The entire experience was above and beyond. Was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle online, I have ordered several new trucks over the years at the dealerships. I highly recommend Music City Autoplex and Robert Gaddy, my salesperson to anyone looking for a vehicle. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and I asked for alot, especially pics and videos. Robert also took the truck to other places to get extras mounted on the truck prior to my arrival. This was by far the smoothest dealer transaction I have ever had. Liz killed it with the videos of the truck prior to purchase. and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would buy from them again.

well it went pretty smoothly. there was one small hiccup but that was handled pretty quickly. i love the truck. i had been looking for this truck for about 6 months. the salesman was very cool and we got along well. the whole staff was very nice and made sure we had things we needed. Javna (not sure of the spelling of his name but you know what i mean. he was are sales person. the extra bonus is that they filled the tank up with gas. you don’t see that to often anymore.

The sales people I spoke to didn’t seem like they wanted to work with me. They were very condescending and unprofessional. There were 78 used trucks on their lot to choose from and told me they just didn’t have anything that they could put me in. I narrowed my choice down to two different trucks on my own. Both of them were actually cost less than what I paid for the truck I had bought with nothing down, only my trade. They’ve only thing they were concerned with was me giving them a huge down payment. They’ve only thing actually did me a favor. They pushed me to talk to another dealer and I found exactly what I wanted to begin with. Thank you Music City Autoplex.

While the review is an oversimplification of what actually happened, in the end it was a salesperson at our dealership that made the mistake (by giving incorrect information on a trade value).  We take responsibility for this mistake and we have alerted the customer of our intention to reach out to the credit bureaus and explain our mistake and request the credit pull be erased.  This reversal of the credit pull is at the heart of what the customer desires to see addressed...and we intend - with their cooperation - to address it.  We are awaiting the customer's response so we can make this rig

Worst experience ever by a sale manager, don’t remember his name but he was crossed eyed. He started to yell in front of other customers and tried to make feel small , at the end I didn’t feel safe for them to run my credit, I felt like they were gonna try to give the highest interest as possible

I purchased a truck from Music city Autoplex in January of this year. It has been in the shop 3 times since I purchased it. I’ve carried it back there twice to have it repaired. The third time I carried it somewhere else and contacted them about what was going on. I spoke with guy who sold me the truck (Ecko) and said it had way more problems and I wanted to trade it in for something else. They only offered me half of what I paid for it. Ive only had it about 2 months and hadn’t even put 4K miles on it. That goes to show the kind of people they are. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them. And if you do check it out very,very well. I feel like they sold me a vehicle they knew had several issues and then tried to give me 15k less on a trade. Shady people and bad business.

We drove a fair distance to see the car we had inquired about in person. The dealership itself was nice and clean, and our salesman was personable. The test drive didn't go well, unfortunately. They said the vehicles had the remainder of the factory warranty on it, but it had so many modifications that there would void any warranty. Upon closer inspection of the car, the concerns only increased, with plenty of areas that we would want to fix right out of the gate. The dealership had this car for 3 months, and didn't want to come down on the price (although a couple of days after they came down another 1k). We proceeded anyway, and during the process they did not want to share any of the numbers they were using to show us our payments, let alone APR. I have a credit score at almost 800, and they had me for a 82 month loan at 9.95% APR. They had me paying close to 50k for a 30k car, and got frustrated when i wanted to see the details. We had to leave, and will not be going back.

I went in to purchase a 2020 Escalade for my wife. I asked specifically about condition and was told I would not find a flaw and it had a clean car fax. I arrived to find out the entire front end was involved in a accident. This dealership had the repairs done without it being reported and tried to sell me an issue.. Buyer beware! Zero integrity!

Advertised price of an M-B in large font said $43,000. When I spoke by phone I was told the price would be 47,000 if I paid cash. Otherwise I would have to finance the car with one of their captive banks with unspecified interest rates. Never heard such a thing

I went to the dealership and had the right car in mind, however, when I went to test drive it, there was duct tape on the back seats, dirty clothes, the speakers were torn out, and no spare tire in the trunk. They knew I was coming there all day so I can't understand why it wasn't clean and ready to go?! I left and came back and they said they would clean it and deliver it Monday. Monday came and went, and I was contacted on Tuesday by the finance manager. I told him I was putting down 15K, he was a fast talker and threw a bunch of numbers at me, which did not make sense and he didn't care to break anything down, just asked me what I would feel confortable with as a monthly payment. I told him the monthly payment did not matter, I needed a break down of numbers. He did not call me back until the following week, which, by then I was fed up and just started looking elsewhere.

The sales member was nice but ended up not purchasing a vehicle. The “internet” listing price is a price if you finance at least 80% with their partner banks because the dealership gets a $3,000 kickback from the lender. Which is fine… I get it, it’s a business and you gotta make your money. The issue is advertising a truck at $31,987 and the sales member comes out of the finance office with a monthly payment plan written on paper in sharpie with no details and after you ask for and review the details of said plan it ends up being $41,000+ for the advertised $31,987 truck. Again I get it, it’s a business and you have to make your money but there are better ways to go about it transparently. I then proceeded to asked about the $31,987 internet price and that I was comfortable financing 80% with whatever partner they choose (as advertised on their website) along with the added 7% ($2,239) auto sales tax and they looked at me and said with a clear conscious “nobody gets internet price.”

I have to say my personal experience was fine. I didn't purchase vehicle because it would have been an out of state purchase. After reading many online reviews I wasn't comfortable going through with the transaction. Salesman and finance guy did a great job of working the numbers. Again not being able to drive the vehicle along with the online reviews made me pause. I not going to leave a bad review because I didn't have a bad experience.

Tried to buy a truck today. The advertised "internet" price only applies if you live in Nashville and want to finance through one specific credit union. Otherwise, the price goes up by almost $3,000. That's some pretty sleazy bait and switch.

I bought this vehicle. I filled out an application and told my salesman Caleb not to run my credit multiple times. They gave it to FOUR banks who ran my credit, as well as the dealership pull!! The payoff for my vehicle was incorrect on the sales order, my address was incorrect on the sales order and finance papers (causing all paperwork to be signed a second time and I’m five hours away!), AND the mileage was incorrect on thr sales order. I was told multiple times by “Ray” he would correct the multiple credit pulls for me, but being “promised” for 6 days he never did. I also only received one key fob for this vehicle. Had to purchase a second in Arkansas that cost me $399. The battery also was dead on the fourth day. I would not recommend this dealership.

1. Car over priced according to CarGurus by $4,100+. Dealer refused to negotiate due to difficulty in getting cars. I’ve found others for $1,000’s less. 2. Dealership wouldn’t sell without you financing with them. I realize some people are unaware and don’t care that they get ripped off on the price and again on the financing, but I do.

Great experience. Bought the car online, delivered the car that evening. From Tennessee to Georgia, 4 hours. Sales staff were great. Worked with Dennis Carter, in particular, who was great and helped me through the process. All in all got a great car from Music City Autoplex.

HORRIBLE!!!!! the salesperson, Lauren Vinett , bamboozled me big time. Asked her to help assist with my $10-11k budget, somehow the paper I signed was for a, $25k SUV, And I could not exchange the vehicle. When I went back to explain that I did not see the total price of the vehicle and I was told it was around my budget , the sales manager just shrugged his shoulders, with a careless gaze. It was NOT buyer's remorse I just did not see the total while I was signing the paper) that was the day I realized salesman/ woman HAVE NO SOUL!! If I could give no stars, I would have!

Promised 3 month/3000 mile warranty but will not provide documentation. Not sure if could recommend dealership to others. Love the can but dealership suspect. Poor customer service. Avoid them.

Contacted this dealer on Saturday regarding a vehicle, service manager had taken it home for the weekend, did he would call first thing Monday morning.. never heard from them so I called, it was there and available.. my husband called an 1.5 he’s later, it was sold... I called back, he told me it was sold and had just sold and a lady had sent a lead in for it yesterday.. well, we called Saturday and were willing to go there but he said the service manager had it he would call today.. we told him we were very interested in this vehicle and I am really disappointed in how they handled this situation.. we are 2.5 hours away from them so couldn’t go right down without a guarantee of it being there.. glad I didn’t waste my time.

These people went above and beyond my expectations. Beth was my first contact and worked out a great deal with every thing I needed at a much lower price than others wanted. Hudson was my face to face guy. He is a very nice and helpful. They brought the Durango to my town 2 hrs away just so we could test drive it. Then delivered it a couple of days later after everything we requested was done. We closed our deal in a Starbucks in my hometown. None of the usual dealer stuff Never tried to sell me dumb warranties or any other mark ups.

Buying a vehicle from Music City Autoplex was a very laid back experience. Ronnie Albright took very good care of me and made the process painless. He also did a lot of follow up work after the sale to make sure I was happy. Rory Matteo was also very nice to work with on the financing end of the process. If you want a really nice used vehicle, go see Ronnie at MCA and you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service and salesmanship!! Immaculate showroom and super friendly staff!! They even make milkshakes while you wait. I really appreciated all the flat screens displaying the Tennessee Titans game as well. I'd also like to give a shoutout to my salesman, Buck Buchanan. Although we were both firm during the negotiating process, we worked together and agreed on some excellent numbers. Thank you Music City Autoplex for the smoothest car buying experience to date!

I recommend Ronnie as your salesman. He is fast and accurate. He worked out a deal for my wife and I plus another customer at the same time. This man needs a raise! He held the truck I wanted and it was exactly what I thought it was. We bought it and a very happy.

received a phone call and felt pressured to act immediately and discovered later he was selling a northern car without mentioning it was from New Jersey. I wanted to avoid an salt states so this felt a bit deceitful to me.

The only follow up I had after my only conversation was multiple salepeople emailing me the same thing about how great of a vehicle it was. I explained that distance was a major issue and I just got weak responses, for example, 'this truck is worth the drive...so when do you want to come?"

Salesman very nice and responsive but vehicle was grossly overly represented. Photos on website made it look far, far better than reality. Looked abused and was overpriced for condition. Wasted trip overall.

Treated us fair. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star is because I had to ask that my deposit get added to the purchase price several times. They did make the purchase very easy and fast. Much appreciated after a long drive.

Ronnie, the salesman, very personable and experienced. Ask for him! Good quality used cars on this lot. As with buying any car, do your homework before you negotiate and be willing to walk out if you feel like the price is not right. I will definitely look to this dealer again next time I need a car. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I received a timely call back from Chris the Internet Sales manager regarding my interest in the Honda Civic. Jimmy the salesman was fantastic. i was upfront and explained I had no credit but I was really in need of a 3 row car for my family. They were very helpful. at first they tried to find me a car I would get approved for at a better rate but I was consistent that if it was not 3 rows I don't want it and they were able to get me in to my kia sorento and happened to be in my fav color. ive had it for 2 weeks now im completely satisfied with their customer service Rick was my sales man and I couldn't have been happier :)
