Spoke to them on the phone about a 2024 Buick encore gx. Set up an appointment for the following Monday there coming from up in Poughkeepsie. When we got there, we went through the whole lot not seeing the encore gx, only to be told by the salesman that it was sold that same day. Not only that, another salesman made us talk to the manager in which he replied “your child really wants a brand new Buick”. Completely unprofessional in speaking with their customers and also keeping customers informed on their cars. The listing is still up as of today even though the car is already sold. Please do not go here very shady.

Negative. When I visited for the second time
the “sales”manager of directed me to go and
sit & wait… at a desk. He said the agent was
out of the store busy, apparently.
The manager was NOT busy at all, I was the
only client but did not care about me at all and
Let me sit forever until I walked out.
He invited me to return at another time while I
was walking out…
No respect, No manners not sure what’s the
job description of a Sales manager at
Mitsubishi… My advise is to Go elsewhere to
purchase a vehicle.

I found a car listed for $28,500 on CarGurus. Before visiting the dealership, I called to confirm that this was the total cash price. They assured me it was, so I scheduled an appointment for a test drive.
After the test drive, the salesperson presented me with a price of $44,000, which is a significant increase. When I confronted them about the advertised price, they dismissed it as an unrealistic "internet price" only meant to attract customers, implying it was never a real offer.

The dealer sold the car before I was able to make my way there to see it. That's actually ok. Just because I made an appointment doesn't mean they have to hold the car for me if someone gets there first and wants the car. But when I reach out multiple times to confirm if the car was available and get no response but get a ton of messages about confirming my appointment, either there's a disconnect amongst the sales group or they are not really concerned with helping me get the car I want. They could have easily confirmed the car was sold and move the discussion towards something similar that was available. Either way, not great experience.

Shady business tried to over sell me on total price of car car was listed at 62k when it was all said and done they expected me to pay 116k for the car between down payment and monthly payments they reached this after waisting 4 hours of my day claiming they were trying to get me the best deal I ended up walking out on the deal when I told them what the numbers were after doing math they told me I was wrong then he turned his screen to show me something and I looiked at final sale price and I was absolutely correct about thru numbers completely ridiculous will never do business here.

Shady business practices and just overall really bad experience. Let me break it down:
1. We show up to the dealership and the car is not even there. We had to drive to another dealership but that wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn't for everything else.
2. The car is $16,000 not the price here. You would have to trade in a car and finance with them to get the listed price. Very misleading.
3. The salesman was very pushy. I mean all salesmen are to an extent but this guy was unwilling to work on anything right off the bat. He was super hesitant to show me the car or even pictures. He wanted to agree on a price right then and there without letting me look at the car. He seemed annoyed I didn’t agree on a price and close the deal without seeing the car…
4. We get to the car and it’s full of scratches on the body and all around the handles. Both mirrors are broken and rear right tire is torn. Salesman said they would only replace one mirror and nothing else…
It’s a piece of junk.

If could have left 0 stars I would have. Where do I begin? Saw this 2022 Kia Soul on Cargurus for $14,399,
called the dealership to confirm it was available which it was, so my wife and I traveled from upper
Westchester County to make a cash purchase. Never saw the vehicle, ask the salesperson if we could test
drive but he said it wouldn't necessary because the price on CarGurus was not the price of the vehicle. He
then directed us to the dealership website where the price was $3,500.00 more than CarGurus, you have to
finance and trade in to get that price. This dealership does not appreciate its customers; their main GOAL IS
TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE! Don't waste your time with tight suits.

The price listed on car guru was not the actual price. It was 5k higher. We were told the actual price was listed in the dealer link, bait and switch action. We live on the west coast so we sent a family member to look and glad we did. The photos reflect a clean car no damage, not the case 20+ rock chips on the exterior.

These guys are the epitome of slimy used car salesmen. Beware that the price listed are not the real price. They have a formula where you can get to the price listed by trading in a car and using their bank for financing. That way they make money three ways. Even if you call to verify the price like we did they lie extremely unprofessional place. Do your homework.

Bad experience. I was driving from out of state to see the vehicle. Prior to visiting this dealership I called to make sure the vehicle is in stock and to verify the price of the vehicle. I specifically asked if there were any other fees aside from taxes, dmv, and dealer fees. I was assured there were no other fees. Once I sat down to speak to a salesperson, the price of the car increased by $5000 with added fees. One of the fees being LoJack ($1500) for a car that’s already equipped with gps/tracking. I wouldn’t waste my time visiting this place unless you’re willing to pay at least $5,000 over listed price.

Scam alert!!! this dealership lists fully loaded vehicles then when you contact the
dealership they say they have no way of finding out what options are on the vehicle. I
bought my own car-fax and Monroney to find out that the options were not what they
said. Most options were not accurarate. It overinflates the car guru price when dealers list
options that aren't there. It makes the value of the vehicle increased to bait you in and
then switch. The are management and employees dodge my phone calls after I called
them out. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for this.

We had a really awful experience at this dealer. Seems like they have a bait and switch policy going
where they list a car at a much lower price online, and then when you go in they add thousands of
dollars of charges on top of it. I had verbal assurance from a salesman I spoke with on the phone that
the 27K online was the real price -- with no additional charges -- and also that the car still had 19
months of factory warranty. When my husband went in to make the purchase, that salesman's
manager said 'so and so had no authorization to tell you that was the price (which they have published
online!!) and I don't know who so and so is and when I find out they won't be working here much
longer.' This 'manager' then went on to tell my husband he had to purchase a $3900 warranty from the
dealership, and that he was not allowed to decline that warranty, and that in addition there was another
$2k charge over and above title and tax. Very annoying since the dealer is an hour from our home.

I simply asked if their vehicles have one price or separate prices for finance vs cash. Sofia would not answer my question in writing which says it all. Tired of the bait. List the actual PRICE
They sent several emails but never responded to my replies back to them. Could not get through to them by phone. Tried several numbers multiple days but kept getting messages that the voicemail boxes were full.
I couldn't even leave a message.
After about 1 - 1/2 wks I received a call saying the finance, tax, etc. charges would be about $6,000k on top of the asking price of $9,795k with no willingness to negotiate even the slightest. Give me a break! I expected about $1500.00 added for taxes, dealer fees, registration and then an added delivery charge but $6k more? What does that sound like to you?

Dealer was Great! I had an appointment that I showed up to very late, but I was still able to see the vehicle. Only one issue, when I inquired about the vehicle the front desk receptionist told me it was in another lot. The other lot wasn't that far away, but I ended driving to it and didn't see the vehicle. When I was on my way back to dealer I saw the vehicle in main lot. I told one of the sales rep Juan and he was more than happy to help. I missed out on the deal for the car. I took to long! I would definitely recommend this dealer.

They helped me decide not to buy in NY metro area. Final price wasn’t too out of line with expensive dealers but they come up in used car searches cheaper than everyone else because they had a $2995 certification fee in my case, a $399 GPS tracking fee, $395 destination fee (used car), $449 Environmental Protection fee, +$75 doc fee. I didn’t know at first (person on phone told me when I asked what fees are involved) you can click the buy online and find the total price with all the extra fees so that’s helpful to have. I’m personally not interested in dealing with dealers that have these fees. To each their own. I was looking to buy a car under $15,000 before tax and tags so having this show up when really it’s $18,000+ before tax and tags is not helpful in the used car search engines. Stopped by store to confirm I had to pay the certification fee I was told they already do it so you have to pay it. Why that can’t be part of the price of the car in that case is beyond me.

My worst experience when trying to purchase a use car. What at an experience!!!!. If a deal is
too good to be true, then it is.
The Vehicle was advertised at $9,495. The Dealerâs miscellaneous (additional) charges,
including taxes and registration, was about $7000.00- Total price offered- $16,500. I was also
told that the advertised price was for individuals willing to finance with the dealer (read the fine
print)- I guess you get penalized if you try to buy cash or have alternative financial
arrangements. I also guess you are penalized for maintaining a good credit rating, deserving
of a low interest rate.
The sales Guy was very courteous, to the point I felt sorry for him; however, the sales
manager prove to be an arrogant fool. When I prove resistant to their ridicules fees, he
boastfully told me how he has sold 500 cars- like that would impress me. Good for you if there
is a sucker that is willing to pay, but I am not one of them, and never will: I did no

My first dealership experience and it was with Northstar it begin with me arriving for my appointment. I was greeted place looks clean look nice look professional secretary scanned my forehead for a temperature because I was test driving a vehicle. waited about 10 minutes they instructed me to go to next lot for the car. the wait wasn’t too long to see the car. I was given the keys to go check out the car but to my surprise The car wasn’t ready for me to test drive. right tire was flat and it had no gas total wait to test drive the car was three hours that was a bad experience for my first time going to a dealership now when I was finally helped i was helped by Sergio real cool guy He was courteous professional fun unlike a lot of reviews I’ve read of the salesman being snotty having an attitude and making customers feel like they were stupid A+ plus I’m glad he was my salesman. Love thecar we just couldn’t make a deal if they accept my business I wouldn’t mind coming back one day.
They actually responded some of my questions. But almost no one could answer me if how much dealer’s fees are.
Then I talked to Richard apparently the manager. He clarified me that the Price the list on most vehicles are not the actual total price of the vehicle. In order to get that you Must put $2995,00. Then apply through their bank lenders. Next day, I texted him, but never replied. It would just be simpler and easier to List the total price of the vehicle except the taxes and DMV.
No good, got there spent the first hour and a half hearing every excuse or other option than this particular vehicle...winded up located it myself through literally asking for keys and checking odometers...then was told several different excuses on why they won't honor the online price and was quoted $5000 more....the battery was dead on my second option but still tried to sell me that one as well....I'll take my business elsewhere...thanks but no thanks...
Terrible wish I could give them no stars. My husband went there after I verified price and availability. They tacked on 5k in BS fees before taxes title fee. Sale associate had on dirty shoes and pants and an attitude like he was not interested in his job. Jaime was nice on the phone and professional too bad she was off that day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment to come in and was greeted kindly, the dealership office was quiet and calm but the salesperson I was directed to had no idea what I was there for, and had his mask under his nose. :(
The car I was checking out had damage underneath which they seemed to think was no big deal, and didn’t make any attempt to credit for it or recommend any place to fix it.
I got a car somewhere else.
They had this car advertised for 22599. It took me 5 days of communicating with Cecil, Kathy, 2 messages that were never returned by sales managers and finally Orlando who did his job to get me the information of cost for the car out the door. This price according to Orlando went from 22599 to 36000 and some change!!!???? I was shocked and asked several times are you sure and he said yes!! Clearly not even the same price range and crew was VERY dismissive about doing their job!!
Lazy and isolating. All I wanted was an actual picture of the car and not the grab a stock internet photo that looks nothing like the actual one.
And whether or not it had two keys.
Read their reviews, and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Just an email saying they will contact me with this information.
NOTHING!!!!!
My window to purchase closes in 3 hours.
No Birthday present for me.
Go figure.
And I am giving 1 Star because at least I got an email that was not helpful!!!

Trash, wasn’t even a sports car. Took it to the Lexus dealership and heard it had 4 accidents that we didn’t even know about so we ended up trading it and paying extra. The sales guy, Moon, was literally the worst, i just thought maybe he was having a bad day. But we got swindled and scammed never ever showing up to this place again. Wayyyyy over priced for a bunch of accident cars. Annoying part i actually wanted to come back to get another car the same week.
They wasted my time and sold the car that we
were negotiating.... I was on contact with the
dealership about buying shipping the car to me.
I kept asking for accurate photos of the car
because the listing had a different charger in it. I
asked for carfax and pictures of the car. I kept
waiting patiently. When I called back again
asked about the info that I requested, they said
oh , we sold that car a few days ago... I was not
happy about that.
No one responds to emails only automated messages. I call and get placed on hold and transferred to someone who isn’t available so they take my name and number but never reach out. This happens every time I call.

WORST WOOORST EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! I dealt with Geraldo, fell in love with the car and since I was over an hour away he said the only way to secure the car is with a deposit. I complied, gave the deposit & had the check mailed from the credit union. He confirmed everything and he said the car was now secured for pick up so we scheduled the day to have paperwork signed. I called off work and then the night before going, I get a text message from him saying “the GM sold the car.” That was all, no apologies or a phone call! They didn’t return my deposit, did not return my calls. It was unbelievable! Worst service ever, honestly do NOT waste your time with this sketchy horrible Unresponsive dealership. Wish I could rate with negative stars!
After returning from a test drive of the car we were interested in we were told it was already sold. Then they try selling us older, higher mileage and more expensive cars. I believe its called bait and switch.

Just another scam. The price listed is not the price. Fine print says it would cost $3k more. To their credit, the car was actually there, but so buried behind other vehicles it would have been nearly impossible to test drive. The salesperson handed me two pages of the carfax, which strangely didn't include about two years of data. The car had an obvious accident with a hole in the rear bumper, displaced panels and a cracked light assembly. Don't waste your time.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and the vehicle was not there. Why? It was the
dealership owner's privately owned vehicle that he was/is still trying to sell through the
dealership, so he had it home with him. When it finally got there, the owner's son was the
one to bring the vehicle, so I had no individual to legitimately negotiate/speak about
purchasing the vehicle. I was not willing to speak to dealership employees about a
privately owned vehicle. No thanks!

Read the fine print. This dealership sneakily writes (in letters, not numbers) that the price does not include a $3000 down payment. When they messed up by leaving that out of the listing I was looking at, they initially agreed to honor their word and give it to me for the price without the $3000. They then offered an optional $2000 extended warranty, which I declined. After verbally confirming at least 5 times, both on the phone and in person, that the final price was $12,000 plus tax, I was ready to pay for the car. At the absolute last moment, my salesman named Ray (or Panama) added a $3000 charge to the bill, which he said was for a "mandatory extended warranty". What a phenomenal load of crap. He and his manager Tee both blatantly and repeatedly lied to my face. They are deeply crooked and I would strongly dissuade anybody from buying from them.

The dealer contacted me. I went and looked at the Lexus ES 350. The car had some issues. They said they would take care of it. I could not make the trip back to them as I had to go out of the country on an assignment.

I would rate them 0 stars if possible. Their advertisement is extremely misleading! I drove over an hour to check out a vehicle that was advertised for $25,565. After spending time test driving and talking over the car, the salesman sat me down to talk warranty and pricing. That’s when the price jumped $6,500 in fees! Not only is that outrageous and disrespectful, it is inconsiderate and a waste of my time. $4k in inspection fees and $2.5k for a prep fee. We still haven’t even spoke about taxes or dmv fees. Please save yourself the time from dealing with this shady dealership. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to purchase a vehicle.

Horrible! Waste of Time Dealership. I Drove from out of state over 2 and half hours to get to the dealership bc I filled out their pre-qual app on NorthStars website. Got a pre-qual certificate sent to my email after I filled it out said i was pre-qualified good for 30 days. Only after I drove all the way up thinking I was drive home with the car of my dreams...Yeah Right, B.S.! I waited their for them to get me approved again bc I had fill out another credit app in person only to be told 4 hrs only 2 banks would approve me but wanted 6k down. They jerked me around, wasted my time, gas and the sales men I dealt with was so inexperienced he forgot to give me back my licencse. I had to call dealership twice in which sales men were acting like children hanging up the phone, disguising their voice. Giving fake names or switching me to voicemails several times. Finally, after all that 2wks after I left the Dealership from Hell my license arrived in the mail. Dont do Business With Them!!!

This is the kind of place that gives car dealerships a bad reputation. Don't be fooled by the sticker price they added $2,500 to it for a warranty
that they put on the vehicle when the car is still under warranty from the manufacturer. Truly frustrating experience now I know why they were
so hesitant to give a price over the phone because the price is completely different then advertised. don't waste your time you will never get it

Drove 300 miles to see this Suburban. They knew l was coming. They called me and confirmed my appt. When l got there, the salesman was not available. The vehicle was 3 rows back in a packed lot. They didn't have it pulled out. Did not let me drive it. All they wanted to know is how l was going to finance the vehicle. Very poor experience.

I had an excellent sales experience with this dealer. The price was fair, the saleswoman (Aleisha) excellent and I even purchased a 5 year warranty on a Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium after it was explained to me that I could purchase a warranty with no rental exclusion and that covered the hybrid battery without a mileage limitation during the warranty period. I was highly impressed with this dealer.

Worst experience ever, made me go al the way down to their dealer after they call me make an apoitment just to say car its sold. But if you want it we can call back the customer so he can Give it to you... like . Like really after i pay $120 on taxis cab to get their and come back.
The most horrible & disappointing experience I've had with a dealership. Great facade until you're forced to pay for the Itrax feature that is suppose to be optional. After leaving a partial deposit on the first day I saw & test drive the vehicle, I clearly stated I DID NOT want their warranty neither the Itrax feature installed. On the 2nd & last day when I returned to finalize downpayment & sign all necessary documents, I was told this Itrax feature was already installed & cannot be removed - they claimed "they thought" I'd agree to having this feature when I clearly stated NO! I ended up walking away from this dealership in tears & currently awaiting my downpayment to be place back into my account. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I'm mostly annoyed because this hard credit pull has now inpacted my score & if I have to go to another dealership, it will require yet another hard pull - that sucks!
No customer should feel forced or pressured into accepting/pay for any feature any dealership off

And just like what the other say in the review they gonna stick you with a $3000 warranty that you don’t even need when you think about. I feel like returning the car and I don’t even get the car yet that’s how they make you feel. The worker was great very pleasant and helpful but they company policy would make you walk out feeling like you make a good decision and a good buy. My experience overall was somewhat and with that I give them 2 star just for customer service not for a good dealership.

I've visited the dealership to see a 2016 mustang which the online price is $18k and when I got there the price was $26k I asked the salesman if the car was clean and he said yes yet still on the online details it shows it had 1 accident to its title...very very misleading I wasted my time going down there...
The main problem with this dealership has been identified by other users, they insist on trying to sell you an expensive ($2.5k) warranty on top of the advertised price which makes their prices uncompetitive. Despite implying some room to negotiate I found there was very little willingness to do so. If you want to buy a car here, factor in paying for the warranty and be aware they will play hard ball with this if you are coming from afar. In the end I bought a vehicle from another dealer who was willing to sell at a fairer price. If you want the peace of mind of a warranty and are prepared to pay - by all means look at their stuff.

I was led to believe that car was being sold for advertised prices of 19495 onlynto find out after test driving car that I had to take a $2200 10 year warranty completely deceptive marketing practice and I will contact the Better business bureau regarding this issue --not trustworthy dealership if this is how they do business I

Dealer had me thinking it was a LTZ and it's only a LT only found this out from my insurance company when I was putting insurance on this vehicle . So I call Kenny back he stated I was always looking at the lLT but it's the same as a LTZ I Did not by the car no more long distance buying cars for me .I see he still advertising that truck as a LTZ

Since I was coming from far away, I called up to find out the out the door price if I paid asking price. They refused to tell me saying they don't negotiate on the phone. I explained that I was not negotiating and simply wanted to know the all in asking price so I could assess the additional fees. They would not tell me. It was ridiculous.

cars deep. Sales man had no intention
of a test drive until after I purchased the
car. The price quoted on your website I
was prepared to pay in cash and they

The price was not $8995, it was
$10,000. Even though I went there with
documentation stating that will sale me
the car for the Internet price if I brought
in the print out; they didn't want to honor
their own agreement. They also wouldn't
take off the money they told me they
would take off from the Internet price. I
could have left with that car that same
day if they would have just been more
accommodating and honest. The car
rides great & is in great shape, so I do
give them credit for that. however, their
customer service skills are the worse
and their words mean nothing. But I'm
glad I didn't get the car from them
because, I came across a 2009 Toyota
Matrix with 25,000 miles and left with
the car for $8,460 and that was with
everything included. So in a way I'm glad
that it worked out the way it did. I
traveled an 1 and a half there and 3
hours back home due to the heavy
traffic and spent over $16 in tolls and
spent a lot of fuel for them to lie to me
and try to play me like a fool. Be aware
of the money hungry wolves in that
place. The prices they give online is not
what they sale the car for at the lot. They
also treat you like you're an idiot and
don't let you speak, they immediately cut
you off and try to hassle you. But as we
all know that's what salesman due, it
times they stopped that bs and start
being honest people. We are all in the
same boat here. They want to make
money yet don't want to be realistic of
people's time, financial situations, or
have the decency of being honest with
those who look at their site. If the car is
$10,000 then that's what should be on
the website not $8995 and then try to bs
you about it. Vanessa was nice, the
managers are not helpful, the financial
manager is a joke,and John was nice to
a certain point, but tried very hard to talk
to me & my friend like we were born
yesterday and seemed like he didn't
want to help even though he said he was
trying to help. They also only let you
treat drive the car around the for a few
mins, not enough time to really feel the
car out.

Well the price of the car advertised isn't
the same in the store. I called there and
the sales person wasn't very patient to
explain the difference. On their website
and on Cargurus the car was advertised
for $9.5k but when I called he said the
price is $13,000.00. Hard to understand
but $9.5k to to refinance I guess. I told
him I want to pu cash for the car and he
said then it is $13,000.00 ?????????
If I know a little bit of business if you pay
cash for something you could expect a
fair discount instead of a higher price.
Makes no sense for me.

Buyer beware!!!! Angel the
salesman NevEr mentioned a
$2000 DeaLer fee which was deceptively
tacked on to our loan. They also
claimed that Capital One wouldn't
finance the car without a warranty
which I find hard to believe cuz
the warranty costs $ therefore the
bank has to lend more, but we
wanted a warranty anyway..
Make Sure You Look at Your Paperwork!! We didn't and
it cost us $2000. It's sad that a
big store like this has to rip off
hard working people that were
just looking to get a car....Go somewhere else if you need a car and
value honest service, you won't find it here!
The prices you see on Car Gurus are really $2000 more, which they

Very dishonest. Traveled almost two hours, they claimed the car had

Very responsive and professional over the phone. The car that we
looked at seemed like a great deal; priced way below KBB value.
We asked the saleman why it was so cheap and his answer was
that they just happened to price it low. Well, something fishy was
going on b/c during the test drive, my wife's seatbelt was soaking
wet and smelled AWFUL! She ended up with big wet smelly stain
on her shirt. Our guess was some kind of mold and that the
seatbelt was wet b/c it was in a flood or something. But we have
no idea. I don't know what happened to this car, but it seemed
that the dealers must have known something since the priced it so
low, but they weren't telling us.

Sticker price was high, brought to their attention internet price was
alot lower...they honored it with no problem...but it wasn't
negotiable...my rep, was a new employee so he was alittle
inexperianced but was very open, personable and honest...which i
liked...final perchase price was a bit higher due to a shop fee for
tune up and detailing of the vehicle, state tax, warranty and loan
interest....but thats anywhere....overall they treated me good...
