If you ever inquire about a vehicle, then watch out, almost half a dozen sales persons would bombard you with calls, texts, emails, and even video chat to get you to come, so they could devour you like sharks.

OK. Ok salespeople, pushy but they tried to meet me in the middle. the process was relatively straightforward. I had to haggle but in the end I left with the vehicle I wanted at a price I felt was acceptable.

Advised to call me back on a specific date. They have called NONSTOP before and after requested date despite several requests to be removed off call list, off email list, and after attempts to block their calls they keep calling from different numbers and have no respect for the customers personal time. Have received a flood of communications at unreasonable hours (after 10:30 pm & on weekends), again, despite several attempts to cease. Desperate sales tactics, unprofessional & horrible training in respect to boundaries.

Completely overpriced. They Offered me 48,000 for a used 2021 Tacoma but I got the same truck elsewhere with LESS MILES & a 6foot bed for 43,000.

I went in too see the Infiniti and a dealer told me the car was sold and they had scheduled me to see it just the day before. When I got there the Infiniti didn’t even have a gas cap door and the dealer was obviously telling me a bold face lie.

Bad experience. The van had lots of problems like engine hood bad corrosion, finishing parts missing by the passenger door, interior passenger side where the globe box is all deep scratched, ... to fix everything the person that byus this van will expend, at least, $3,000.00. Cars should be better evaluated and problems should be listed before before customers go to the dealer to see the cars to avoid a bad dealer reputation. Sales people are nice but they are not informed or " pretend" that they don't know the problems that the cars have.

Well they appear to be understaffed. I don't know either too many contracts or not enough help. also had some questions on the features and it was very hard to get any answers. I wish I get out of these service contracts. This AWS service contract has road hazard, rim repair brake pads, key fob replacement within a period not to exceed five years. Napleton Care included eight tire rotations and oil changes, top top off fluids, air filter etc. And the whole thing added about $2,300 to my loan balance. I'm about 30 miles away from the dealership so wish I could do service locally. I'm sure this is a geat money grab for the dealership. Overall though I think I did pretty well due to inventory. My local dealer that had very little, one GT and one GT line. As for as the Stinger itself I felt the GT line was not impressive in terms of performance so you need to get the GT to get that. So this is where Kia gets you since you can't get a full interior package unless you the GT2 at 50k+.

Salesman was clueless about the minivan he had no details to share. Pulled in and no place to park had to park around the back of the building and my 8 month pregnant wife had to walk. Wont ever buy a car from this place

They were too lazy to be willing to assist with vehicle photos to decide if I wanted to travel out and purchase the vehicle. I asked when a good time to call back for assistance was and the manager told me it was wasting time and hung up. Not in a good way for the dealership, they did save me a good amount of time in not dealing with poor customer service.

Good cars, good sales people and prices are ok, straight forward prices. You are told what is the price in total no hidden BS. I have four stars because the don’t have many used cars, they sell too fast or is not market they like much. They send you emails everyday and try to contact you every now and then to see if still bought a car.

We didn't deal with anyone directly. A representative responded quickly, but we went to a different dealer. One email didn't have any content, though. I don't have enough experience with them to rate fairly, so I will just go with 4 stars because of the email.

Spoke with 3 people inquiring on the actual condition of a black 2017 Audi A6. The ad and their description was, excellent condition and clean CARFAX. I told them it was a 4 hour trip and to please don’t waste my time. Once I arrived, it was immediately apparent that the car had thousands of dollars worth of damage on the passenger side and rear. Their pictures and video conveniently avoided those areas. Also, their fine print says a $899 dealer fee and a $199 doc fee. They added another $1,000 fee on top of those fees that was not disclosed on their advertisements and website. If your looking for honesty, don’t waste your time with this crew!

The car saleman ( Ricardo ) was not the problem. It was the manager who had a take it or leave it type of attitude.The manager wanted us to finance through Kia. We already had our own financing we arrived. So we left it and told them to enjoy the rest of their day. Less than 10min later we received a call from the salesman asking if we were still there and that they would like to split the price on one of there fees. That was the problem. They lost a sale because they didn't want to wave a fee.

Terrible. Salesman was deceptive. Salesman all but called me a liar. Works in internet department but cant negotiate price due to security reasons. Dealer fee is $899 plus another $199 documentation fee. I understand all dealers have a fee and that is okay I dont mind paying a fee but what a deceptive practice. dealer rater also has bad reviews. please dont buy from this dealer. CarGurus should remove them from their site.

The used car Manger at Northlake Blvd store is absolutely the rudest person I have ever meet, whatever you do don't question her because she is never wrong. Natalie uses bait-and-switch pricing and does not honor $250 off if you mention this ad. And the used car fees and dealer fees our absolutely crazy high. The used car manager was trying to charge me a fee for tire waste fee for $199 and was telling me by multiple employees are that was state law. I read all the negative reviews on Napleton Northlake Boulevard and I ignored them but they are all true.

Used car manager is not friendly and comes off condescending. They gave me a price $2000 higher then the advertised price. Which includes their “vip experience fee” and dealer fees. They also offered me $1000 less on my trade then other dealers. I ended up purchasing a similar car elsewhere.

I recently happened to contact this dealer and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. I been searching and comparing other dealers fees as well as other aspects and there is no other trustworthy dealer as this one. Everything discussed on the phone concerning price and fees was exactly what was negotionated at the dealer. I would like to thank our salesman Mr. Albert Dikerson for providing such a professional service and for making this transaction smooth. In addition, the managers were obsolutely outstanding. The vehicle had two tires almost at a point to replace and YES they took care this matter with no problem whatsoever!! I will definitely make business with you Folks again. Thank you

Car was overpriced by $8,000 . I was told it was going to be approximately $28,000 and it was $37,000 for a 2017 Kia Cadenza with 8000 miles on it . Had an appointment and nobody knew what I was there for.

I was in contact for a couple weeks with George and Freddie. I had been searching for a very specific car for months and was not having much luck. One popped up at their dealership, but it was quite far away from where I lived so I was debating on going to get it. These guys were very patient and understanding with me, flexible and accommodating. They very kind and friendly like uncles. My trade-in didn't have much value to it, and I got a great deal on the car I purchased anyway. I would recommend this specific Napleton dealership and George and Freddie to anyone!

World with a very nice salesperson, surprised when we got to Fianance dealer. I was misunderstood by sales person on price to include financing. They said it was a misunderstanding. We compromised. We bought a car here. If it wasn't for this misunderstanding I would rate the. A four star. 3 star because they did work it out. They were very busy and it took 4.5 hours for whole process.

The easiest car buying experience I ever had. Everyone I encountered, from the salesman to the cashier, was welcoming and helpful. Nobody tried pushing me into anything i didn't want. I couldn't recommend this dealership more!
