They reached out immediately to let me know the car was ready to be shown.

Not Good. A salesman called and left a message, which I returned and told them I wanted to buy the vehicle, even though I am in CA, and have purchased my last 3 vehicles from another online site, was willing to pay full price, and had a shipping company lined up to pick up the car, but would first like to see a picture of the engine compartment and trunk, which weren't on the listing. Salesman said he would do that, but although I checked the listing SEVERAL times a day for the next couple of days, I got NO RESPOSE from them, although CarGurus DID just notify me that the car has been sold. I get it, I used to sell cars, and, a buyer on the lot is better than a promise to buy from across the country, but, I won't be trying to do business with them again, as they can't be bothered.

They didn't have this particular car for me, but Book at New Millennium was very helpful and did everything he could too get me in a car, a better car than what I wanted! I would recommend this dealer too anybody, even if you have credit problems, Book will do his best too help you

WOW! I honestly can't say enough about these guys. They were thoughtful, attentive, and fair. Gave me a fair price on my trade-in and got me a lower interest rate than my bank initially got me. If you were like me and hated "mom and pop" car dealerships, lets these guys change your mind.

The car I was Interested in was already being sold by the time I contacted this dealer but the salesman who spoke to me was extremely nice and straight forward. He also tried to help me find a car that was comparable and didn’t try to push me to buy something I didn’t want.

Hokie (Tim) Buhelleris a great guy, the type of guy that I honestly feel that if I had ask him to put car on the roof, he would have gotten it done. I ask to inspect the vehicle and he made everything available to me including the rack in his shop so that I could inspect the under carriage. Although I had my own financing, he still insisted on taking his time to crunch numbers to see if he could save me any money by financing through his people. When they quote you the price of a vehicle, there are no hidden fees. They put everything on the table unlike some other dealers who quote you a price and then have thousands of dollars of dealer prep, finance charges and add ons. I would recommend New Millennium to my own mother or anyone else wanting to purchase a quality vehicle at a quality price. Definitely the type of dealership that you will return to time and time again. I would personally like to thank Hokie for his professional mannerism, time and effort and as a suggestion to the owners at New Millennium, do whatever u need to do to keep that man on your team.
