Fastest process I have ever had buying a car. Would recommend!

This dealer has a great selection of Nissans. Pricing and vehicle history was tough to keep up with. A print out of our top 5 choices would of been helpful so pricing would not keep changing and dealer not be bothered when asking to view again. Final added costs also kept changing. Cars were very clean and ready to be driven. Staff was bothered when asking specifics about warranty but if that is mentioned in pricing then it should be provided. At the least a print out or number to call so there is some proof of this warranty that he kept speaking about. Dealer also spoke about new transmissions on each car no paperwork to show for it. Would not recommend to friends and family.

A wonderful car buying experience. After bad luck with other dealers, we came here due to their great Google reviews and the reviews are absolutely correct!! The whole staff is warm and inviting, and the selection of cars is great. We purchased 2 cars for the family and they passed the pre-purchase inspection with flying colors. Nick was awesome and patient in helping me find a car, and being honest with me. I picked one out and It didn’t have a backup camera so I told him, and he had one installed within a couple days. He even filled my gas up before I took the car off the lot. Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I were both hesitant going to this dealer simply because they aren’t a certified, big name dealership. We got there Saturday afternoon and we were able to look around at a couple different vehicles by ourselves (unlike at other places, we weren’t pounced on like prey!). We decided on the car and spoke with Nick about test driving. Within minutes we were test driving! We had to wait until Monday to get the process rolling with the bank, but it ended up taking from Sat until Tues for the bank to process the loan. Nick was patient and helpful, going above and beyond to help this hectic situation. I was worried after looking at other reviews that the car would be sold out from under me, but Nick was very firm that as long as we were actively pursuing it, it was ours… and it was! I was also impressed that he didn’t try to up sell us at all. He mentioned options but never nagged us about any of it. I’ll definitely be going back to North Hills whenever I need a new car!

I contacted dealer regarding the 2014 Mercedes E-Class E 550 Cabriolet, specifically asking about the included 2 year maintenance agreement, as I live out of state and wondered if this is even a selling point for me. The dealer responded promptly, but did not answer my specific question. I replied asking again and did not get any response.

I'm not sure these guys actually want to sell cars. The car in question looked like some trashy woman had been driving it, all cigarette stank and fingernail scratches. A good slogan for this place would be "Cars for Deadbeats."

I ended up getting a car somewhere else but when I checked out the car of my interest, the sales people at North Hills were nice. They seemed to be willing to work with you if you find something that concerns you about the car like replacing the battery if it's weak.

Had a great experience. I went in specifically to look at a car I found online. They actually have a lot of good cars on the lot with reasonable prices. They provided me the all the previous history on the car I was interested in and were very helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up buying the car and they made the purchase very easy. Way better than going to a big dealer with annoying sales people. I was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend this dealer.

I dealt with Jamil. He had a great personality and seemed to know his cars but he was extremely dishonest about knowing if his XF had been in an accident which it had and his shop done the repairs so please please be aware & ask for the car fax. I actually made an offer,a fair offer,on this Jaguar xf but he never contacted me the next day like we had planned. Also the transmission needs a flash done by a certified dealership or mechanic with the proper computer diagnostics machine which I'm sure they have. I don't know why it had not been done but I'm glad I researched a jag trans slipping from automatic into straight without doing so manually or accidentally hitting the paddles. This is a big problem XFs have after being wrecked & around 70,000 miles. Buy beware,ask questions!

I must say that I am always skeptical of small dealerships because of my past experiences with such dealerships, but my experience with North Hill Motors was totally different. I contacted North Hill Motors for their 2001 Jeep Wrangler and received amazing service. My sales representative was James who was very helpful and up front. He provided great customer service and didn't waste my time with sleazy salesmen gimmicks. I didn't walk away with the Jeep as I intended as I was wowed with an Audi they had on the lot instead. I must say that they have a great selection of cars on their lot and they stand behind each one. They are also reasonably priced in comparison to blue book value. I can honestly that I am completely pleased with my purchase, the level of customer service received, and the price I paid for my choice. I will definitely be a repeat customer next year when my wife's lease is up. Thanks James and Moe (Owner) you guys were great!!!

Terrible service. They tried to sell me a car and made me pay 200 dollars for them to start fixing it. They never answer their phone. It's just a sketchy sell a car quick get paid no matter what kinda car dealership. Me and my fiance just took the 200 dollars as a loss and decided to go to an ACTUAL dealership and were really happy. These people don't care about you ONLY your money. I don't recommend this place to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ELSEWHERE. It's a family owned business so their all on the same page. BEWARE

This dealer was great. Initially I wasn't interested in this car because the picture made it look orangey. We went to see a different car in Graham, NC. but that one was a disappointment. Since we were out already we decided to check out this one. We didn't have an appointment but that did not matter. This car was displayed on a rack outside and when I saw it I immediately fell in love with it (it was red!!). Since it was on the rack we could see under it and the car looked fantastic. The dealer was more than happy to take it off the rack and in doing so showed us that the top worked going up and down with no issues. We did not have to ask to have that shown to us!!!! We discussed all the features and we took it for a test drive. We then worked out our deal with the dealer and bought the car. The dealership was awesome in how they treated us. There was one issue with the car we did not like and they offered a solution immediately. The transaction process was as easy as pie. There was no hype or pressure to buy extra coverage or anything else. They were up front and stood behind what they sell. I like that they said they would not sell a car they would not consider buying themselves. Their workshop fixed the one issue we had in a quick and courteous manner. It seemed like a very friendly employee atmosphere and I highly recommend North Hills Motors to anyone looking for a used car or maintenance service. Brian is a super guy to work with and the owner is right there ready to handle any issue that comes up. 5 star rating from my husband and I. We live over an hour away from Raleigh but we would go there again in a heartbeat. Thanks NHM..!! I love our car!!!

I drove to Raleigh which is 2 hrs from my home. The lot is congested with cars that are not as clean and presentable as shown on website. No one ever came out to talk with me, even after parking and walking around looking at cars. It was very uncomfortable experience. Would not buy from this seller.....

Dealership was not helpful after initial contact. Not familiar enough at time of contact with long-term lifespan of Kia Soul to know if this was too high mileage for price . We decided to go with newer model with lower mileage

My experience with them have been really good so far. Moe and Samia are awesome. I purchased this car for my son approximately 3 weeks ago they fixed everything that was wrong with it. Now we are having a transmission leak I contacted the warranty company that I was given by North Hills and they stated that they do not cover that.So I contacted North Hills and they stated that they are suppose to cover it. I am not a back and forth type of individual So, I had the car towed to North Hills so that the situation can be taken care of. I will update with the status once everything is completed.

Prompt response but vague answers to questions

After speaking with an associate, My family and I drove almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle, once I got there around 5pm, they were closed despite the associate telling me they would be there until 8-8:30...and despite that their hours have them closing at 9pm ... Left messages with them of my status, yet after 3 days no one from the place has reached out to me

They have nice cars but they don't go through them and try to fix the problems. They ask you to tell them what's wrong with the car knowing you can't figure that out in the few minutes your there.

I cannot sufficiently explain how bad my experience with this dealer was. They are not accredited by the better business bureau and have an F rating there. Do yourself a favor and read the complaints at the BBB and google before you decide to walk onto this lot!
