The manager is rude. There’s no professionalism in that office. Just a lot of men asserting their dominance with each other and even the customers. I do not recommend going here the vehicle that I looked at and was prepared to buy had a flat tire when I test drove it and the manager without looking at it said that he’s not gonna replace it cause it’s a brand new tire, but when I got accepted for financing, he went out there and noticed that the valve was actually broken which is a constant leak in the tire. I told him it needs to be fixed if I’m going to purchase this vehicle that then sent him into a rage and basically sabotage the rest of how the purchase went a long story short I did not leave with the vehicle. I did not purchase anything because of his actions.

Had a great experience with this online dealer but the car we picked out upon closer inspection
was not an awd vehicle as we live in an area with snow typically, needed to find another option.

It was very good, very polite, unfortunately I didn't buy the car because it was too far away, but I confess that I felt quite frustrated for not having bought it from them, the car looks incredible!

Prompt response. Answered all my questions, offered to provide additional photos and put a deal together quickly.
I asked for pictures other than the one listed and while they were responsive initially, they would not provide what I asked for unless I gave them my phone number. I asked three times and got no additional response. I do not want to be contacted via phone unless I am interested in a vehicle and I don’t know if I’m interested unless I can see pictures.

Good experience very helpful
The dealer was very responsive when I called his name was Moeses i told him what I was looking for and that I definitely wanted to leave with the car that day he told me to come on down and he'll help me out. I'll put $5000 down and purchased a car or I knew that I only wanted to make 2 year payments. I didn't want my payments three hundred dollars in Moses did exactly what I needed. I test drove 3 cars and I left with the one I actually really wanted. He didn't try to talk me into anything or haggle. Anything he just listened to me. Of course, the process of buying a car is very long but I was happy with the dealership, and I recommend anyone to go in and ask for Moses, he is an amazing young man. When it's time for my son to get a car, I will be taking him NTX auto.

Great experience, no one is a smarmy salesman, everyone works quickly, respectfully, and professionally. Bonus SALES DOG! They trusted us to test drive the car on our own for as long as we needed to and because I was already pre-qualified the actual buying process took less than an hour, they gave me a respectable number for my trade-in and I drove the car off the lot that day.

I had an excellent experience. It was like dealing with personal friends. I got a fair price on a great truck and they delivered it to me. Lath and I even went and ate lunch while we were doing the paperwork for the sale.

The sales rep was cool but the dealer did not do
what they said they would. I bought the car sight
unseen using YouTube and pics from cargurus.
There were a couple things wrong with the car
that my salesman assured me would be fixed.
They were not fixed and the dealership knew I
was driving the car from TX to CA. I wired the
money prior to arrival to ensure I would not have
any hang ups, I wish I had waited to do that.
Once I arrived, I noticed I needed to add window
washing fluid, engine coolant, and my tire
pressure needed to be adjusted and set. Also,
there was a light that needed to be replaced and
it was not. My salesman told the car would be
detailed and there was dirt everywhere, this
vehicle had not seen water at all. I was very
disappointed and I really wished I did not send
them the money 1st. The gentleman that gave
me my car did not go over anything with me and
was pretty much shooing me away. I wish I
would have gave my business to someone else.

This Dealer responded as well as replied to follow up questions.
Did not respond when contacted directly per ads instructions. When contacted through Gurus they contacted me. They were waiting on a part for the convertible top and the car was not available for a test drive.
