First, let me apologize for your perception of our dealership.  As I'm sure you have read in other reviews both with CG but much more so with Google...the description you have outlined doesn't line up with our dealership at all.  "Catherine" as you have been identified, we are trying to determine who you are so we can reach out to you directly.  While the reference to "78 used trucks" on the lot compares to our current inventory profile, almost nothing else about your review compares.  Most especially, the notion of our staff being unprofessional and condescending just does

First, let me apologize for your perception of our dealership.  As I'm sure you have read in other reviews both with CG but much more so with Google...the description you have outlined doesn't line up with our dealership at all.  "Catherine" as you have been identified, we are trying to determine who you are so we can reach out to you directly.  While the reference to "78 used trucks" on the lot compares to our current inventory profile, almost nothing else about your review compares.  Most especially, the notion of our staff being unprofessional and condescending just doesn't fit with our operating principles or practices.  We are in the business of serving customers and we do that universally well...hence the 20% repeat and referral business that we enjoy.  It makes no sense at all that we would treat you poorly and expect to 1) sell you a vehicle, or more importantly 2) hope that you might refer us to someone else.  We are very transparent with customers and sometimes we have to communicate facts or details that people don't want to hear.  I'm not saying that was the case in your situation, but we don't string people along and we do speak plainly about what we are willing to do or not do and what our lenders are willing to do or not do.  If this was the case with you and we delivered information that was not in your best interest - I'm sorry if that came off as condescending or unprofessional.  I can assure you that it was the very last thing we intended to do.   Less ...

While the review is an oversimplification of what actually happened, in the end it was a salesperson at our dealership that made the mistake (by giving incorrect information on a trade value).  We take responsibility for this mistake and we have alerted the customer of our intention to reach out to the credit bureaus and explain our mistake and request the credit pull be erased.  This reversal of the credit pull is at the heart of what the customer desires to see addressed...and we intend - with their cooperation - to address it.  We are awaiting the customer's response so we can make this rig

Keidralee, we are not sure where the breakdown was in your experience with MCA.  It makes no sense that we began a vehicle sales process with you and then ghosted you.  We don't do ANYTHING else but sell late model, pre-owned vehicles.  We would have no reason to be unresponsive to the very reason we exist...and that's to serve you.  If you read this reply, we would very much like to make amends and reconnect.  Please contact the dealership and ask for the GM.  Thank you and we apologize for the confusion.
