After I made an appointment to bring my car and look at the Panamera for Sunday. I confirmed Saturday evening that everything was set. I drove 90 mins to the dealership and the car was not there. Had not left California yet. Not sure how this dealership operates, but count me out.

I asked this dealership for an out-the-door price and immediately received dishonest pricing. The quote included the typical dealer fee, tax, and standard charges I expected, but they also added a $1,895 “AVC Protection” fee and tried to claim it was mandatory. It’s not. It’s just a dealer-created add-on to inflate the real price. If a dealer wants to charge more, they should put it in the advertised price instead of hiding behind junk fees and confusing explanations. Very misleading experience. Buyers beware.

Shaun on the sales team was nice to deal with but the finance team made the transaction a bit frustrating. 1) Had to point out incorrect sale tax was being charged. 2) High cost of vehicle prep (they did reduce to be fair) 3) Didn't like how they wouldn't provide final sales offers via email and would only send information as screen shots to text. Made the review of information difficult and unnecessary.

Napleton Hyundai provided an exceptionally poor sales experience. We simply asked for listed internet sales price, along with any applicable tax, tag, and dealer fees. And we we're asked to leave the dealer when we asked for an explanation on the other miscellaneous listed charges that were not previously disclosed. Facebook marketplace would likely provide a better customer experience than this poor excuse of a dealership. The deal offered to us they added about $8k worth of misc fees and unsolicited add ons.

Filed out credit check as requested. Said did not want it filed until I had decided on the car to buy. Looked at one car. It was not what I wanted. I asked the salesman and was assured the credit app had not been filed and would not be. But it was. I had notification of it with four credit agencies the next day. Made many attempts over the next four days to speak with a manager about the problem. Not one call returned. So my credit is weakened for no good reason and no one at Napleton's North Palm Hyandai will speak with me about it or attempt to help me with it.

The dealership was prompt in responding to my inquiry about a 2012 Toyota Venza which they had listed for sale. The car had been sold so I have continued to shop. The dealer of course tried to interest me in a different model. Chalk that up to nice try. I`ll give them the benefit of the doubt that the Venza was in stock to begin with.They were 1400 miles from my location so swinging in to take a look was not a option for me.

Inquired about a pre-owned Tucson. I received a phone call from Chris, one of the sales managers. He was very informative and helpful with everything. We came in and test drove the vehicle and Chris was able to get us a great bank approval and a payment even better than expected! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a straight forward deal on a new or used car!

Terrible I contacted dealer and it took more than 5 day to get a buyers invoice and when I did the base price of the car was inflated over $2000. Salesman claimed it was beacuse they went ahead and did a 162 point inpestion and that inflated the cost of the advertised price. I feel the advertised price is just a scam to get customers to bite. Do not deal with Napletons North Hyundai.

The sales associate, John Bene, was great. Very patient, helpful and friendly. The general manager was not pushy but tried his best to give me a deal I’d be happy with. The finance manager, Adil Belghmi, did a great job finding in house financing that would match the rate my credit union was offering. This is my second purchase at this dealership and I was treated very well both times. I definitely recommend them.

Price is not as shown. Came to look at the car for $21,918. Was expecting to pay about $25,000 out the door. I was laughing when Total price came out is $32,000!!! Seriously? With all those unnecessary adds-on that they put in for a used car.

Wasted my time for over a week, saying car was there then not there, then trying to charge me $2k more over advertised price plus dealer fees! Then they said it was available? Too confusing and very misleading! You can't even get a hold of the sales dept directly takes days!

Smooth experience...total transparency. Complete transaction was done thru email and text. Car was exactly as described, sent me over 50 pictures of the vehicle. Trade value for my car was honored as we had agreed to. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, this transaction was by far the easiest!

Took two weeks for dealer to respond. By the time I got to a sales person name don MacCain which it was last Friday ask for my approval from my bank I needed the bill of sale to get things going with my bank. In all 3 bills he send the price was higher. Now today the car is shows to be sold

Having 5500$ is dealer fees that you dont want to disclose or mention unless pushed for is 100% unethical. That is taking advantage of people once they are already on the floor with a suprise 25% fee on a 20k car. You all should be ashamed of hiding that and hoping people are ignorant enough to just pay it. This dealer sent me an email stating they dont talk numbers or deposits over email or phone. I wonder why! As soon as I saw that I 100% knew there would be outragious hidden fees and I was right. If they will have these fees be very very careful and weary of working with this shady dealer.

Drove 3 hrs from the keys,5 minutes before I get there, they call me to tell me it's sold. The sales manager response was "oh well, sorry about your luck". I had made an appointment 2 days earlier, they even ask me to confirm the appointment that morning. The day before the appointment, I tried to put a deposit down, but was informed that they don't do that, the rep texted me that he would call me the morning of the appointment if the car was no longer available. He didn't call till 2 pm as I was pulling into the dealership. I asked to speak to the general manager, but was told he was too busy.

Absolutely Horrible!!! The price they had listed was purposely misrepresented!! Called 5 different times was put off each time. When a sales rep finally DID call he boasted this was how they did business, AND 5 to 6 thousand would automatically be added to the price!! Window tinting, and detailing would increase the price. Vile, conniving, underhanded business dealings IS there ONLY ABILITIES!! I would advise definitely steer clear of this establishment.

I requested the availability of the vehicle, and got different response from the dealership. One of the salesman send me a Video message to say the vehicle is available, and ask me to reply to set a visit; however, another man called me and told me the car had been sold, but they still have other model in stock…as of today, 4days after being told the vehicle was sold, I checked the CarGurus, and found the vehicle is still listed as inventory. Completely liar!

Vehicle advertised for sale. Indicates new oil change, new air filter, new wipers etc...however, when attempting to secure purchase, dealer states that car is not ready for sale due to awaiting inspection. Why advertise a car that in fact is not for sale. Then the dealer takes customers through silly questions regarding where do they live, is the car a cash/finance purchase, and reveals that there will be 5500 total of extra fees to be added on top of purchase price! No explanation on where the 5500 cost is coming from! I've purchased several cars in Florida, and the fees of 5500 are not justified. Find someone who is willing to actually do business.

Mildly frustrating is the easiest way to describe my interactions with Napleton. They were very quick to send an email introducing themselves and saying they want to set an appointment but the sales managers I was directed to never followed up after multiple emails(checked normal inbox and spam mailbox). I was planning on traveling from out of state (~1k miles) to get the car but because no one ever answered, I made the decision to purchase my new to me vehicle elsewhere. The person setting appointments via email seemed nice and the one associate who answered the phone was polite but with no follow up or any details regarding the car, I wouldn't recommend them. Maybe it's better if you're a local buyer.

Buying out of state with any car dealer is painful. Be prepared to not negotiate the price and then be charged fees for being out of state. If you provide your own financing they will have to mail the paperwork to you so you can fill it out then you will have to mail it back. Once they get the correctly filled out paperwork then you can send the check to them from the bank. Once they get the check they will process it. Once the check has cleared they will send the title to your bank. After all of that then they will release the vehicle to you. You will be responsible for arranging shipping. They don't do a great job of explaining all of this up front. Despite the extra length of time it can take, the process was worth the wait. Even with the out of state charges and the shipping the total cost was a bit below what the car booked at.

Don't even bother writing or calling. They won't tell you how much their "reconditioning fee" is no matter how many times you ask or what the total price is. They literally act like they didn't hear you on the phone. Obvious bait and switch.

Fortunately I didn’t go to this place. A phone call was enough. The car I had interest in was priced at $34890 with their dealers fee of $5500 it would have been $40390. Insane. I got off the phone after hearing that then they didn’t stop calling until I blocked their number.

Unethical dealership that uses bait and switch, you have to qualify for promotions, overcharge for items or tact on fees they pass on to you. Inquired what cash price in hand out door and dealership quoted me over $28,000 thats $5,000 above advertised price.

My wife and I were very disappointed on Napleton North Palm Hyundai advertising and sales practices. We drove 4 hours round trip to be totally disappointed on Napleton North Palm Hyundai deceptive sales practice. Please help us understand how the 2016 Hyundai Sonata advertised at $14,290 ends up at $20,850 bottom line? That’s a $6560.00. difference. A $1300 + penalty for not financing with Napleton North Palm Hyundai.

Awesome awesome experience!!! We went in with the car gurus prequalified offer. They tried their best to match it up and they did. Thanks to car gurus and the team at Napleton Northlake Hyundai. We were able to get a great deal on the Kona SEL plus. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. We were treated like subpar humans at Kia right across the street. This dealer is great if you enjoy the bait and switch along with a healthy dose of lies. Came to see care based on internet pricing only to be told to basically add 15% for their fees I find that to be dishonest - tell people the price of the car upfront without wasting their time , spoke to supervisor who wasn't honest at all - tried to lie about how long they had car on lot when it is clearly spelled on on carfax statement on car and also doesn't return calls for 24 hours or some not at all . I would avoid unless you like to be misled and lied to.

This place needs to check their inventory more often. I'm getting phone calls and emails asking me to come check out a 2020 Chevy Sonic that THEY ALREADY SOLD. Either the salespeople are ignorant about what they don't have, or they're attempting a bait & switch scheme.

I bought the car!!! I love it. It’s the MOST AMAZING deal I found on an almost new, super clean car. One of the issues had was that it’s had two previous owners and I received only one key. They didn’t reveal this until the end. It should’ve been figured into the deal. ‍♀️They also tried selling me the reconditioning and Napleton experience, the car hadn’t even been detailed and I live too far for the “Napleton Experience”. They still added it, yet reduced the coverages. They also cut money from my trade-in at the last minute....They tried to make money anywhere they could. I was determined to get the car...we went through for re-workings of the numbers....grueling!!!

Very disappointed. The car they showed originally on car gurus wasn’t a picture of the actual vehicle. The car pictured was black and the actual vehicle was white.

They refused to answer my questions. They keep bouncing me around for days and never answered my questions. All I wanted to know was how much was the "reconditioning/certification fee" that was mentioned in the listed and what other fees they charged. If the dealership won't even tell you all the fees that are going to try to stick you for then they are not reputable and should be avoided.

I tried numerous times to get an estimate of what the car would cost me out the door with all their fees, 5k down and them financing me with excellent credit. I got multiple calls from every aspect of their organization and was promised a call back with my answers. I received many call backs but only to schedule me an appointment even though I expressed that I'm not driving an hour to only have the price change drastically. With so many options online now and vehicles actually being delivered to you, I figured my request to not be out of the norm but I felt more like the old days being bombarded by salespersons and fast talk to complete a sale. I've had many businesses myself and what made me successful was the personal relationships I made with each customer and not just the dollar signs they projected.

Very difficult to get any details about vehicle. I asked to be contacted by text or email as I am on the phone constantly all day. No texts! They called but left no voice mails. Emails were useless, never answered any of my questions. Price changed twice in less than a week. I emailed sales manager, no response. I wanted to buy this vehicle, but it seemed they didn't want sell it to me!

Horrible!! 4 different sales reps called me and no one had enough info on the vehicle as it had only been on the lot a few days . They said they were gonna send the information I requested to my personal number via text, they never did and when another rep called me she told me it sold so I never had an fait opportunity to purchase.

I approached this company about a car On CarGurus which had a suggested cost $66,465 (as advertised on your site). The dealer’s first price suggestion was $2000 higher. I did not want that specific car but I had perhaps 5 or 6 people reaching out independently in some cases sending me details of a different model. I reached out to another dealer and getting an honest answer on price was tough. After two 10 minute waits while a sales manager was consulted I left and called a car broker. The whole process of going into a dealership feels like a “gotcha” experience which is unfortunate. I would rather deal directly with a company, online, where the price is the price with or without manufactures rebates.

My Heartfelt thanks to Scotty Raul (Salesman), Scott Steiner (Asst. General Manager) and Andrew Munoz (Finance Manager). I don't want to exclude my friend Lou (General Manager). Folks, this is a hell of a team. These guys made my car buying experience smooth, no stress, and easy. My credit was not in the upper tier but that was not an issue with these guys, they fought and fought and got me approved for the car I wanted. Help came from people whom I certainly, did not expect it to come from and this is one thing I cannot and will not ever forget . As long as I live in Florida, this will be my stop off point for car buying. Scotty, had it together on every question I had about my purchase. Well schooled. Scott, worked harder than anyone I've ever seen to get me approved for the loan required to get into the car I wanted. Great Job man, best I've ever seen! Andrew, got me in and out during the finance finalization process. They don't come any better.

I drove down to see the car. It was very nice but the dealer added almost $4,000 in additional fees including the "Napleton Experience" fee and a reconditioning fee.. Very dishonest advertising. The car wasn't available anywhere near the advertised price.

While I did get several calls from them. They don’t seem to Ben talking internally nor really interested in taking an extra step to make a sale. I am not a local buyer so I asked several times for pictures of the vehicle. I even said cellphone pic were OK. I offered a FaceTime session for a virtual walk around. All they would say is “our photography dept hasn’t taken pictures yet”. I get it but YOU have technology that would enable you to get a sale. Just got passed around a lot.

Car should have never been put on the internet. It was for 8 days not ready for anyone. ANY car you see online CALL THE DEALERSHIP first to make sure the car is really there, ready to be seen when you arrive. If you arrive and it's not ready for you or it's in auction turn around immediately and walk away. Something isnt right at this place. There are really nice sales reps! Lonnie was great! The sales managers that talk money (I met 2) ALL say they are new or been there for a few weeks or 3 months. Either that's a ploy they pull or its concerning they are all new. To be fair.... If you walk in and your greeted by a sales person right away and your car new or used is there AND READY and the sales manager talks money to you and doesnt say hes new when hes pressured to bring the price down... THEN YOUR GOOD! Buy the car.

Good experience overall. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased at Napleton. Car was as described... Lonnie the sales person was great and accommodating...The facility was very nice. Dealer fees are a little stiff...

Low class dealership with sales people with gold fronts for teeth and neck tattoos. Car was filthy upon my arrival even after i was told it would cleaned and waiting for me. I wouldn’t step foot on this dealership again unless I was guaranteed a phenominal price. And the advertised price was misleading as you only get it if you qualify for 3 or 4 different things (military, student, etc). Bad experience all around.

Several people from the dealership called me and pressured me to come in and test drive a car I was interested in. I told them that I lived over 1.5 hours away and did not want to spend the time to drive there unless I knew in advance we could do a deal at the price I was willing to pay. They continued to call me and I told them the same thing over and over again. They then put me in touch with a manager who told me we could do the deal but I had to go to the dealership first. They called me and told me the car was available and I made an appointment to go to the dealership. When I arrived, they told me the car was no longer available and that it had been sold to someone else an hour before. No one called me to tell me this while I was on the way to the dealership. They then said they had other similar cars available but all were much more expensive. They completely wasted my time.

Although we weren’t able to make a deal on the used truck we were initially interested in the sales staff was very nice. They were friendly and didn’t pressure us or hound us. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Completely wasted my time, was set on buying a 2012 Hyundai from them. Made an appointment for a test drive and everything, they even called a few hours before to confirm that I was coming. I went in to find out that the car was in shop and that it needed a new motor...

They wasted my time. Had 3 different sales people deal with me. I left and they called and said they were reclose to my offer and had me go back and their counter offer was a $200 discount far from my offer. Such a waste of time. Bought a vehicle elsewhere much much much cheaper and better than what they had to offer.

I have mixed emotions about my experience with the dealership. After asking for info on a particular car I did receive all of it requested. The car was really what I had been searching for. I had been speaking directly with a sales person and had scheduled a time to come in for my test drive, I was sold on this vehicle! So on the day I was going to head down for the hour drive to go test drive this vehicle after confirming with the sales person... I get a call from the dealership the vehicle had already been sold while on my drive there. Uhmmm just trying to say shouldn't the sales rep have informed me of this and or why wasn't this communicated better? Sketchy is all.

They tried to charge me for etching $399 which is optional. They said no its mandatory and its the law. I just laughed and did not buy the car. You may want to look on the break down and make sure they dont charge you. Etching the VIN on the glass is not mandatory and there is no law.

terrible service, responded & asked for an email with photos of a car I would drive to see after work and never got the email. called back, could not get the same person, she kept saying when would you like to come in, I told her I wanted information on that ONE vehicle. Called again, asked for a manager and all of a sudden it was sold.
