We’re very nice. Car priced good. They say bring it back if any issues. So far running lights don’t work, and right turn signal. Also car had no spare tire. Will see if they rectify these problems.

I don’t know if they even actually had the vehicle they advertised. I reached out and they then raised the price $6,000 overnight. Every day someone different would reach out, I’d respond and communicate with them and they’d never respond or get back to me. Waste of time unfortunately…

Worst customer service. I was gonna trade in my suv and they kept bugging me about my truck wanting to buy it never got pics and videos of suv I wanted to buy. And they kept giving em the run around. Obviously something is wrong with the vehicle because they had it at 24k then lowered it to 23 now is at 26.7k. And I talked to sales manager Daniel. And he just ghosted me. Don’t buy from this dealer they will not even try to help you at all!!

The process was very smooth until it became time to run the numbers. The dealership came out $10,000 more than expected and could not explain why. When I asked to have my trade removed and have then run numbers as a simple sale of the car they were unable to produce the numbers. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales team was aggressive and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Every time we asked for clarification on the inflated pricing, the salesperson responded rudely and gave us vague, unhelpful answers. Eventually, the finance manager informed us that purchasing a $2,000 warranty—something we found unnecessary—was mandatory and non-negotiable. While the finance manager was at least honest and respectful, the overall experience with the sales staff was extremely unpleasant. Definitely not a recommended dealership.

I think the dealer lied to me about the truck, things seem to be going well until I ask for an out the door price and I told them I was from TN , someone called me and said the truck had just sold.Two weeks later and it’s still available on their website .🤷‍♂️

First Patrick bmw is in Schaumburg lL not Arlington heights. My experience was fantastic got my white 2016 bmw X5 Xdrive 35i. Same day service drove it home it's a wrap. Wow!!! I found what I was looking for and when I told them I was from Iowa, they said they have made the decision to block out of state sales due to titling and licensing issues. No other IL dealer has given that response, so it looks like they may have gotten some sort of "time out" from the state. Just sounds fishy to me when I am willing to travel to get what I am looking for in a vehicle. Simply put, I was told that since I am from Iowa they can't sell me a vehicle - a "management decision" was their reason.

7000 in additional mark ups and dealer installed options. The price immediately went up 2k when I showed interest. It was a classic bait and switch. show a super low price on cars guru and then once contacted start adding in the additional costs which result in about a $10,000 difference from the listed price on cars guru. Terrible !!

Terrible experience, went to purchase the vehicle, the price listed went up $5000 while sitting with the salesperson, when they proceeded to tell me I had to purchase a additional warranty which I didn’t want. They wouldn't sell the vehicle for the advertised price. Also the miles listed on the site were not the the same as the vehicle had, 1,700 more than advertised I wouldn’t shop at this dealership again

The Jeep we were interested in buying was advertised as 28k. We went to the dealer (Arlington heights cjdr) And they tried to sell the vehicle to me for 36k because the vehicle is “certified “….8k above the advertised price…. avoid at all cost. This is a text book example of the type Of dealership you should avoid. They ran my husbands and my credit twice without any approval. Do not trust. So shady from from beginning to end.

Terrible experience. I eventually became interested in a different car than I originally came for, and did a test drive. While in the car, dealer told me the car was just under 40,000. We went back to talk about "numbers". Dealer came back with a piece of paper with starting price of over 43,000. When I stated he told me it was just under 40,000, he stated he was not exactly sure about the price. Don't know if he thought I was stupid because I was a woman, but he told me he "beat up" everyone he could about the price which I eventually thought was too high for me. Of course the manager came out and offered to take off 2500 but I said no. I was pretty angry when I saw the car online for 39,000. I was willing to work with that price because I eventually bought a car for 38,000. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this dealer. The dealer I went with did not have any add-ons and I was able to negotiate the offer for my trade.

Looked at several Mercedes S550's, this was 1 of the more expensive cars I looked at, however I was hesitant to pay so much, after crunching numbers it had a monthly payment about the same as a lower priced car but a longer term. I did prequalification through CarGurus and was prepared to make the purchase. I was told that they DO NOT sell cars to out of state buyers!!! I have never heard of such a thing especially after just visiting another Illinois dealer that said no such thing. Not sure what their scam is but I'm definitely NOT happy.

Made a drive after verifying price and availability. Price was unbelievable and was. 10k more than discussed/advertised. And actually car had dead battery and unable to jump. To good to be true is just that. Don’t waste your time. Guess they feel they can just get the next guy…

Contacted 2 different contacts at this dealership and got the same answer. I was skeptical because of the previous reviews so I wanted to see for myself. I inquired about a vehicle that was priced at $7,995 online. When asked what’s the final price they said it’s only discussed in store. If you don’t have a formula for TTL plus Doc fee then I’ll assume you’re price hiking when people come in. I live in TX and don’t have time to get there and be told the price is $14-15k. There’s not enough fees that should make the price that high but I’ve seen several reviews saying the vehicle they wanted went up 4-5k once arriving in store. Typical large dealership practices. It’s hard to find honest genuine car dealerships that’s not trying to get over with unethical tactics.

The dealer posted an ad on cargurus of a vehicle no longer at the dealer. The price for the vehicle is even adjusted periodically making it appear as if the car in the ad is still available. These too good to be true ads may only be up to get you to contact the dealer where they will then try and sell something else. At the end of the day, it's a waste of time for the consumer.

Contacted the dealer about a car and test drove it without issue, and decided to take it. I was told that the dealership do not negotiate and was under the assumption that I’ll be paying the listed price + taxes..when I got the final quote, I saw an additional charge of $4000 as dealership fee. I asked about this, and the salesman replied that it’s the cost associated with Jeep Certified Pre-owned. I told the salesman to consider being transparent with the hidden costs to Customers so they can plan accordingly and left the place. I’m not the first one to have this experience with this dealership.

Drove almost 2hours to look at the jeep I wanted and got a call when I was 45 minutes away. Was told it would be pulled off the lot. To get eyes off of it. The keys will be with the sales manager ask for him when I arrive. I arrive and then told it was sold 45 minutes ago to someone else. The salesman took me out to see if there was anything they had I would be interested in. The salesman made it a point to point out the one I was coming to look at. Very unsatisfactory visit.

Contacted the dealer about a car they had, and they still had it so we stopped by a couple hours later. test drove it without issue, and then the fun part, going over numbers. our trade was lowballed, unsuspectingly, but i was surprised to see the price of the car they were selling to us was now $79,995 up from $74,495. i asked about this, and the salesman replied with, we had to do some reconditioning to the vehcle. the car is still under warranty so not sure what this process involves, but i said i wasnt paying that. salesman came back with a slightly higher $ amount for the trade, and we were luck enough to now see the car being on sale for $77,495. I told the guy i dont play games and we left. he then called me back after we were in our car to leave, saying they would sell it for the price that was listed for on their own website!! this isnt the first review of them like this, save your time, go somewhere else.

Made an appt to see a RAM truck and was told it would be ready out front when I arrived at 5:45pm. After driving about an hour to the dealership, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before the truck was pulled around at 6:15. While looking at the car, the salesman sat in the car with the heat on. During the test drive, the salesman played on his cell phone. After going for a test drive, the salesman got out and went back inside while I was still looking at the car. While inside, I asked that he confirm the exact towing capacity of the truck and he gave me a range of 6000-8000lbs (it actually pulls closer to12,000). Prior to arriving, I also valued my trade in via their website which came in at $31,000. They offered me $24,000 at the dealership and would only budge a small amount. They tried to tack on a $3,000 "Certification" Fee to the list price among MANY other charges. There was a $200 charge for two "free" oil changes and tire rotations. Needless to say I walked out.

Wow, what an incredible farce this dealer is. Long story short, I called them just before they closed on a Saturday to confirm they still had a vehicle that I was interested in driving 6 hours to purchase. They assured me that it was indeed available and ready to be purchased. I reiterated several times that I would be driving 6 hours Monday morning to make sure they did really have the vehicle in stock. The truck was mysteriously marked as sold the next day (Sunday) which is a day the dealer is not even open. The sales team did not bother to update me on the situation Monday morning even though they were completely aware of my 6 hour drive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment to test drive a car. Drive over an hour, only to get there and be told it was sold a couple of hours prior to my appointment, which I completely understand that I take my chances when purchasing a used car however, they didn’t even attempt to notify me. I even called them 30 minutes before striving to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving a couple of minutes late. Before leaving I spoke with the manager to explain my disappointment. He never came right out and apologized, just continued to give excuses. On top of that, he slipped and said that the car had actually been sold the night before!! I made my appointment the day of. Apparently making a buck is more important than building a relationship that will bring the customers back. I will never go to this dealership again.

I am out of state and several hundred miles from the dealer so I requested an out the door price based on where I live and my down payment. Salesman contacted me back and wanted to set up an appointment time to come in. I again asked for the info I requested. Still no info given. Salesman finally asks for additional info and sales a "manager" would contact me. "Manager" emails a video over of her saying the car wouldnt last long because of a sale they had going on and the same general info that is in the listing. I didnt reply. Salesman emails and asks if I got the info they sent and I reply again saying they didnt send me anything that I asked for to which he replies asking for the same info he already asked me for etc. I called him out on this and he said that he has a process to follow and getting me that info would take time. I said I was no longer interested as it felt shady. Got another email 5 days later asking to make an appointment to see the car. sigh..

(WARNING) avoid coming here at all costs. Honestly worst service with a dealership my Fiancé and I went to test-drive, trade-in, and hopefully BUY a used car from this dealership. When we arrived we met with with salesman, I advised him what I was doing there we would basically trade keys he would take my car to have the technician look it and I would test drive the other car. The cars interior was FADED, you can tell someone was smoking in it , RUST appearing on the hood, scratches all over the car and deep dings on the doors. (NONE OF THIS MENTION IN THE ADD) I still took the car out for a test drive. When I brought the it back I would than sit down and talk to salesman I would hand him back the keys I would see him PUT MY KEYS IN HIS POCKET didn’t think much about it. I would talk to him about the worries about the car and hopefully if anything haggle on the price he would than tell me was someone at 5pm coming to buy the car and if I wanted it I should buy it "NOW" and that the pr

This dealer doesn’t know what communication is! They are horrible very very horrible! One simple thing and they couldn’t do it right! The vehicle that I went to go drive and look was gone when I got there! Horrible service as well! I called the lady after I got off from work to see if the vehicle was still for sale and Liz or Linsey whatever her freaking name was told me that the car is still for sale! So I went all the way over there and the vehicle was sold! HORRIBLE AND NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

After driving about 250 miles to this dealership, the photos do not match the car. The vehicle has major inside and outside blemishes that apparently have been photoshopped from the original pics. For example, The front black grill and gold fender have obvious damage that are apparent when viewing the car in person. Also the gearshift on the inside of the vehicle has clear shattering of the glass/plastic cover that is not apparent in the pics. I had financing and a cashiers check ready but was extremely disappointed . Wasted a whole Saturday driving back and forth

So I contacted this dealership and arrived to buy a Palisade w my girlfriend who was purchasing. Despite the listed price of 39k (confirmed by email) they started negotiating from 42k saying they had to mark it up due to market estimate. We got back to a reasonable price and agreed on a deal. We already had financing from Consumers but the salesman, Latrell, had guaranteed a lower rate. They went to gas up the car and I left since I thought the deal was done.Their rate was higher than what she already had in place. When she said she would just use hers the person in finance claimed she wouldn't be leaving with the car unless she did. Already late for work she agreed but when she drove away she had a 1/4 tank and she left a full tank in her trade in. When I looked at the paperwork there were $800 in fees they added in for Napleton Care and Shadowmark which we had declined. Terrible experience, they clearly took advantage of a female but 2 stars because she got the car she wanted.

So I drove an hour to test drive a beautiful vehicle. I was preapproved by westlake when the price of the vehicle was at its lowest. the dealership contacted me and informed me there was a VIP weekend and they would give me an additional 750 dollars off the vehicle. When I arrived the sales associate was great and I don't blame him at all but I am very disappointed with management. they wouldnt honor the preapproval price from westlake and instead of the 750 their company offered they only would give me 375 total. Im very hesitant about doing business with the company because I cant believe they arent willing to honor what they said, I even have the voicemail from the dealership about the extra 750 off. I drove that far out because of the additional amount off the vehicle only to be told by management they wont honor it completely. would have loved to close the deal, but in this day your word and what you advertise is everything. still debating if Ill go back out that far

Spoke to a sales rep and confirmed price. Luckily I asked to speak with manager about the price (see if they would come down a little) before I drove 4 hours to buy the car because the manager told be they had to add a $2,000 inspection to add to the price, a $2000 dealer fee, AND a $900 paperwork fee! lolol what a joke and rip off, I'm just so glad I found out before the trip up there.

Very very poor follow through with this dealership. I requested pictures of a vehicle five separate occasions before I made a three hour trip to potentially purchase. They couldn’t seem to pull their bootstraps up enough to send someone out, snap a few pictures and send them back to me. I even was promised by a manager that it would be done in 20 minutes, several days ago now. If this is how they follow up and stand by their word, I would be very leery of spending any money with them.

Worst dealership out there lied to get me in once there pushed to get me to start looking at a vehicle before even appraising my vehicle. Then the used car manager though he was the man and he could talk any body into any thing. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THESE DEALERSHIPS OF NAPOLEON THEY ARE THE WORST

Some things don’t go exactly as planned… And sometimes a really good dealership finds a way to make things right even when things go a bit goofy. This was one of those times. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos as my sales rep - He did an outstanding job Keeping the deal on track and making the buying decision one that I was exceptionally comfortable with. So what happened that was a bit goofy… I found this car on car guru, I expressed my interest in the car on the website, I was contacted by the floor manager, Joe, and I was introduced to my sales guy - Carlos. Carlos set me up with a test drive, the car was in pristine condition for the test drive. He wasn’t pushy in any way shape or form. I was quite comfortable with a price, and we agreed to a purchase. I then went home and waiting for a call from the finance team so we could do this deal Virtually. We did the deal, I picked up the car, minor issues were corrected - And I’m happy!

Sadly, the purchase order figures did not add up when manually calculating them on paper (paperwork came out to about $1,600 higher than actual figures summed). No explanation given when I brought this to their attention and chose to move on and look elsewhere. The staff seemed nice, otherwise!

Dealer was extremely quick in responding to my inquiry the listing accurately described the vehicle the car was in the shop when I went to see it but the customer service was great very friendly and helpful an we went ahead and bought the car and so far so good! Would recommend

Sales manager was okay but salesman was not very responsive. Drove there only to be told I couldn’t test drive until we agreed on numbers even though I was told I could test drive before I got there. Manager helped clear it up, next day no response from salesman despite having my credit run. On top of that I was told the car was sold but I keep getting calls and emails.

AWFUL. Heard bad things but had never dealt with them so drove an hour to give it a shot since I liked the car. Set up an appointment and was told to ask for either or two people. Random employee showed me around unsure what car I wanted to see. Drove it and later found out it was a different car of the same trim. Car I did drive was disgusting inside I didn't want to be in it. Texted them before I got there and let them know I was also interested in seeing another vehicle. Got a response it fine and I could drive it as well. Find out the salesman the night before took the keys home with him and they could not get ahold of him to get the keys back. Told the salesman even though the car was gross that is an easy fix as I was still interested in the car and would like to go inside to discuss it. Said it was the wrong one and says let me see if the one I want is there and just b/c its listed doesn't mean they have it. Told I had a bad attitude so I left. Don't bother.

Made an appointment to look at a truck. Specifically asked them to call me if the truck sold. Drove the next day 2.5 hours to look at the truck and was told once I got there that it had already sold. They then tried to sell me another truck. The whole process was as stereotypically bad as you can imagine. After apologizing and saying they’d make it right and give me a great deal on another truck, when they brought out the quote for the out the door price it was 15k over the listed price. They have several “mandatory warranties” and the didn’t budge on the price of the truck. Overall was a terrible experience and would recommend anyone to look elsewhere when buying a vehicle.

Yes, they did, although I had already entered negotiations with another dealership on a different vehicle. They followed up appropriately and actually congratulated me on the purchase of my new vehicle. Classy, would recommend them just for that alone.

I originally had a bad experience but later they contacted me determined to resolve the issue. I would have given 3 stars if it wasn't for Jose and Sam from finance who stepped up and helped me get the exact deal I was looking for. 1 extra star for each of them.

Total joke~ Received over 3 phone calls and 5 text regarding my inquiry. Final set up a VIP * sale appointment that no one could help me with. The car was not even there. Browsing through your show room I spotted a RS6 I've always wanted. When I asked about it to some one in the office there they were on there cell phone and gave me the " finger to phone " guester. Sat by car for 5 more minutes and no one came over so I left. When I was out side I saw 2 sales men smoking. Needless to say I"ll never buy form that location

Worst dealership. They add an up charge for a warranty package all sales must have - no choice. From the moment I walked in they were rude and could care less about my business. Had to wait to get help as everyone was in groups talking, then sent outside in the rain to look at the car - how was I supposed to find it with 100’s of other cars. Salesperson was condescending and helped so another customer before we finished. Only person worth the time was the finance guy.

You have to make an appointment. Although when I got there someone had to be called for me to be helped. The Jeep I was interested in was dirty on the inside. You would think they would clean it up if they knew I was coming to look at. They have this napelton experience package that added $3500 to the price(yes that’s right $3500!) and being 2 and half hours away I would never use it. They would not take it off the price. Felt blindsided by this it wasted my day. Stay away from this dealership!! Or make sure you look at all the “extra” stuff they add to the price.

Set up an appointment to see a car advertised on their website. Drove an hour only to find out when I arrived that the car they pictured was not the same car on the lot. Totally different color! When they tried to explain why that was the case I felt like they thought I was an idiot for not seeing the description of the color was different than the actual real color. Who does this??!! No apology or admittance of an error on their part. The actually still wanted to try and sell me the car anyway! What deceptive sales practice.

Over all rude, unprofessional and they openly admitted to me that the listing price on line is the cheapest on purpose and they make that up in dealer fees. They attempted to charge me 6,400 in dealer fees. I discontinued conversation. Don't shop here and if you do watch your paperwork very closely. They are not trust worthy. Dont work with Jay or Jesse.

Dishonest and Awful - I did a test drive and price negotiations I put my offer on the car and I was so explicit this is the best I can go up and I have no more time for negotiation since I have another appointment, so either accept or decline. they agreed and they kept me three hours to make the paper work. when they asked me to singe the loan application they increase the price suddenly after making me wait for three hours and losing my other appointments.

DISHONEST, AWFUL! I contacted this dealer for a 2018 Mercedes Benz C AMG 43. When I called to go see the car I told the lady that I lived 1 hour away from the dealer and If they sold the car before the time of my appointment I was gonna appreciate if they let me know so I wouldn't make the trip and waste my time and gas money; I told her I was nervous about making the appointment because I read some bad reviews about them online. She told me I had nothing to worry about and if something happened they would let me know. On my way to the appointment I received a call from them confirming it!. I get there, the salesman had a hard time finding the car, it wasn't there! I went to Car Gurus website and found out thru Car Gurus that the car was sold the day before. He offered to show me other cars. I FOUND THEM VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST BECAUSE INSTEAD OF CALLING TO LET ME KNOW THE CAR WAS SOLD THEY HAD ME COMING SO THAT THEY COULD SELL ME SOMETHING ELSE. Don't trust this dealer!

Contacted dealer, asked if was still in stock, made an appointment for 3 hours later 12:30 pm. Went in and waited was told it would be pulled up and ready to test drive. Was told it just sold. Sure, maybe it was, but they still have it listed 4 days later. I drove 28 miles to get there, with an appointment, I asked if it was still in stock, and they were less than straightforward.

I did not end up buying a car here but had a great experience at this dealership! They were ready for me when I arrived and were very attentive. My sales guy Jerry was knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating with me on a vehicle I did not end up buying. I have read a number reviews about terrible service, “bait and switch” etc., and I can tell you that was not nearly the case here! I will definitely consider them in future opportunities!

Awful, we drove 45 min for a scheduled appt. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes before someone would even come talk to us. Then to find out that vehicle we came to see was not on the lot. The GM took the car home. When they tried to reach him he would not answer his phone.

The 13 one star review in a row is about right. They were supposed to fax over the paperwork over to my bank but never did. The sales guy kept telling me the finance dept is working with your bank That was a straight up lie. They ran my credit without me knowing. The dealership fee is also ridiculous. Go see them if you want to waste your time.

beware bait and switch price is how this dealer operates. I inquired about a new jeep witch was priced on car gurus for 8000$ under sticker i called to buy and they would not tell me what the final price would be (very strange) i have bought many cars and trucks on line please stay away from this dealership there are many others honest dealers out there.

Left messages with salesforce without follow-up to my inquiries. Not interested in pursuing what could have been an easy sale, but instead told me what they could not do (eg ship the vehicle, take videos of the vehicle as I am 4 hours away, provide a point person to talk to). An overall poor experience by folks who wanted an easy sale without any work. Very disappointing.

Dealer was quick to follow up. I was told all business had to be done face to face. Due to distance and Covid I could not make this happen and asked them to reconsider. They transferred me to the "sales manager" and I left a message. I never heard back. Even if the answer was no, a call back would have been appropriate.

Their advertised pricing is based off of incentives literally no one will qualify for. They raised the price of the car I came to look at by $9,500 compared to the advertised price. Example: there was a $3000+ incentive for being an employee at a jeep/dodge/ram dealer. Why would you advertise a price that includes an employee discount? .0001% of the Illinois population will qualify for that. I called before arriving and asked if the advertised price was legitimate and what I would actually be paying. They assured me over the phone that they would get extremely close to that price.... it was $9500 off. They lured me and wasted 2 hours of my time.

I have the feeling Napletons make fake announcements in order to make appointments. I have a couple bad experiences with Napeltons already. Today the car was available in the morning, I asked them to buy it on the phone and they told me that a manager was going to call me. I did not receive a call and when I called back the car was not available anymore. A few months ago, I drove 4 hours to a different Napletons location to find out that the car I was going to buy was not there anymore.

Gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Very dishonest dealership. They will not deliver, even though their adds clearly state the price includes delivery to your zip code. The prices are not real. They reflect "discounts" that no one qualifies for and the Jeep doesn't even offer. They also do not include thousands of dollars in bogus dealership charges that no one else charges. Honestly, I cannot even believe that FCA allows these people to continue representing them and selling their products.

Really bad experience. I would ever consider them again. One of those places that advertise a good deal only to tell you it sold that morning. Then the stupid sales person didn’t even offer to see if there was a similar vehicle I might be interested in.

Awful experience! Went in willing to pay asking price shown online. First offer they showed me was $8000 more. Then they would not honor the online price and kept saying the car was $2000 more than the retail value they put online. Classic bait and switch. Do not recommend.

The worst of the worst. Jerry the salesman said he would be right back after we waited 1.5 hours for finance guy. .5 hours later manager said Jerry went home car is sold. Very disappointing for my niece. So excited about getting her first car. Should have listened to irate customer that stormed out 45 minutes earlier when he said"DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS." THANKS MR.Napelton. THE ONLY JOB WHERE THE OWNER IS AFRAID TO SHOW HIS FACE. THANKS CAR GURUS FOR THE CHANCE TO WARN OTHERS.

Horrendous expertise - complete waste of gas, a collective four hours' drive time, and energy. Good ole bait & switch. Take your money elsewhere. Called dealer to confirm pricing and availability on this specific vehicle at 10:56 a.m. Offered to put down money to hold as I live two hours away from dealer and was told that was not necessary. Twenty minutes into my drive, received a call from "Justin" advising this vehicle had been taken to another local shop for a "lift kit" and was not available, but they had other similarly priced and optioned Gladiators "in transit." Against my better judgement, I made the trip. Vehicle price went up over $3000. They refused to provide me with a sales order of a breakdown of exactly what I was paying for after I requested it three times. Salesman even requested I provide him with my credit card he could "show his manager" on one of my "counter offers," do show how serious I was. Highly discourage anyone from doing business with this group.

when i contacted he dealer about 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude 4WD they had in their wb site they reassured me that the vehicle was in the lot and that they will have it ready for me, however when i looked on my email carguru had sent me an email saying the case was no longer available, i called the dealer and they still told me that it was, i went on their web site again and nope, the car wasn't there, they still wanted me to go in to see something that wasn't there anymore, so overall they get a 4-star rating. i just wished they ould just tell me the car was no longer there anymore.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Set up an appointment to see/ purchase a vehicle on Wednesday for a Saturday. I had my bank preapproval in hand and let them know I would be driving 230 miles to purchase. The sales person called me while I had just left and I let them know I was on my way and they said they would have the vehicle up front. An hour into the drive someone else called, introduced themselves let me know the vehicle would be up front and ready for a test drive. 22 minutes before I was supposed to arrive I received a 3rd phone call that the vehicle was in the shop and they had no way to get it. The amount of communication was great, kept me updated with inaccurate information until the very last minute and wasted over 2 hours of my time that could have been saved simply by communicating and asking to reschedule.

Informed the dealership I lived 3.5 hours away so I would like to discuss pricing over the phone or email if possible so when I arrive I can drive away with the vehicle. I also informed them I would be paying cash, I already test drove a vehicle similar to the car, only thing I needed to do was negotiate purchasing terms and I would drive in to drive off with the car. I was told I needed to drive in before we could start talking about pricing. I was contacted by the manager and told him the same thing but never received a call back after the email.

STAY AWAY FROM PRE-OWNED CARS AT THIS DEALERSHIP... Called in ahead about the 2015 BMW X3.. they said over the phone "Price is $19,995"... cool drove 45 minutes to check it out... Sales manager comes back with an extremely rude and despising demeanor... Apparently they don't "advertise" an extra $5,000 vehicle inspection fee... are they replacing the motor or transmission?? I offered to buy the car at the advertised rate... no where on the website or terms on their site or inside the dealership does it state this fee... EXTREME SCAM ARTISTS HERE... didnt expect that from a reputable dealership I have screenshots of the original price point and on paper discussion of pricing! ... now they raised the price on the car

Drove 4 hrs to see this car. Test drove it. They ran my credit. Then told me the car was sold when I was on the test drive. But, they'd be more than happy to sell me any of their NEW cars on the lot. It was just a ploy to get people to the dealership. But, I wanted that one specific car.

Would not even start negotiations over e-mail saying that I need to come in to get quotes. I have been in contact with approximately ten dealerships across the state and this is the first one that would not work with price over the phone. Given the timing and a pandemic, you would think that they would modify their practices and customer service to not force people to come to their dealership to make a deal. Especially since the forecast for the fall and winter does not look good for business outside of online purchasing. Hopefully, this practice doesn't end up hurting them in the long run. In the meantime, I will continue to work with other dealerships as they have been very responsive and accommodating through e-mail. I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to get most of the legwork done over e-mail and phone and I now feel more comfortable that I will come away with the best deal that way.

Austin from the dealership reached out to me to see if I could come out Tuesday and I explained I would not be ready to purchase until Friday or Saturday. We touched based on Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday. We spoke on Friday regarding a hold on the vehicle for 24hrs. I then completed an online application and submitted the standard information; proof of income, ID and residency. Saturday morning I received two text messages reconfirming my appointment and one that said they were trying to call, but unable to reach me. I called back immediately, as my phone hadn't rang. Austin seems confused about who I was and why I received the text. He asked if I was still coming. I then told him that I was an hour away and would not be interested in coming there is the vehicle in question was actually not there. He stammered and asked me to hold on. Then returned and said it had been sold the night before! I asked what happened to the HOLD? He simply said he didn't know.

***EXTREMELEY FRUSTRATED AT THEIR SHADY PRACTICES*** I went to the dealer on Saturday after I scheduled an appointment the day before with a salesman that they randomly assigned. I asked the person on the phone that I'm interested in the Honda Civic and he said "great!". They did not let me know that someone else had already locked it in and had dibs on it! I went to the dealership, was given the keys and everything seemed great! I drove it around, went to the mechanic to have it checked, went back to the dealership and sat down to do the paperwork to purchase the car all for them to tell me it had JUST BEEN SOLD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EMPLOYEE THAT HAD DIBS ON THE CAR and nobody in the dealership told me in the first place before going through the hassle. The employees were very unhelpful after this, I had to confront them in order for them to find me another car and the GM of the dealership never called me back when I left him a voicemail about my unpleasant experience.

The price on their website is not what was offered to me. They price they gave me was $8000 more. When I showed them the price, they said I didn't qualify for all the dealer discounts. It wasn't until I told them it was a true car offer, did they come to the price. However, they proceeded to add a $2495 protection package, $1500 destination and $600 doc fee that they said are added to every vehicle they sell. We left and won't ever go back.

This dealership is not internet friendly.i tried 5 times to get info so I could buy the car I wanted to know what an estimate for taxed and an extended warranty would run. Other dealerships gave me ballpark estimates. After 5 weeks of sitting on the lot they RAISED the price $1200 today. Unless I would drive an hour to their dealership they would not discuss a deal with me even though I has pre approval financing letter for way more than the asking price Only giving them a 2 because the lady catching the email always responded promptly

Not impressed with customer service. My husband is in the market for a new truck. We found one on Car Gurus that he was interested in. I read reviews on the dealership to make sure they were reputable before driving 4 hours to look at the truck. Upon noticing many unfavorable reviews, I advised my husband to call the dealership to inquire about 'hidden fees" and price changes (many consumers complained about a $1495.00 hidden dealer fee). He spoke with Charne who advised him that she could not disclose price of vehicle. She also said there were several pending offers on the truck. Interesting since the truck has been for sale for 28 days, and the day we call there are several pending offers. Are we buying a house or a truck? We asked her to call back tomorrow with an update on the "several pending offers". We shall see. I will update tomorrow. Update- called in am. They said they had truck. We negotiated price and headed out. It was 4.5 hour drive. Guess what? They sold the truck!

We drove an hour away to look at this vehicle, only to get there and see a 5-6" dent in the back of it with paint peeling. We talked with a representative and "nothing could be done" about the price. We were ready to walk out and he let us know of a Chrysler town and country that was for sale too. We went out to look at it (while the representative helped 2 other people looking at cars!) The van wasnt on the website, so we went back in to ask the representative about it and he said it had already sold, waiting to he picked up. This dealership was terrible to us as possible customers, feeling rushed, feeling in the way, and there were at least 7 other representatives standing around while ours was helping 3 different people with vehicles. We walked out due to the unorganized mess and went across the street to look at a vehicle and drove home in one that made me even happier then what we came to look for!

The shadiest dealership I ever Encountered they tried to trick me into purchasing a maintenance package after me telling him several times that I didn’t want the package but yet and still the Finance manager tried to trick me and say that it was free but it wasn’t so after Me noticing that they were trying to trick me deliberately I decided not to purchase the vehicle and walked out

Horrible experience. The salesperson could not give me an answer on the final price of a vehicle I was interested in. The salesperson pushed financing when I planned to pay cash. The salesperson even took it upon herself to lecture me about credit scores and what things would be good for my credit. Will not be coming back. They also add about $5000 of fees on the sale price so don't expect to pay the price they actually list the vehicle at. Don't waste your time.

They did not respond quickly, and they didn't answer the questions that I had. All they would say is that the vehicle was available. After I waited 24 hours for a response to an e-mail, i found out another salesman had sold the vehicle through Car Gurus, the salesman didn't even bother to contact me about it. Very unprofessional!

Awful. Set appt on May 20th around 10 am for May 21st at 9am with the sales guy to test drive and buy the truck I inquired about. Drove 3.5 hrs one way to the dealership only to find out the truck i wanted was sold to someone else. Was told by salesman that they dont hold vehicles. I was very clear with him that I was coming from a long distance. He asked if I could come down on wednesday (20th) and I said no, but could be there Thursday. I also asked if that would be an issue and he said no. Never mentioned that they dont hold vehicles. Also sounds like he did not communicate with other salesmen that worked Wednesday night that someone was coming at 9am for it. This is poor customer service. I took a day off of work and spent alot of time driving all for nothing except an apology from salesman. General Manager didnt even show his face. Not even an offer of gas card for the trip. Seems like all they care about is making a sale.

Space is limited so I can't give all the details but this dealership must make a lot of money on service because they don't give the impression that they are interested in selling vehicles. I reached out twice asking to speak to a sales manager about what dealer fees to expect. I fully expect to pay the advertised price + tax, tag & title fees along with any additional dealer fees (typically anywhere from $400-$800). I was told the sales manager would have to call me back because he wasn't available... twice I never received a call back. I live 9 hours away from this dealership, the fact that I would even consider driving that far shows how much I wanted this truck... all they had to do was provide a little bit of information. Buying a car should not include smoke and mirrors... advertised price + taxes + tag, title & dealer fees = final price. If this dealership can't provide that then something is severely wrong. Personally I would avoid this place. They lost a sale with me.

LISTEN TO EVERYONES WARNINGS! DO NOT BUY HERE. The dealership does not negotiate, I drove from wisconsin to see a very specific truck, I liked it, they let me take it home for the night and show the wife, all the while they said negotiations are possible. I brought the truck back the next morning and was ready to make a deal, the sales man walked around for 15 minutes and came back, with a price $200 over my budget."This is the price, take it or leave it" salesmen was very rude. I said that does work, I'd prefer my payment in a specific range, no more, again it was a response of oh well, "we sell the most cars. My direct reply was "this truck has been on the lot for 98 days, I am willing to make a deal today. This sales men came back at me with "we are the largest dealer, we dont sell the vehicle here, we will just send it to a sister store, it doesnt sell in a year, well ship it to florida. Very unprofessional. Never going back, glad I found a newer, less miles truck, for less money.

Today I went car shoppi ng I found 3 cars on line 3 separate dealers I had 8000$ cash in my packet and checkbook if someone dont except cash. First I went to this dealer went for a test drive on 2011 accord which was listed at 6588 car looks ok so I ask for a best price out the door with all the taxes and the fees .The guy name Marcus? first make me wait 20 minutes or more for his manager then he tells me its 10000 $ and he tells me to go look at the other cars and come back when I am ready to buy a car from him ,So I went look at 2 other cars had no problems to give me the out of the door price ? My wife really liked that car but we bought 2012 accord listed fore 6999 $ from ALBO AUTO and the guy lower the price by 500$ without stupid attitude .Will not recommend ,terrible costumer service and terrible attitude.

Made appointment for today 04/30/2020 at 8:00pm! Called today and was told that everything was scheduled and car will be ready once I will arrive! Once I arrived with my wife and small child who were waiting in the car for me, representative comes up and tell the car is not here was taken to Mercedes dealership because it had an issue! Who in the world makes an appointment when you don’t have a car??? Horrible service would not recommend to anybody, stay away from that dealership! At least they could called a head of time and let me know! What if I was traveling from far away! It’s just ridiculous! During the pandemic they are so busy that could not even call! Once again dear customer stay away from such horrible dealer! Check they reviews on CarGurus! I would not even put a one star, they don’t even deserve that!

This dealership posted a price on the internet of $14,300 (which we have a photos of) which when we called we were informed a rebate of $2,750 would be deducted from the posted price. When we got there we waited for two hours and finally were told this was a mistake and they would sell us the car for $16,700 which already INCLUDED the rebates. They also told us they would be losing $5,500 on the sale but would do it for us! Give me a break!!! After leaving the dealership extremely frustrated I went back online later that same evening and again saw the vehicle listed at the $14,300 price. Do your homework and read the reviews on this dealership. Apparently this is a common occurrence!!! During this time for our Country where we all should be watching out and trying to help one another your business is being deceptive. This is extremely unethical and disappointing that a business during this time would stoop to such measures. Watch out! Buyer Beware!!!

This dealership is a joke. They “enticed” me to drive 45 minutes to see a truck. Then after making me wait 30 minutes to see the unit told me it was sold. Before I left to make the long trip...they said they rechecked availability and set an appointment. You call to try and reach someone and their phone people are fast taking button pushers and don’t listen-just transfer to no one. Sales people have poor people skills and are frankly just lost. Easily the worst dealership experience I have had. This dealer is clearly a business to avoid.

Napleton family should be ashamed ..... deceptive sales practices have been institutionalized at this dealership. Playbook is as follows: advertise (and confirm over the phone) a price that is thousands below MSRP and what other dealerships are offering. But once you get in, they explain that the too-good-to-be-true price depends on qualifying for each and every incentive and discount available, which of course is not possible and many of them are mutually exclusive. They then explain that there are additional charges of $1,495 (destination charge) and $2,495 for package of low-value benefits like 2 free key fob replacements, nitrogen air in your tires, and window chip protection. So the $19,920 advertised price for a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus quickly became ~$25,000. When I objected and said I wanted the price that was confirmed to me over the phone, the salesperson went to get his manager, who suggested we look at some used cars that might be more within my budget.

While I did not end up purchasing a truck from Napleton Chrysler Dodge they were great to work with. Their sales process is professional and thorough. They prepared for my visit, and politely followed-up post visit. When I let them know I bought a different vehicle, they immediately stopped following up. Mason was the sales person I dealt with and he was super friendly and informed on the Tacoma I was looking at.

I had very very bad experience with these people. I looked online and they have listed a Promaster 2500 on sale for 24,733.00 which is a great deal. http://worktrucks.arlingtonheightscdjr.com/work-van/2019-Ram-ProMaster- 2500-cargo-van-3171781. I called and talk to a sales person who said the prices is good when am i coming to see it. I am out of state so i wanted them to make sure i could get everything financed before I drove 8 hours to get it. I fill out their credit app I get notification that a hard credit check has been run on my credit and then i hear nothing back for 4 days. I then have to call in 8 times to get a sales manager on the phone finally. I have never had to work so hard to get a sales person on phone when i have told them I am ready to buy. After working that hard to get them on the phone, by calling back over and over, the price of the vehicle for me is 34000.00 which 10000.00 more then the listed online price. 11 minutes ago I should have left when the customer in the cube across from me left screaming but the "bait" was too good. One of their vendors sent me an email saying there was a price drop on a vehicle I've been watching. I requested more information from the vendor and then was contacted by the dealership to come in and start the process. Long story short, they would not honor the price and tried to sneak in an additional $2500 safety package into the price. At one point, the sales manager Paul Dome came back with a price higher than the original listing. When I asked the GM Andrew Ramus for an explanation, he told me there were disclaimers that protected these tactics rather than taking ownership. He also refused to provide me with Chrysler's customer service information. Typical behavior of someone lacking a moral compass.

Great experience. They had the car ready for me when I arrived and it was clean and had gas. They even offered to let me take the car home for a trial. They were also very motivated to sell, but not overly aggressive. I would definitely go back.

Not been a positive experience. I offered full price and they want me to fly 1700 miles before they can give me my OTD number. I have the financing in place. They cant tell what additional fees might be involved.

I was contacted right away. The salesperson was friendly. She was even willing to send more pictures prior to me coming in so that I would have a thorough idea of what the car was like. Unfortunately, there was a turn of events in my life so I could not keep the appointment. I would recommend this dealer.

Dealership itself wasn't so bad. Salesperson was a liar though. I specifically asked if the vehicle has Bluetooth, and the response was "Yes, it does." Then I get home and it doesn't. I asked if they could match my credit union's interest rate, the answer again was "yes, we will." I look over the paperwork more thoroughly when I get home and they didn't match my credit union's rate at all. I know, it's mainly my fault for not checking these things before driving off (never trust a car salesperson), but still. Why reply yes if it's not true?

We set up an appointment to meet you and when we got there they had already sold the vehicle. We drove 45 minutes to see the vehicle and talk to them the morning we showed up to see them. No notice or Cancellation. Waste of a trip!

Stay Away from this dealer they will definitely try to RIP YOU OFF!!! Especially if you want to go thru your own bank or credit union for the financing they sent my credit union a contract for $10,000 dollars more than the price I saw online when I told them about it they said it was a typo and corrected it by sending another contract but this time it was $4900 more then the price that we agreed upon Stay Away

We went there on Friday at 6pm with an appointment with "Army" but only saw her for 1 second and then long and unhelpful interaction with Dominic. I told him that I had to pick up my daughter at 7pm but he still tried to delay and kept me waiting. I was late and couldn't wait longer and rush to pick up my daughter and accidentally hit their RAM1500 parked < 6 feet behind where my SUV parked. The parking lot is narrow enough and they put a giant pickup behind it! Anyway, it was my fault to hit the car so I gave them my insurance info and report to the police, then they continued keeping me waiting while I still had to pick up my daughter. My wife was so worried about me to pick up my daughter, and she wanted to go with me and came back, but they wouldn't allow me to leave or have to keep my wife in the store. I picked up my daughter, drove very slowly and came back and then waited for another hour for nothing while Dominic was busy helping other "value customers".

Crooks! Tried to tell me my payment would be $684 a month for 60 months on a $16k renegade. That comes out to over $50,000! I have bought numerous vehicles new from various dealerships and never heard anything so ridiculous before. They also force you to buy their "safety package" which is simply locking lug nuts, rubber mats and plastic door guards. For those three things you dont need or want and that make your car not one bit safer they charge an additional $2,500 and they do it on every car. Like I said crooks!

Today we drove all the way from Champaign to Chicago. Before we left we called and made sure it was the same price that we saw originally. They said yes and we were on our marry way of a 2 hours and 31 min drive. Upon arriving we met our car salesman who wasn’t that great at all honestly. We could never seem to find him when we needed him. Along with that he had us wait in the store for over an hour. I asked many times what the price would be and he kept saying “what the price is online” so we were reconfirming the price with taxes etc. and next thing we knew the price had drastically changed $18,000 to $22000 (not because of the taxes, just in general). He said there was nothing he could do about it after we had asked and asked and asked about the price BEFORE we took this trip. Majorly disappointed to have had to just walk out. The manager was also terrible and wasn’t helpful at all, just grumpy. If there was a negative star I would have given it.

They contacted but not as I requested them to contact me. I asked to work through email and for a detailed breakdown of their lowest price and how the price quoted on Car Guru's was arrived at so that I would have a record of the conversations and the numbers we talked about before visiting the dealership for a test drive and to finalize a sale. They never cooperated with that request and kept trying to call me and send emails and texts asking me to call them or come to the dealership. I completed my purchase at another dealership 3/23/19 a non-CarGuru dealership, unfortunately.

Initial experience was good with our salesman, Josh. Until I realized their finance guy slipped in another $1,495 on the cost of the vehicle, somewhere between showing me the price on the computer screen and printing the physical paperwork I signed. And they still refused to claim any responsibility. Like who the hell would pay $1,195 over the ADVERTISED price for a low demand, used vehicle? That's not enough proof that you scammed me? Also, they're EXTREMELY pushy with the extended warranties and undercoating "protection" (which can actually void GM's rust protection warranty). Far more than any other dealership I've dealt with in the last 25 years. Rear window of the vehicle I purchased spontaneously shattered after a month due to a defect, and they were of absolutely no help, other than offering to help with $50 toward my insurance deductible. Really? What a joke. Thank God GM is covering it under the original factory warranty for me. I will NEVER return to this dealership!

I went in and spent 3 hrs with a hard inquiry on my credit just to have them come to me with a ridiculous payment plan of 84 months at 400 a month for a used car that’s already 4 years old! On top of that, they won’t budge 1 dollar on the price for a car that’s been sitting since January...lol all I asked for was 25000 OUT THE DOOR which I understand is common practice with dealers since they want cars to move...long story short...they can keep it!

Dealer informed me the car was in stock (I have the emails) then supposedly sold it the night before even though I asked (again) that morning if they still had the car. Then the manager on site said I was being unrealistic and rude after driving 60 miles to the dealer and getting offered (a gas card.)

They didn't have this bmw as this one I was initially interested in, but had a red one that was one year newer with less miles that I ended up purchasing. Jason in sales and RJ in financing were great! Just wished I would have been finished sooner as we drove 2 1/2 hours from South Bend, IN and had two dogs that were left behind that needed to go out. Great dealership would come back again!

I discussed this Jeep over a couple days with the "online" contact. I asked several specific questions. Is the cars smoke free was one of them. I was assured it was. After driving 1.5 hours to see & buy the vehicle I started it got in & turned on the fan. After being blasted by the smell of an ashtray I got out. Told the dealer I was VERY unhappy they wasted my time & drove home. They are all about the cattle call at this dealer. The more we get in the more we sell. I told him I would not take the Jeep for $100.

Very unpleasant experience and waste of time and points against my credit. Even before running credit I was asked to put down 5000.00. I was blown away. During year end sales at least 7000 in incentives are offered on the car of my desires. Then I was told that I must qualify for incentives and in order to determine qualifications I must have my credit ran. The other script was, " due to the negative amount owed on the trade in would require a 5000 down payment". Therefore the incentives script is just another snow job to get your hopes up to rip people off. Please do not go here. Very dishonest people

Just wanted to let you know my husband and i were extremely unhappy with the service and sales person who was extremely unpersonable, rude and cocky. I was expecting to meet someone completely different.. and the dealership expected us to give our car away. We were expecting one price and then to have $995 added to the price was unacceptable.. for that price I can purchase the one closer to home. Thank you!! For wasting my time. We have never experienced such unprofessionalism.. one star rating is a huge stretch!

Found a used suv with low miles. Not as many after the sale perks as our last car dealer like free car washes and oil changes. Had one issue after the sale and we haven't heard back from them yet. If it wasn't for the cars low miles we wouldnt have bought. Seems like they get you sold and are done with you. We will see.

Very bad experience ,I've drove from Wisconsin to buy a car, and the customer service are so bad,.The have appraised my car soooo low and they wanted fortune for them car,plus they were not selling for the asking price ,they wanted me to buy a certification on 100 000 miles which I didn't want to but he told me I HAVE TO !! So much pressure !!!! They made me to wait over 2 hours to tell me instead of $15000 I have to pay $24 000, Such a losers,stay away from this place if you believe in feedback, I've wasted all afternoon by driving 2 hours to get there and 2 back home plus wasting time !!

Would only contact me wanting to schedule a test drive as i live over a hr and a half away i wasn't going to drive in for a test drive without talking about a better price. They never replied after i said that but would send me a generic email every few weeks saying they haven't heard from me in a while or one that says if there was one thing they could do to make this deal happen what would it be. I replied to the emails a few times but never got a response. Very poor dealership service go some where else where people want to sell you a vehicle or at least reply to emails and don't send you the same generic email every 2 weeks.

Was contacted immediately about the car but then told it might sell. Received another message it was available and would likely be there as we live out of state and could not come for a week. Then received notification that it had sold through CarGurus. I called and they told me was likely to be sold but that they would send me an email with other options - never received any email. I definitely was made to feel I was not a priority.

If I can give zero stars I would. Vanesa over the phone said truck number I was asking about is indeed the one on the website pictured.after driving an hour there they took a copy of my license and the salesman was bringing the truck around.he specifically said the 2 door truck....I was very upset. They had a brand new pictured truck for 27,777 I get there and it's different.

We called and were lied to about this car being on the lot. The person on the phone, Seth, told me that he was physically checking the lot for the car and called me back saying that he found it even though it wasn’t in the system. We drove 45 minutes to the dealership to look at the car and found that it had been traded to another dealer. We will not be doing business with this dealership.

They contacted me right away. Setting up a time to meet, I mentioned I was coming from Wisconsin. The salesperson said there was a different price for out of state and the price listed was for Illinois residence only. The price difference was almost $2500. The salesperson was going to contact the manager to see if they could do something about the price difference, but never heard back.

They had the best price on the net, but turns out that they were using rebates that just about NO ONE qualified for, so the price just kept going up and up and up. Not very helpful, just wanted leads to bait and switch there way thru the market. Do not waste your time here.

Response to my inquiry was immediate. Paul was wonderful to deal with. They have a great selection of choices, but I knew which vehicle I already wanted. Since I was buying from out of state, there was a little more paper work with the DMV, but very manageable. They were great with walking a person through all of it. Could have done without the pressure of trying to use their lenders as I already had my bank lined up with the loan. They were just trying to get me the best loan rate. However, I just knew what I wanted and my bank was lower than theirs.

Professional, from the moment you walk in I felt a difference from the other Jeep dealers. Very knowledgeable staff not a lot of pressure. The car I was interested in was ready to be test Driven. Clean inside and out, fueled and ready to go. My sales person Chris even went into details about The service department and many of the after sales advantages of the dealership. There presentation, people and the product sold me.

Poor. The car appeared on CarGurus, but without a price and with 1 stock photo of another Phaeton. They promised to get me the price and photos, but they never did. Next thing I know, they're sending ME an email that I hadn't followed up with them. I replied I was still waiting for a price and photos, only to be told that (Oooops!) they had already sold the car to a wholesaler. They were disorganized, but courteous, and apologized... but I feel seduced and abandoned. Inept Customer Service people.

Deceiving. Prices listed are not the actual prices cause no one qualifies for all of their discounts. Prices are actually 2,500 or more then what they are asking. They wont even give a quote of what the vehicle will actually cost. Just want to run numbers at you until they try and crack you and if you go back at them with a number for a vehicle they always say i'll have to ask my sales manager and run it by them first. Don't waste your time with this dealership or company. They will just give you the run around and try to steal your money with higher APR rates then your own bank, and try and hide add-ons that are not needed. Read all fine print before signing anything.

I contacted this dealer regarding a 300 touring. Friday they said it was there. I said I can be in Tuesday with my down payment. They said they would email me with information regarding this sale. I had a terrible deal for my Grand Caravan through this company. As expected, when I called to let them know I was coming over, they said they didnt have a car with that stock number and never did. I found this dealership cannot be trusted.

Do not buy from here. Pros: 1. They put fancy kits on trucks.. Cons: 1. This place will lie and say anything to get you in the door 2. They charge $2495 for some bogus safety package that they don't want to tell you about. 3. I brought my kids and the guys moving the cars in the lot were peeling out flying through the lot. I had to keep my kids away from the windows and inside the building because it's not safe. (Calling Chrysler/FIAT about this) 4. Looking at these reviews I noticed that they have a lot of 5 stars on other car apps and popular search websites. Not sure how that's possible because this is the worst dealer experience I've had. Will have that popular search site look into accounts leaving reveiws. 5. Drove out 2 times based on lies they told me.. shame on me huh? I called and talked to Pedro about a 2018 Challenger TA 392 and questioned the Cargurus price at 45,150. I asked if that's what I would pay if I came there and he said yes. He stated "If you live in Illinois and you're financing the car, you will pay $45,150". Got in the car with my wife and kids and drove over an hour to the dealer. I get there and Pedro was nowhere to be found. Some manager woman directed me to Nick and him and I talked about the price. In the mean time the looked at my trade which I was offered $17,500 from another dealer. When the appraisal came through they said $15,000. I laughed. So we go back and forth some more and I stated that I wouldn't take less then $18,500. Some "manager" guy comes back, talks to me and we write down $45,150 for the car and $18,500 for the trade. He walked to some room and comes back with astronomical payment and I was like huh? He said that's worse case scenario. I explained I'm not worst cast. So the best case one was still $100 more than what I calculated. More back and forth and with no explanation we couldn't get the payment to my percise calculation. I ended up leaving. Went to dinner and calculated again. Nothing was making sense. Went back to the dealer to talk to a finance manager. My wife talked Chris and he said some negative things about the people we were working with stating that they cannot make decisions on price. He also explained the $2495 safety package. Which is something that me who lives an hour away wouldn't be able to use and he said all car have to have it (total rip off). We left that day with him telling us that he'll call back the next day before 12pm (never happened). Next day my wife calls and they agree to a payment and had the $2,495 fee cut down to $1500. We agreed to take less on the trade $17,000, although he stated the whole saler offered $16,000. So I was working them because I really wanted this car that's been on the lot for 190 days. They hung up and she said she'd call back and let him know of we would come get the car. She calls back and cannot get a hold of him. I drove up and met with Chris and he didn't know I was coming because he never picked up his cell or desk phone after we left him messages. We shake hands and he told me to go check out the car I wanted. He asked for my keys stating that they wanted to look at my trade again. He leaves and comes back telling me that he was kicked out of the room where they talk about trades and they told him that $12,500 it what they could give me. I told him that's insane. I got loud with him telling him that will jack up the monthly payment that him and my wife agreed to on the phone and he got loud with me saying that he never agreed to anything. So I came out there 2 times and was lied to 2 times. I told him to get me my keys for my car and left.

Never go to this dealer they try and put me in 3 different cars then one man said they have to charge me a lot fee I ask what is the lot fee cover couldn’t give me what it cover had a different sales man come out to tell me it’s a certification fee I ask him what does it over couldn’t explain what it cover then it went from 600 to 2,400 then tells me the best he can do is 1,600 no thanks

I would give them a zero if possible. This is a bait and switch. I had confirming e~mails and phone calls and even appointment verifications. I drove 1.5 hrs and magically the car was sold 20 minutes before I arrived. Then the same truck is still listed; more than 24 hrs later. A den of thieves would be an accurate description.

I first went to see this vehicle. Turns out it didn't have one of the features I wanted. Saleman was super nice. Found another car. The car ended up costing 3k more than the online price. They role in all discounts including ones you probably don't qualify for. I walked from this deal and bought a car from a dealer that honored the online price.

This experience was horrible. You can not believe any words that comes out of their mouths. We drove over an hour to get to dealership after confirming that the vehicle was still available. When we arrived it was not. We were told they were sorry they had gotten rid of the vehicle not sold just rid of it. 3 days later i received a text saying they had vehicle back an we should come see it. Very poor service.

They have been very kind when I called them for information snd when they called me to give me price drop information. I want a vehicle with Safety Equipment hiwever, & this Patriot does not. even have a back up camera. I may consider purchasing this vehicle and having the back up camera added at the Dealer. 10/4 I was told a Techical Rep will call me back 10/5 to speak with me about adding a Back Up Csmera and the Instalkation Charge

I purchased the car I went to see. Love the car. I was at the dealership for hours they were very busy. They would not budge on the price and I was surprised by the very hefty lot fee but my salesman was great. Over all happy with my experience.

First I"d like to say that the internet prices are a joke. They write them low to attract customers in and then they tell you you don't qualify for the rebates or discounts. Next the manager basically kicked me out by handing me the keys to my trade and rudely giving me his business card to call him. Sales man also looked like he didn't care to sell the car. I don't recommend this dealership.

I had called regarding an SUV I was interested in, I spoke with a lady who was very eager to make an appointment for me to come and view the car. I did want to see it, but before I did I had a few questions I wanted answered as the dealership was a good hour away and I didn't want to waste my time. We had a tentative appointment for Saturday (I believe we had spoken on a Thursday) On Saturday she still didn't have answers to my two questions, said her manager hadn't gotten back to her (The SUV had been repainted and I was curious about the original color or why it was repainted and the SUV also had a lift kit on it, but I wanted to know the size so I could make sure it was still street legal or not too big for me to get my kids in and out of) Now the appointment was changed to Wednesday and by Wednesday it had sold, So I was a bit disappointed

I sent email to the dealership after hours inquiring about the vehicle. Next business day I received an email from the dealership advising the vehicle was still available. I contacted them by phone as I saw the vehicle was no longer online on their website. I was told the vehicle was still available although there were two customers looking at the vehicle at that moment. I advised I would not come out but was asked to still come so I made an appt later that day. When I arrived to the dealership I was given a salesman who took me to his desk which I then advised him I had an appt for the vehicle. He then told me the vehicle had just sold and the customer was signing the papers. That was hard to believe. I do not think the vehicle was even there.

This dealer is awful!!! I would be embarrassed if I was associated with them in any way. I drove an hour after work to see a car that I was interested in and it wasn't there!!!! I called earlier in the day and reserved a test drive for that evening. They said they sold it and hour after I called. They didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me that. I don't think they ever had the car. I feel they just wanted to get you in there to look at their other vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! They are liars!!!!!

They advertised one price and when I talked to them no one knew what to do. Three times I spoke with a salesperson and they said they would get back to me with their manager for pricing, but never did. They just kept insisting ii come down in person first, I told them I needed to know thee deal was good to drive two hours. Then they always avoided me. Watch out for these guys.

Like the vehicle but check engine light was on , dealer fixed it but will contact them again, Jerome Audit from the service was great , they gave me 2017 Chrysler for a loaner while they fixed the problem which is cool.

Worst car buying experience ever. Matt was the most incompetent apathetic car salesman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Basically after bouncing me from one salesman to the next I missed buying the car that they sold for less than the price I had offered..sounds crazy I know but classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing and I took the brunt of their lack of communication and poor salesmanship. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JERKS

I was called by the dealership to make sure I was going around 3pm and when I get there no one is there to greet us so NO VIP treatment like they claim. I had to walk around looking for someone because everyone would just walk right past you and then when we finally got the appropriate person like 20-30 minutes later it is some more running around until I was told the the truck I was interested in was sold in the morning. Why was I not informed of this when they called to verify I was going in? It was the worst experience and I did not live around the block. I had to drive from Brookfield so they just waisted my time and gas.

Had a horrible experience, rude service, sneaky, and manipulative. After being pre-approved online i called at night to make an appointment because i need to make an hour drive to the dealership. Called again right before leaving in the am to to verify the vehicle was there still and the man told me he was looking right at it and we were good to go! When we arrived they told me they sold the car that morning, and tried selling me either a car the same price with cigarette burns and none of the upgrades i was expecting in the car i had come to see or a car $5000+ more than i originally came in for. Told me its their job to get me in to see a car whethere the one i want or is there or not. Long story short ran my credit 8 times without my knowledge in the back room and took down my score a whoooole lot for a car i felt forced into that i knew was above my price range but was told with confident reassurance that i would be able to be approved for it with my info. I ended up walking out with nothing but anger and a bruised credit score. No car. No good things to say.

The picture was nothing like the actual vehicle they showed me when I got there. I specifically called and told them what I was looking for and was told yes it was there and to come on down. Huge disappointment. The had several excuses and tried to force me into something different.

Not impressed. Received 4 emails about everything but the car I inquired about. All I wanted to know is if the vehicle was still on the lot and for sale and I would come see it. They never replied, none of the four who emailed me. Why advertise if you won't answer a contact's question. I wonder if their service is the same in all aspects of the dealership?

The Car Gurus advertised price was never honored. The excuse was always "our policy is to never discuss prices by email. We can only discuss prices at the dealership" Multiple emails never once said the prices advertised would be honored, only that would need to stop in at the dealer to discuss what pricing options were available to me. This despite my telling them I was 2.5 hrs away and not willing to drive just to haggle and be told the Car Guru price was incorrect.

Made an appointment to test drive a specific car. Drove 2 hours to get to the place just to find out they sold it a couple days prior. So we decided to look around and told the salesman we wanted an SUV. All he kept trying to do was sell us a Mercedez car. Terrible place and rude salesmen.

So frustrating. Had to show them their own website offer, then was told soft top not included even though listed, finally we offered 39,000 out the door for the 35,254 offer they listed, they wanted, which we figured was about right, but they wanted more like 41,000. What was worse was we called before traveling up there to double check about soft top. Waste of time.

Even though the Ford Edge vehicle I purchased was supposedly certified by their mechanics after bringing it to a Ford service they confirm what I tried to tell the salesman that I needed new front rotors. This was done 3 days after my purchase.
