Dealer contacted me. Set up test drive, gave me information. I just didn't like the way it rode.
Jerry was good. He contacted me and did a video tour of the vehicle I was interested in. He let me know the fees they charge as a addendum on each used vehicle they sell.
Personaly, I don't agree with the fees. They have their listing price then want to charge and extra $2,800 for their add ons. Plus, no negotiation in price. If you are going to list a vehicle please include the fees.

The price advertised was just short of false advertisement when asked what the out the door price was, I was hit with $4800.00 dealer add ons worth maybe $1000.00
Contacted a dealership a few days ago, showing interest in a truck. They offered their best price, but it increased by almost $3000 after I showed interest. The sales rep was responsive and courteous, but someone responsible for the price increase seems to be trying to scam people. Dealerships need to be held accountable for such bad practices.

Well , i dont know why dealers arent upfront about the price of a vehicle , after they give u a price - they add another close to 4000 dollars for convenience packages - or added equipment like tint etc .. just be straighforward

Was contacted by the dealership and a salesman But the salesman( Alejandro Rodriguez) had the next day off and didn’t contact me until I wrote management about my situation and then had me do a credit application since that day and have not heard from them since. I do not recommend this dealership unless you are going to go directly to the dealership. Even then I have my doubts.
Don't waste your time unless you don't mind spend $2400 more than their online listed price. They will
lure you in with great pricing but once you start looking at numbers you will see that they have added
nearly $2400 in protection packages which include paint sealant, tire protection and nitrogen for the
tires. The protection package is non negotiable and not listed online of course. Some dealerships are
starting to list low online pricing only to get you to the dealership and find out add on's bumping up
profits for the dealer WILL NOT be removed. Also plan on them offering you the lowest value for your
trade. There are better Ford dealers within a 25 mile radius, I highly recommend you don't waste your
time.

Dealer responded but was told I needed a cosigner bcuz of my credit a few years ago went to hell when I lost my job. I am paying to get this resolved. Something I never expected to happen to me at my age being ive worked all my life. Just was hoping for a break to get back in the car that I love. A 4runner. I had to sell mine when money got tight. Very disappointed we could not work this out. I have a good solid job with a well know medical hospital and was hoping that would be enough. Just very disappointed.

The dearlership was nice but was a little disappointed that they wouldn't work with me. I was trying to buy a vehicle under my own name but because only my wife's name was under the vehicle that I was going to do a trade-in they did not want to help.

Very slow response only to be told the car wasnt available for sale. It took a few days for them to respond by email only to be told that the car isnt available but that they have
other cars for sale.

Offered extremely low trade in value. The truck I was interested in was worth significantly less than my trade. Offered 2000.00 trade in on a truck with a 7000.00 KBB value.

the truck was listed for $1983 i called and asked about the truck
they confirmed the price. Then when I got there and took a test
drive and started filling out the sales paperwork they told me that
the price was $3900. The salesman tried to get me to talk to the
manager, but if one of them would lie to me, then I'm sure that
they all would.

We are not ready to purchase at this point, as we have only just

lukewarm, but the vehicle he had when we made contact was
slightly outside our specifications.

job and finding me the better deal, I had offers from other
dealerships and without a doubt northside ford beat them by a mile..
