Terrible they did not help me we drove 12 hours for
nothing to be
humiliated we had a check from the bank to buy a car
and they
screwed up the contract and didnt care manager didnt
even come
and speak with us a complete waste of time very
disappointed car had damage but they wanted me to pay
almost 2000 dollars reconditioning fee plus a 1000
dollars for financing which as I stated we had a checked
for the car from our bank no dealer financing was needed
they had another package on the sheet for window tint
and some type of paint treatment which i dont believe
was done that was 1700 dollars they forgot to put the
payoff for my trade in the deal and then lied and said they
didnt know i had a trade i got proof that they knew
because I pre-qualified and emailed an offer sheet with
all the details
Great experience bought the car after a 5 minute test drive. Only issue was said car had a sun roof it did not, that did not bother me as I did not want a sun roof.

Carmen - I spoke to her briefly and she sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered by me or my questions. I told her I would call back and speak to someone who would actually wanted to sell a car. I hung up on her.
Nader was very kind, friendly, professional and as helpful as he could be. I really liked him but his manager didn’t accept my offer on a car. So no deal was made.
Then I was contacted several times by a woman named Kassia, who assured me that if I came in to look at the car I wanted she would get it approved. Two hours after I spoke to her, I got a notification that the car sold. That’s business and I understand how it works. However, I can’t help but feel like Kassia was trying to get me involved in some sort of bidding war over the car I wanted. She was really pushing for me to drive the 3 1/2 hour road trip to go see the car, only to sell it from under me. I don’t appreciate feeling like a fool. Carmen and Kassia are very unprofessional. Nader is great!

Sales associate Ricky was great. I was buying from out of state and he did his best to video
and picture everything i asked. I did find some undisclosed damage when i flew in to pick it up
but I do not believe they knew and hid it, honest oversight and it had a clean carfax. Sales /
Finance manager was not nearly as pleasant to deal with and almost cost the deal but luckily
he was not the face i was buying from. Overall it went well for a deal that was conducted from
1500 miles away.

Total waste of my time. BAIT and switch!!!!! Made appointment
3 days ago for today at 1pm. Showed up right on time
w/check in hand. Made them an offer and they countered at
$39,000!!!!! 10k more than the advertised price. Bunch of
lowlife scum. JUNK fees up the wazoo. 500 Used car sales
people going off a cliff, a good start for this place. Couldn't
even clean the car before we arrived. ZERO stars. Is there a
stinkin pile rating???

Very pleasant salesman, however once I found out that they have a dealer fee of $799 I decided to take my business elsewhere.
These dealers are dinosaurs ! You could get away with it for a long time, but now many dealerships realize that the public do not like to
be taken advantage of in this way.
If nothing else, at the very least it should be mentioned in with all the other details. They can put in how many miles, number of doors,
rear view camera, cloth seats,etc,etc, but they do not have space to put in that they are going to bump up the price by $800.
This is an almost new vehicle, which is still under warranty, and not yet reached its first major service. What exactly are they doing for
$800 ? They will probably send out a trainee to check the tires and the oil, and he might take twenty minutes. Dealership cost $10 max.
