Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them. Brought it to my mechanic afterwards and discovered an issue with the turbocharger that according to my mechanic is not something you would be able to miss in an inspection unless you are incompetent. Dealer is now dodging all my attempts to contact them and after research I discovered this is regular behavior for them. They also overfilled my oil and did not fill any fluids.
The salesman I worked with was nice to talk to and not pushy. That's the only positive I can say for this dealership, otherwise I would absolutely not recommend working with them. I've seen allegations of racial prejudice in my research of them online as well, although I did not experience any of that as a white person.
The used car manager gave me the impression of someone who just wants his conversation with you to be over and has difficulty keeping to his own personal space, which was uncomfortable.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately not trustworthy.

They were willing to give me what I wanted for trade without looking at my vehicle in person, which I appreciated before making a 2 hour drive there. However, the vehicle I was wanting to buy wasn’t serviced correctly. They tried to sell me a AWD car with 2 new tires on the front and 2 very worn tires, as in they were at the wear marks on the rear and should have been replaced. Since the rear brakes were replace I have a hard time believing that the technician that worked on the car didn’t quote all 4 tires. I personally believe the sales department nickel and dime their cars just to make more of a profit instead of doing whats right for a customer to have a long lasting used vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership. Everyone was very kind regardless but didn’t give much useful information

I did not end up buying a car from this dealer for personal reasons but I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences Ive had at a dealership. They responded to my inquiry pretty quickly and I was able to setup an appointment. The salesman I worked with was Brian Magee, I really appreciate how honest he was and also knowledgeable about cars. The test drive was really great and Brian listened well to what I wanted/needed and worked with me to find solutions. He also followed up with me afterward. It was a great experience and if I ever am buying a new car will come back.

This place is a freaking joke, I just drove 38 miles 1hour, to look at this elantra and they told me it's available, and soon a I get there and ask for keys they say it's sold. Such a waste of time 2 hrs of my life. And they pretty much were like " ohhhh sorry, you should have made sure it was here" and I said um yeah thats why I called and confirmed I was coming to see it and they were like oh that sucks sorry... WHAT A JOKE never look at a car here again

We went to look at a 2008 MX-5. The car looked like many cats had used the car as a scratching post. The car also had a crinkle where it had
been in an accident(that was left out of the glowing internet advert). There was a sticker on the car offering to make the car more presentable
if you pay $885. I called from my car and canceled my appt., they were not willing to work with me, "take it or leave it", "as is". I would be
ashamed to have that car, in that condition, on my lot.

I ended up buying the car I wanted for only $500 less than the listed price. However, they were super professional, respectful and did a great job explaining everything without seeming like they were trying to swindle me since this was my first car purchase. I got a fantastic APR rate and a really low monthly payment since I had good credit. Although Naperville is an hour from me, I’m hoping I’ll be able to do more business with them in the future.

Giving one star to Continental Mazda of Naperville is being generous. They were not very helpful and was very pushy about when I could go see the car.....I live an hour away and I am NOT willing to drive an hour to see the car until I worked something out with the dealership. After this experience, I will never be contacting them again with purchasing a Mazda.

It was tough to find the right person to speak to at Continental Mazda. I got passed around
between sales and management for quite a while, and then got to learn that the car listed on
this site was already pre-sold as a special order. Why bother putting it up on CarGurus then?
Overall, a fair waste of my time and effort, but I'd have to say that the folks there seem nice
enough.

Unfortunately, I drove 3 hours to see this vehicle. When I arrived I told the people behind the sales counter that I had an appointment and who with. They said they’d get him for us. My 83 year old mother and I looked around, but there wasn’t anywhere to sit and wait, so we went out in the very chilly weather to meet the salesman. After waiting outside for 20 minutes (I had been on time for my appointment) I had my mother go back to our car. The salesman never came out. Neither did anyone else to show us the car. I went back inside and told the sales manager (the same person who was “getting our salesman” that we were leaving at which time he asked if there was any vehicle we wanted to look at. I told him “not anymore”. I don’t know if I wasn’t dressed as well as their regular customers or something , but they missed an all cash sale that day.

Very bad experience here. Got passed to 3 different salespeople who seemingly did not talk to each other. Then when I had a deal in place, they told me when to come in via email. I came in and they were selling the car I came in to purchase to someone else while I was sitting there. And after that, they tried to upset me on a vehicle for $4000 more than the price of the car I hat originally agreed to buy. I'll never consider them again.

Continental Mazda internet rep , John Robinson responded quickly to
my initial call. I was put in touch with Jeremy Stolino, a salesman,
who was very professional and fun to work with. Of course, we had
to sit with the F& I guy, Tom, to sign the paperwork and listen to him
try to sell us an extended warranty, etc. That was the least enjoyable
part of the whole process. The facilities are modern, upscale and
clean. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.

Terrible I'll never go again drove over and

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
They made our car buying experience
satisfying.
Terrible! I went and the car's transmission was slipping on 1st AND 2nd
gear. Then the sales lady said "It's probably because it's CVT".... (1) -
it is not CVT and (2) it is slipping because it has a BAD transmission.
Once she agreed she said, "well, it's under warranty and they can fix for
free".... Well why not fix it first BEFORE trying to sell it. Just terrible
experience..
