Casey responded almost immediately upon interest in vehicle. Requested carfax and he sent it right away. Car was in condition as described, ready for test drive when we got there. We were there for maybe an hour in total, paperwork included. I love having my time appreciated because us moms don’t have a ton to spare. Will definitely use them again in the future and will recommended to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I spotted the car on car gurus. Heather contacted me ASAP. I deposited 2/2021 I bought a Lincoln MKZ on 4/21 I dealt with Heather. She let me deposit money for a car that I LOVED to death and held it for me for a little over 2 months(not sure if that’s permissible) because I wanted to pay cash but we communicated with each other regularly. The car is everything and MORE than I expected and researched. The NEXTOWNER staff(humans & pups) were AMAZING

Very Good experience. Met us on a Sunday to close the deal! When we drove it back home, the next day the car started to sputter. Come to find out it needed a tune-up. They offered to pay half of the cost because they did not catch it before they sold it! I recommend doing business with them. Family-owned, so they will treat you fairly!

The finest auto transaction experience ever in 40 plus years of purchasing automobiles. They were very helpful from beginning to end!! They were never once pushy with the sales process never any games played!!! The only thing that I would suggest is that they send you on your way after a purchase with a full tank of fuel. 6/5 Stars ! When I contacted Next Owner Automotive, I asked them to communicate with me via text message only. Casey contacted me promptly and via text as I had requested. I was able to negotiate the price down to the number I had in mind for the truck via text message. Casey was also able to answer my questions and arrange a time for me to test drive and possibly purchase the truck. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I was interested in was parked out front, clean and ready to drive. The vehicle performed as expected and I purchased the vehicle. A week later (6/20/18) I needed another document to be able to get my tag at my local probate office. I called Casey at Next Owner Automotive, he dropped what he was doing and had the document faxed to the probate office in less than 5 minutes. Pros: No pressure, friendly (even to Auburn fan's), trustworthy and willing to accommodate all of my requests. Cons: Located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Alabama fans everywhere, yuck !

Amazing people, and very nice!

This was the best buying experience I have ever had working with Heather and Harry. Heather made the whole process easy and she made my wife feel heard. Harry's knowledge and honesty made me comfortable with our purchase. I will be recommending all my friends and family to them in the future.

The car was not priced so I contacted the dealership to get a price. A salesman phoned me through an unidentified phone line. He gave me his retail price and told me he would get with his sales manager and give me a bottom line price. I never heard back from him.
