close to the Competency and Professionalism practiced at this dealership in an industry not known for such.I bought this vehicle and look forward to more years in this newer model of Ford Explorer than my previous ones because of the proven track records of this model.Craig and Tyler and the whole team at Nucar are a PLEASURE to conduct business with and I am deeply grateful and appreciative for their going ABOVE and BEYOND normal expectations✅✅

Overall experience was positive. Long wait in the dealership despite pre-approval for financing but they said they were able to get me a 1% lower apr. Overall, fairly friendly service and quick to respond back to my emails. Thanks.

All around, good experience. I need a warranty with a vehicle as I travel. This truck was as is. If there was a way where they fixed it so a warranty would be available, and then rolled the repair price, I would have bought this truck. Needed a glow plug (replace 1, replace all) so about $1500 for repair.

The sale person told me he would run it through the shop since it was being sold as is. I was very excited since at 75 it was affordable. He then emailed 2days later that it was sold to a another salesman's buddy it while we were trying to work the deal. I was the original interested party , all he needed to do was ask for a deposit subject to the inspection. Stay away, no creditability at this used car dealer.

Was pretty close to a deal on a used truck, we agreed on a price, then there was a: "documentation fee" of $499 that basically ensured the dealership received the money back that we last negotiated. Being a used vehicle, I didn't feel there was a need for a $500 fee. I purchased another new truck instead.

They contacted me right away. I lived about 90 miles away in a different State and wanted information about the car. We agreed on a procw if i was to buy it and they deleivered it ro my house. It was what i was lookong for so we had paperwork filled out ao if I wanted it, I just signed and the left it. It was great and super easy. Loving the new car.

The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many. Friendly, considerate, helpful staff across the board. Although we drove 3 hours to get there we will do it again if we are looking for a vehicle in the future - hats off to Don, Katy, Joel, Tyler and the rest of the team there for creating a, dare I say it, enjoyable car buying experience

Katy was awesome at responding emails promptly and providing all the information I requested. John was a great guy, who tried hard to get us the deal we wanted, but unfortunately we couldn't agree on final price, so we decided look elsewhere. Over all, everybody was very polite and we liked the no pressure enviroment.

Wonderful experience. Katy for internet sales was great, answered all my questions and more. Tyler in sales was Exellent, so personable, easy to approach , very patient, courteous , his mom would be so proud of this young man. Dan the owner was wonderful also , again very patient and understanding , I felt this team was very welcoming and helpful . Did buy at beautiful baby last night and would buy again from this team. Drove 4 hours to Vt then next morning drove 2 1/2 hours more to see the car , gorgeous area , lots of sight seeing , my day spent with my husband

The dealership contacted me, called me, but, I was at work all day, so, I couldn't respond right away. Some people work on the Holidays! Then I finally got to call them, all excited to go see the Juke around 5pm, they asked me to bring my trade in to look at it, and then said it was a courtesy call, because they SOLD the Juke! Asked me if I wanted something else, I said, no, but then they kept sending me E-Mails on my inquiry about the Juke even after they sold it! Very disappointed!
