I was willing to pay the asking price of $42500. That wasn’t good enough.
They hounded us till we excepted 1 year of LoJack for $399.
Then when in finance office we turned down the extra warranties. Signed
paperwork got the plates (was great to get license plates there).
When I looked over the paperwork a few days later saw they added
“Napleton Care” for $866. Whatever that is. That was my fault for not
checking detailed paperwork. I was disappointed they did that to us.
However love the car.

I made an appointment to see a car. They left me waiting for 30 mins. When I did see the car it was in horrible condition which was not obvious from the pictures. They clearly took the pictures from far away on purpose. The windshield has an enormous crack which should not be on a car for sale at a reputable dealer. The aftermarket tint on the back window was impossible to see though. When I asked if they would remove it, I was told that he would ask but could not guarantee it. I am not sure why they would be selling a car that is clearly unsafe to drive and for such an exorbitant price.

Clean nice dealership. I had an appointment to look at the car. I showed up and had to wait for them to jump start it, then the salesman took it to get washed, this should have been done before I arrived for my appointment. I test drove it and it was great, I was ready to buy it as I pulled into the lot. Then I noticed it had a lag from a stop after it was warmed up. They said they would have the shop look at it and let me know the problem. I called them twice over the following week and never got an answer. It's a shame I really liked the car.

I called them about a car and told them that I was on my way to them and that I had traveled for about two hours. When I arrived, they told me that the car had been sold now. When I asked the manager, he told me that it is normal for us to give 10 appointments at the same time. Whoever comes first gets the car. I think that this is an uncivilized behavior, to give people appointments and then break them.

I made an offer twice at what market value is for his car. I told them politely if you weren’t expecting my offer to not called or email me. Instead I received four different phone calls by four different people and as well as an email from some at this deal twice. And they lie when you ask questions about whether they brought in by auction or was it a trade in and or was it a vehicle they bought from someone that owned it and got rid of it? When I called the girl answering phone said it was a trade in and I told her I was offering 54k. And told her if they weren’t excepting that or offers to not call me. But instead a sales manager calls me and when asked the same question she lies again. I did a carfax and found it was sold to the dealer. Then another women an and half later calls me from this same dealer telling me we’ve had a lot of people interested in this vehicle it’s not gonna last long at this price of 62,500. Well you dropped it to 62,000 now. You almost there…
The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was
mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer
noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. The "sales manager"
ignored the customer's inquiry regarding the error codes. All four tires have less than 5% of tread left. When the customer asked whether it would be a safety concern or not,
the "sales manager" replied that Napleton's Valley Hyundai does not replace tires on used vehicles.
There's nothing wrong with the brand nor the salesperson. But I can not recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai due to their "sales manager's" questionable integrity and
professionalism.

If 0 stars was an option, that's what they would get. They are the most disorganized, unprofessional, dishonest dealership I've ever
experiended. I spent so much time trying to get responses from managers and salespeople alike. When I finally received a call back, I
offered to pay the FULL asking price and to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. I was told that wouldn't be necessary and that I'd
recieve the final Bill of Sale via email ASAP and I could sign that. I patiently waited almost two days and then decided to call them again. I
was told that the car had sold. All total, there were two managers, one finance manager, and two salespeople involved in this and not one
of them ever knew what they were doing. In the end, I informed them that I would be giving them a bad review and then waited several
days for someone to attempt to make this right before submitting this. They failed again, so I'm forced to leave MY FIRST EVER online
review! That's how bad it was.

Good experience .
Unfortunately this car sold after I had already filled out a credit app but I was not notified. They worked with me while I was considering this car and I had an appointment set up but saw it sold so didn’t bother going in. I was open to another vehicle but thought it was kind of sad no one ever followed up. I was hoping not to have to go to another dealer after running my credit but I guess they weren’t worried about me.
Drove an hour and a half to find out that they have add ons that are not shown in
the list price. They were unwilling to negotiate a high price (actually overpriced per
CARGURUS). Shady math and a sales manager that lied to my face about how
long they had the car. They were very persistent with calling texting and emails to
purchase. When it was evident we were too far apart on numbers they ran my
credit and drug their feet reaching back out. They get 2 stars and that is because
of our salesperson Darren. I feel sorry for him having to try and make a living
working with those other people.
If i could give them 0 stars i would not only did they communicate with me the entire day they knew i was coming in from out of town and 30 mins before i arrived they sold the vehicle i think it’s very unprofessional if you can manage to call and text me all day you could’ve done so before i wasted an additional hour drive to the dealership for no reason
My contact at the dealership was very helpful and answered all of the questions that I had.

Very misleading group. Do not go if you are
thinking you can negotiate price. At this place, the
only thing that was essentially offered was adding
in options, out of the gate, not included on the
posted price on Car Gurus, that I didnât want in
the first place. When this inflated the price
significantly, bringing in even more tax along the
way, and I raised my concerns, they simply took
those options off as a means making it appear
like they were ânegotiatingâ, while holding the
price of the car constant. We have visited several
dealerships recently and have not thankfully
encountered such practices, so better groups are
out there, with better prices. Unfortunately, it
looks like this same experience has been shared
by others as well.

For starters they miss quoted the price . It was a car guru good deal on the verge of a great deal but they failed to disclose that it had a $900 LoJack system that was nonnegotiable which would’ve took it to almost a fair deal.
Once we got over that hurdle I had an out the door price and went to financing. At which point they included a $1950 aftermarket warranty that I did not want. The finance person was adamant what a great deal was in only increase my monthly payment a little. I was frustrated and agreed. Two days later I drove another hundred miles and went back and canceled it missing part of a day of work.
Love the car but not the dealer

Quick to respond to requests for pictures of the car but very shady negotiating tactics. Final offer they gave us before we walked out the door was higher than their listing price! Either they thought we were stupid or they didn’t want to sell to us! We bought a car at another dealer 30 mins later.

My sales consultant was David Chmura, he was great. Bottom line, I got a good deal for my used Avalon. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I got home safely and all paperwork was correct.

when I had the test driving, they told me the online price hasn't included other fees......
then the price increased by about $5000. You can set any price you like but don't lie to
customers in order to lure them here. It won't work because nobody is to be fooled. I had
to drive one hour to the shop, which turns out a waste of time and money. Bad experience
and very disappointed!

The car was sold when I got there. I received a call from the dealer on Monday and made an appointment to see the it on Wednesday. Tuesday I got the call from the manager who asked me if i have any additional questions about the car and to confirm that i am still coming on Wednesday. So I took a time off on Wednesday, gave away my overtime, got there at 3pm on the dot and was told that the car was sold a day before.... not cool not mentioning a 45 min drive both ways.

BEWARE OF UNADVERTISED FEES!
We had to get a car ASAP. We chose this dealership first because it had the best price:miles ratio on the car we were looking for. But after the test drive, the salesman showed us a pricing sheet that had an additional charge of $1600+ for services we didn’t want forced on us, and $800+ for “UCI”, which they tried to convince us was a mandatory fee (lie). The additional charges put the car in the same price range as two other cars that we had considered with less miles and a higher trim level. A sale manager came out to try and seal the deal, which was not unexpected. Unfortunately, besides his aggressive tactics, he was rude and condescending towards my wife. They were each calculating the monthly payments for financing and coming up with different numbers. She was right. But instead of trying to see where he was getting it wrong, he treated us like we were stupid. We did buy the car, but we will not return to the dealership and do not recommend it.

Iâve purchased many vehicles in my time and have never had such an experience as I did at Napleton.
The company is extremely deceptive, misleading, disrespectful.
I inquired and went to their dealership to purchase a vehicle based on the price they listed online. After
the test drive, they presented an inspection where the vehicle needed new tires and brakes. The tires
failed the inspection and the brakes were at 4mm, which is industry recommendation for replacement.
They also presented a quote with a $1,695 âexperienceâ fee and an $881 âused car inspection feeâ.
These were mandatory fees of $2,576 on top of the $11,000 advertised price. In other words, they were
hidden fees to deceive customers in the door. Hidden fees that increased the purchase price of a car in
unacceptable condition by 23.4%.
While making it clear I have no interest in paying for their mandatory experience fee they said they
refuse to sell the car to me without.
I would never recommend this dealership.

When we arrived the car we were interested in had been sold out from under us by thirty minutes, but Yousef was able to help get us a newer car with thousands of dollars in discounts. He was also able to take our lease on trade which saved us more thousands than turning it in.

They treated me so well, Yusef was such great help! They are honest and I would recommend anyone to come to them for their car. The car was clean and ready to test drive, the communication was great. Overall the experience was smooth considering I made a 4 hour drive just for the car!

Basically went to test drive a car. After countless of lies being told about the car being a CPO it finally became one on paper and about 5hrs later 3hrs for the test drive and hammering out the deal. Then another 2hrs wasted listening to lies about what they were doing to the car in the service department only to have to bring the car back a week later and leave it for 6hrs for it to actually receive everything that had been told in lies the week before. In end I love my car but I truly wish I never came to this dealership to purchase needless to say I won't again not will I refer anyone.

Was contacted by 3 different people and each time all I asked for was pictures since there were none on the site. No one ever sent me any and they just kept trying to get me to setup an appointment to come there. Why would I go there without ever seeing pictures first? Their excuse was that it was that it was new to inventory and it was out being detailed. Then why post it? It’s not that hard to take a few pictures and send them. I could do it in minutes. After a few days I then get a response saying it was sold. How Was it sold if it was out being detailed? Never even sent me any pictures. Then just tried to flip me to another car. I know what I want so why play that game? Sure glad I didn’t waste my time going there.
These guys are absolutely amazing... courteous, customer oriented and awesome professionals. They have worked with me to ensure that my process was completed correctly and seeing that it was an out of state purchase that required delivery, were very diligent in making sure it all happened seamlessly. Thank you guys for everything!!

Naperville by cab with the promise that I wouldn't be
disappointed and we would find a good deal in a 30k
pre used Chrysler Pacifica.
The "good deal" amounted to 1% of the original price
of the car wich was very disappointed and felt almost
insulting. Paying cash doesn't make any difference
and they are going to include several "misterious
fees" on top of the regular car + taxes+ plaque fees in
the total amount that you don't have with other
dealers...I ended up leaving the place and buying
from another dealer who gave me the right price for
the same car and even deliver it to my door.
Great experience! Awesome team work. No pressure . Lovely atmosphere . Kayla James returned my calls promptly and listened to my crying..The general manager greeted us at the door..Goran Milidrag got me the deal we were comfortable with. I can't remember the finance man name but he has an old school grand national. He was so passionate about educating my on business deals. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again and yes I purchased this car..
They were too focused on selling me a new car. They told me the car I wanted couldn’t be financed and when I wasnt going to get any other car somehow they managed to get the bank to finance it. They didn’t seem too happy about it. The finance guy was cool though but the salesman and the manager made me feel rushed.

I called to make an appointment to look at the vehicle they had sold it the day before and never bothered to tell me so I drove 40 minutes to the appointment for them to tell me they don’t have the car and try to sell me something else

Not a good deal. They wanted me to buy something else
besides the beetle so I left. I specifically went to test
drive the beetle and buy it. But they wanted me to buy a
more expensive car.

I would not recommend this dealer, they are not to be trusted. We set up a same day test drive and when we arrived they said they had sold the car. We had driven 2 hours in traffic and had been in touch telling them we were coming from the city.
Then about an hour or so after we left a manager called and said it was a mistake on their part and the car had not been sold after all. However, we did not go back, it was too late.
I am not sure the car ever existed as it seemed too good to be true. Saw it on the site for several days/weeks, my hunch is that they were using this car that seemed perfect to get us in to try and sell us something different.
It didn’t work, we went to a trusted Honda dealership and bought our new CRV and we are very happy!

Went to see a different car they had. It needed work. They wouldn't budge on price. They would rather send it to auction. They were nice to work with but it didn't work for me

Misrepresented the suv as having a sunroof which it did not have,sat at dealership for 2 hrs while they tried to find keys for the suv ,left and went home. Very poor management. Second rate dealer, would not recommend to anyone!!

Overall, it was a good experience, but there was a small bit of frustration. I
had communicated with them on a Friday and their communication was
great. I wasn't able to get to the dealer until Saturday to look at the car. I
confirmed before I went to the dealer that the car was still available.
However, when I arrived, they told me the car had a deposit on it (that
morning) and wasn't available for sale until that deal fell through. They said
they sent me an e-mail letting me know, but I never received any such e-
mail. That said, they still let me look the car over and take it on a (short) test
drive. I would have purchased, but they did end up selling it to the person
that had put a deposit on it. To be clear, the experience was good overall and
my frustration was not that they allowed someone else to purchase the car.
My frustration was only because it appears communication broke down
around that point and I didn't know until after I got there that the car was not
available.

Although we didn't buy the Verano, Napleton had it pulled up to the
curb, washed, and ready for a test drive which we did. They followed up
the next day. When I'm in the market for another car, I'll definitely go
back and check in with them. By the way the Verano gives you a lot of
bang for the buck.

Let me take you through the whole story. I was looking for a
Subaru Outback which CarGurus had listed the car at
Napleton's Valley Hyundai. I requested info through
CarGurus, I got a call from Napleton and then an Email telling
me I could see the car at noon and I should ask for the used
car manager Kelly. When I arrived I asked for Kelly she came
out of her office greeted me and passed me off to a greeter.
He said he would get the key and bring the car around front. I
waited in the showroom for the car to show up in front, after
about 30 minutes the greeter came back with the key and no
car. They had discovered the car had been taken to Subaru to
preform a recall on the car, three or four people came out to
say they were sorry the car was not there. They told me it
would be back on Monday. Monday I call Napleton talked to a
girl and told her what had happened and asked her to go out
and see if the car was on the lot, she put me on hold for about
10 minutes and came back and said "yes the car is on the
lot", I said you are sure it is there she said yes. I told her I
would be there in an hour or so. (about 25 miles from home).
When I arrived I was met by another Greeter and he said he
would bring the car around the front, but he could not find the
car he told me the car was still at Subaru but it would be back
in 30 minutes (I am not real happy) I had some shopping to
do so I said I would be back. Went shopping, came back
about 2 hours later did not go in the showroom but called the
greeter who told me it would be back in 30 minutes and I said
do you have the car here he said no it has not come back yet.
So I drove home. About two days later I got a call from the girl
who told me on Monday the car was on the lot and she
wanted to know how I liked the car. I asked her if she went out
on the lot to check if the Subaru was there and she told me
she could not go out on the lot but her Manager had told her
the car was on the lot. Do I need to say anymore?
Responded back very fast and had the vehicle ready and waiting when we
got there. Although the deal did not go through, they were fair and tried to
make things work. Would not hesitate to work with them again. Helpful and
not pushy at all.

Really good experience. Got the car we wanted at an amazing price, which is the important part.
They were quite prompt with any responses. After we bought the car however, we had a few questions and it was quite difficult to get ahold of them. So make sure you get any questions answered then and there.

the check engine light came on

The dealership got back to me right away after I sent my email. I
dealt with Boris. He made sure that the car I wished to see and
drive was clean and ready for me to test drive. He answered my
questions and was very helpful - he wasn't pushy. Chris (finance
manager) spent some time going over options for financing and the
optional maintenance package available. All in all it was a
pleasant experience. Would I go there again? Yes, without a
doubt. Thank you!
