Called and made an appointment for looking at a car we were super interested in and even got in early. Car was sold by the time I got there. Drove from IN and left work early for no reason. Not even a call to tell us. Maybe let people know if you sell it when you made an appointment. The guy that tried to help us was nice but no one seemed to know what was going on. Was offered another car to look at and he said things had been done to it and the other couple there looked at it then came back and said they “just got it in and it’s not available yet”. Got 3 calls the next day to come see the SOLD car I went for LOL

Contacted me several times and they were always polite and concerned about what I was looking to buy, but the Buick only had a 4 cylinder motor so I had to decline. I did tell them when and if they got a 6 cylinder please contact me.

Never got back to me on a price. Kept playing games, sent email was serious cash buyer, never confirmed had vehicle at advertised price. When I called and told them I was a serious buyer, confirm final price, I would give deposit over the phone and come in with a cashier check for the balance, told they don’t do anything by email or phone, come in person.

I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. They sent me a confirmation but upon arrival was told that the vehicle was reserved for someone 2 days prior. I was really confused about the matter. They ended up showing me something else. And we purchased it
Called to see if the car was available the morning the girl advised yes its still available and set up a VIP appt to view the car. When I get there the guy let me know they sold it last night and offered me a car $6000 they wouldn't negotiate at all.

I don't like the whole car buying experience, but I was able to purchase the vehicle with
relatively no consternation. My Salesperson was patient and (I believe) generally interested in
making sure I received the best deal. The Finance Manager was very good, and helpful as
well.

Well,they are very professional about giving you info about the car you're interested they even send you a video but that's the trick video is about blue car and you actually select the gray one,of course they don't have it on stock and when you try to schedule test drive on the car that you picked and one that they are saving for you only 30 min after their video with your name on it they will tell you that they sold it and of course they will offer you inventory ,the cars that they actually have it on stock and all of them are 10k plus ,I'm disappointed.

don't get scammed and avoid this business. I called
the dealership and they said they weren't doing

drove 30 miles only for the salesman to tell me

It was a horrible experience it took too long to buy a car with cash and when I asked what was wrong with the truck they lied about everything that was wrong with it even gave me a fake ghost list I went to Meineke auto handle it to them they said everything on that list was wrong I spent $5,000 on a used truck turned around a couple days later and had to spend another thousand to get what was wrong fixed it wasn't a problem about the money it was a problem about the them lying to me and I gave them my driver's license and they still put the wrong information on the car after showing it to me in the computer they still put it on the registration the wrong c i t y then I had to go up there again and waste no time to get that straight

They made me wait to long no one got close to ask what I was looking for, then didn’t even ask me if I wanted to drive test the car didn’t ask questions at all
They kept harrasing me via phone calls until I went in to see the suv. I asked that same day before heading in if the car was still here and they said it was. I went in and it was sold. They tried selling me a car double the price to which I said no. I should add that the salesman himself was nice and was only relying the managers message. The manager is the one that had me come in for nothing during a thunderstorm.
Searched this on Cargurus it came up accident free, when asked about the car fax they read it to the car had major damage.

Set up a test drive and received 3 calls the day of the test drive to confirm. Drove 2 hours to
dealership through rush hour and vehicle was not there for me to test drive and thy said they had
no other vehicles in that price range for us. Very disappointing

Quick to respond but falsely says stuff to get business. Vehicle was completely empty on gas, dirty inside with food wrappers in it.
Extremely long process waiting for proper test drive, paperwork, etc. unprofessional overall. Rushed through signing. Inaccurate pricing and mileage listing. Do not recommend to anyone.

They gave me an appointment for Tuesday evening and I had to call them to confirm I was going on Monday and they told me they sold the car on Saturday morning. 3 days ahead of my my appointment. I’m an out of town buyer and if I didn’t call to confirm, they wouldn’t care wasting my time driving 9 hours on this cold weather. Such a lame service!

Horrible phone service got approved for a vehicle and was trying to lower my down payment with a co-signer add on and never got a respond the dealer kept ignoring my calls, said would call back and never did, and at a point hung the phone up on me not the bet way to work with customers.

The worst experience ever, every promotion they said was a lie, very misleading, very ignorant and arrogant finance managers and salesmen. They ran my credit and after negotiated a deal, they changed their minds and lied to me saying they couldn't sell me the car because the title is messed up and they have to send the car back... the next day they sold the car to someone else. When i told them i was pissed because this seems like a lie, they said they weren't even making any money off of my sale...They played with my credit and information just so they can sell the car for more to someone else. I'll never deal with them again.

Went there when the price was 18,000 and was expecting 18,000 plus tax title and doc fee, and they came out with all sorts of hidden fees.
U.C.I. fee $800+, Destination fee $900+. All sorts of stuff they tried to explain was part of buying a "used" car. Needless to say we left.
Contacted other dealers and asked about these fees along with OTHER Napletons and they all said the same no hidden fees. FINALLY got
an email from the general manager and I asked him what's up with those fees. He said he didn't know who I was dealing with but just come in
and it would be price tax title and doc fee. Drove all the way back there and wouldn't you know it they still tried to put them in. Pulled out the
email and low and behold they took the hidden fees off. SO DON'T PAY MORE then price tax title and doc fee.

I have asked few questions , using cargurus website, they responded me by sending a video of the video I didn't asked for. I again asked them same basic few questions regarding a paper work for DMV MN weather they will do the registeration paperwork for out of state registeration or I will have to take care of this part personally , also regarding delivering of vehicle to my location, rather replying me with the specific answer one of their representative lady Melissa replied we have been contacting you call us, I called her direct line and left her a voice message but she never replied back. worst experience. I could have bought that vehicle . Never going to recommend there name to any one.

Difficult to work with. They did not honor the price of $12,500 that was posted on
Cargurus. Experience was not favorable. Worked out fine, found a better car at a

Bad experience! The SUV supost to cost me $17500 in the dealear was more expensive they say they will be respect the price for CarGurus for me was the second experience to buy and was excellent for my first time but this time was horrible they want me to add warranty and AWS gap protection to increase the cost of the loan they don't care and they add me all that take so long in the dealer and the time to sign was exhausted, tired, hungry days before I been in a car accident and they take advance of it. I will never going to look a car for this dealer again...now my loan increase to 24,720 plus finance..

I purchased the Vehicle , it took too long to leave to be paying cash. They did
lower their price to get the deal done.
After initial contact to confirm car available I told them I would contact them if interested further they proceeded to text me and phone me at night in the morning all day I blocked the number they called from another one blocked it they called from another wouldn't do business with them period. They called me 6 times in a 48 hour period. Texted, emailed.

This has to be the worst dealership
I've ever experienced in my entire
lifetime ! ! In spite of being the very
first one to contact the dealer
(immediately on the first day that
car gurus 1st posted it ) here's what
transpired. By numerous phone
calls & emails, by numerous people
( at least 8 of each ) requesting the
basic photos & a price , and
everyone of them promising to send
me those , everything BUT that
came to me on a daily basis ! Now
in closing , after several weeks of
this insanity , I get a call from from
the delearship 2 days ago from a
clueless person asking how can I
help you ! I reiterated to her what
all was going on . She stated that
she was calling me to try to seal the
deal for me on this car . I said fine ,
she put me on hold ,came back to
me, and said the car had been sold
So she called ME to sell me a car
that no longer exists ! I tell you, the
left hand has no clue what the right
hand is doing at that dealership !

Car salesman spent very little time showing me the car I came there to see and then
proceeded to try and sell me a brand new car despite it being out of my budget (they
did not show me that vehicle either, just started in on negotiations). I really felt like I
was just a sale and not valued as a customer. If you're buying your first car (or even if
you've gone to dealerships before), I would not recommend this dealership, as I really
felt pressured to make a choice that I wasn't comfortable with and I felt pushed into
negotiations that I never really asked for.

Sales associates are cool. But.... they have a Car up on car gurus for a week now and it’s not even at The dealership yet. every time I call to check the status of it nobody knows what’s going on . Some people say it’s in the lot some people say it’s in transit . Lol staff is friendly, but let’s not put up a car that’s not ready to sell to customers like me that have cash on hand.

Got bait and switched while there. Terrible experience overall almost got scammed but who overpays $3000 for a car that isn’t worth it. Initially I was told that the car I wanted for $4k was there and then I drive an hour and a half there to get told that it was shaking the engine and wasn’t driving right.

Great dealership! They sent me a personal video giving me a preview of my car, and it was a perfect match for what I was looking for. Lolo and Bernadette were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and prepared for my purchase, even taking the time to set the car clock and sync the car to my smart phone. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Horrible dealership! I contacted them, they called me and set up an appointment, I drove 40 min each way and the car wasn’t even there!!! They told me they sold it “late last night“. You should have told me that over the phone! You need to updated your inventory before you just start booking appointments!

They contacted me multiple times and even created a video of the vehicle tailored specifically to me. I did not purchase because of a couple of factors that they had no control of, but if their service department is half as good as the sales team, I would believe that you would have a good chance of satisfaction while dealing with them.

They thieves and crooks , they refused to sell It to me for $22000 because they said it’s certified and added $2000 to the advertised price. And they tried to charge $625.00 for tile and plates transfer however it should be $175.00.
They Are scammers . They tried to put pressure on me and blind fold me ...to pay more money

I was contacted by Nancy Rodriguez in internet sales.
I said I was very interested in the car and would like
an “out the door price”, as I live about 150 miles away
and would be financing part of it thru my bank. She
said she would have her manager call me. A day went
by with no call, so I called her back and she
transferred me to her manager, whose name I don’t
recall. I told him I would like an out the door price and
I would be up in 3 days to buy the car. He said to give
him 5 minutes and he would call me back. I never got
a call back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. So
I traveled 190 miles and paid a little more for basically
the same car with 3000 less miles.

Very good experience. Bought the car today, drove over one hour to get there. Wendell was waiting for me ,
he was the salesman, he was very patient and helpful. Frank, the manager was assisting and very helpful as
well. Financial gentleman, his name starts with Z (Zaphir?) was excellent. I read all the reviews and was
very aware of the comments. Called ahead to make sure car was there, declined the "oil change" package,
declined extended warranty. Everybody was efficient and to the point, happy to work with me. They gave
me better rate than my credit union and majority of the banks I called. Just do the research about the car
and the fees before you get to any dealer and you will be fine. Ask questions.
Car is great, hope continues driving well for me. Would recommend the dealer.

I had tried to contact them before going through online. I had talked with someone on 3
different occasions. Each time they said they were going to call me back, and each time
they didn't. After finally receiving a call from their sales manager, he was about as rude as
it gets. I'm ok if we can't work something out, but don't belittle and be rude.

Overall the car was beautiful, just a tight squeeze so I didn't end up buying anything just yet. I
do however plan on come back you River Oaks Simple because I had a wonder experience
with the entire staff. They went above and beyond to help me and are even willing to locate me
a different Jaguar with more leg room! Malinda was very helpful and full of joy a wonderful
person to speak to! She sat me down with Micheal Johnson who was part of the reason I plan
to come back for. He is so smart when it comes to cars and wasn't just trying to push me into a
car like other places I've been too, I recommend this place to anyone whos looking for good

I got a fast and welcoming response back from the dealer when I contact them via CarGurus email. Once I called the dealer directly the response was quick and helpful.
The listing was very similar to the car at the dealer. The pictures attached with the listing did not match the interior of the car. The interior was black in the imagines attach in CarGurus listing. But at the dealer the interior was ivory.
When I went over to the dealer everyone was very friendly. The associate helping me was very understandable with my needs.
I really enjoyed when Larry went over the functions, features and car technology with me. Not only did he tell me about them but demonstrated it them. He had alot of knowledge of the car, he was able answered all of my questions I had without hesitation.

Beware! Dealer not very ethical. When the price was lowered from $19,000 (original listed price) to $18,500, I contacted the dealer and they got back to me but would not provide the written quote that I requested (I do not want to travel many miles to their location only to have them switch the price). Although they offered to call me, they never did. Instead, they increased the listing price by $1,500 to $20,000. There are more than one comments previously posted for this dealer noting increases over the dealer's listed price, so this is not the first instance. Buyer beware!

I am very disappointed with this dealership. They sold me the car for $2,000 more than it is listed. I had to have the car towed back on 2 occassions because it wouldn't start. I emailed and called the general manager and he never responded to me. I love the car but I'm afraid of driving it.

Very friendly dealership, they called me just after my inquiry about the car and scheduled test drive and the very nice and professional salesman Mike helped me a lot to get the deal done and I drove home with the car the same day
Mike called me after that several times to asks how is car doing, I told him that I noticed some oil spots in my garage floor under the car, he said just bring it to the service to see what is wrong and I did , the service manager was very welcoming and always smiling and they found that the car was over filled with oil, they fixed it and cleaned it.

River Oaks Honda was excellent bought my Honda from them and love it they were all great polite and fun to deal with made it very easy
This dealership experience was terrible. We reached out regarding a used Lexus SUV. We were in communication for over a week and even had a video of the interior of the vehicle sent to us. We arranged to drive 2.5 hours from another state to drive the SUV. We had completed our homework and showed up with cash in hand. We were contacted two or three times by the dealership by phone and email ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to confirm we would be there on time. We were told each time to ask for Stacy. We arrived and were told Stacy was not working today. Someone else helped us and took our license for copies so we could test drive. He came back 5 minutes later and said the car wasn't at the lot. We drove 2.5 hours to another state for what felt like a "bait and switch". I would not recommend this dealer.

A very disappointing experience. I traveled to River Oaks Honda to buy my first new car in awhile. I ended up buying a 2013 Ford for what I felt was a fair price. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and the car didn't even make it home! It overheated on the way back and had to be parked in a parking lot for 5 days before my local Ford dealer could get it in. I had to handle all arraignments to get the car fixed plus be without the car for over a week. After fighting with River Oaks Honda for the better part of a week they agreed to reimburse me for the repair. They did not however do anything for my time and aggravation (all I asked for was a spare key!!). They tried to ignore me and not fix the car at first. I think my persistence made them do the right thing to get me off their back. You would expect as a consumer if you spend $20,000 on a car the dealership would stand behind the purchase at least the first day or until you get it home! Beware of River Oaks Honda because in my opinion they are the type of dealership which gives "used car dealer" a bad name.

Purchased a used GMC from this dealership.... I love the truck. By it
being a used vehicle it needs some minor things fixed. The biggest
thing was the tires were pretty much no good with extremely low
tread. They replaced the tires with brand new ones. They also fixed a
small fuse issue. I purchased a used vehicle after market warranty
that will allow me to get those other issues taken care of eventually...
My salesman was Oliver Marin. He was honest and straight forward
and I didn't get the feeling of being "taken" by a used car
salesman...Tina Lonkar was also great. She followed up daily with
me regarding the progress of getting the vehicle to the dealer
because it was located at another facility....listen if you want a nice
pleasant experience that you don't often get when buying a vehicle,
go see these guys. They'll treat you well without all the pressure and
hassle....

I called about a used car and asked for a walk around, then drove 5 hours and got there, It had scratches and dents on almost every body panel, I wanted them to lower the listed price by $750 dollars even though I thought it would cost over $1000 to fix. They wouldn't lower the price at all !!!
