Although I haven't bought a vehicle there and I live in mn the dealer seems very friendly and hard working and if I lived in t I would buy a vehicle from these guys. Good fealer
Drove 7 hours from Arkansas to Fort Worth to look at a vehicle at another dealership. Extremely disappointed. Called to see if North Texas Direct was still open, Scott said yes come on over! He was phenominal! Bought the car through USAA's car buying program, took 15 minutes! Looked it over Friday evening and decided I wanted it. Came back Saturday (because I had a prior engagement Friday night) and finished my paper work just as fast. Car was detailed and topped off and ready for my 7 hour drive back to Arkansas. Their shop manager was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle, gave me his card and told me to contact him if I ever have any problems. Couldn't ask for a better sale. Would definitely buy again!

So far so good. I had an agent check the vehicle for me
Shannon was the salesman and assisted him in checking
2 different vehicles. Requested the Carfax to be sent to
me here in the Middle East and received promptly from a
young gentleman Alex...I'm flying in today to hopefully
close the deal! So I'll update this transaction once
complete!
I did finally complete my buy of a 2009 GMC YUKON XL
DENALI from North Texas Direct LLC. with salesman
Scott who assisted me in closing the deal. He was very
amiable and knowledgeable of the vehicle. The vehicle
runs great with only 1 flaw overlooked which was the
passenger front seat safety belt won't engage which is a
safety issue. Maybe servicing can fix it hopefully!
My first contact with with Scott, a breath of fresh air in the car sales world. I test drove the truck that I went to see. It was not my favorite truck, I ended up buying a 2005 Chevy Avalanche and have nothing but praise for this dealership and team. Thank you for a plesurable purchase and hopefully we can work together again.

Vehicle had been sold but it was nice to verification of that. They also showed other vehicles that were in the same classification.
We drove two hours in the rain to get there.The truck was dirty on the inside and had several issues that we were not told about.Don't think the salesman never looked at the vehicle.

Quick to reply, Only problem they did not tell me the vehicle had hail damage also the tire pressure monitor system was shot on both rear tires and they wouldn’t really budge on the price overall I had a decent experience but it still left a bad taste in my mouth probably will never buy another vehicle from here

AMAZING! I have to hand it to Travis #1! David a close second and Brain
right there with them both! These guys took amazing care of me. I bought
the truck "as is" and ended up having a few issues right after purchase...
These guys took care of everything! Not only did they fix my issues, but
went above and beyond their own work hours and duties. They replaced
minor things for me like the cup-holders, wipers, floor mats, fuel filter, and
even a brake switch to get the cruise control working for me, all at no cost
to me. On top of that, they gave me a "loaner" vehicle to use while they
made sure everything was up to par before bringing mine back. These
guys provided the absolute best, all-be-it most interesting, car buying
experience ever. Also it was the shortest time ever dealing with paperwork
in my life! AMAZING I TELL YOU!

I worked with Scott and he was great. We were able to work out a deal and I'm happy with it. He was very easy to work with and didn't pressure me into anything.
The truck's battery died less than a week after I bought the car. That sucked. I would have thought thad they would have tested for things like that.
I'd buy here again.

Dealership representative was very polite and professional. They were not
pushy and were helpful.
I received an email within 24 hours of my inquiry. I had more questions and received answers to those questions within an hour or so. Since then, I asked Alex to call me at his convenience, again he called within a few minutes of receiving the email. I found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles that I’m interested in.
When it comes time to purchase the vehicle, NTD will be at the top of the list to visit.

Was really interested in a truck, and was ready to drive 300 plus miles for it. Long story short was on and off the phone all day with Spencer about purchasing, had credit run and was approved by there bank and the GM sold the truck out from under me. I was not pleased.

Dealer responded immediately. I did visit the dealer but the truck required
repair and I could not drive the truck and did not attempt to buy. Their
location was a little difficult to find. Better driving instructions would help.
