They’re not honest about their prices. For all vehicles, the sticker price is listed at $3k less than the actual cost. Add an extra $1k if you don’t want to finance and another $2k if you don’t have a trade in that’s 2015 or earlier, less than 100,000k miles and in great condition. Made a couple of visits and told them several times I was paying cash and no one informed me of the price increase until I was ready to make an offer and they declined because it was based on the listed price.

we had an appointment to look at a specific car, drove it, loved it. Was waiting on our own personal financing to send over money (already pre-approved for it). Another customer comes in half-hour later and wants to test drive the same car. Our saleslady says we were there first and was scheduled, so we had first dibs, no matter what, they would wait on our money. The other customer drove it, also loved it, had her financing come through first and dealership sold it to her instead. That salesman shouldn't of even been having her try for it since we wanted it and were preapproved for it. Not good business. He thought it was a game and was laughing about it. We were unimpressed.

Told me on 3 different occasions including the night before my scheduled appointment that truck was still there. and still ran my credit multiple times with out my approval after being pre approved got down there and I was told truck hasn’t been there for a while. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else like I did.

They were helpful at first but after setting up finances and going through the loan process they decided to change the price and asked $30,000 for the truck instead of the $23,000 that was agreed upon. Instead of honoring their original price the argued with me about the $7000 up charge. Would recommend nobody uses their services.

I did buy a car there, but not the one I went to see. The staff is friendly and helpful and you
can find a good vehicle, but as with any purchase, do your due diligence. The advertised
price is probably not what you will pay. After expressing a desire to purchase, I was hit
with a substantial "reconditioning" fee (mentioned on the website). I found that very
misleading, but I bought it anyway because it was a good car and still below market
average. An advertised price should reflect all the costs of doing business but that doesn't
seem to be their business model. It leaves a bit of suspicion as to the fairness of the deal.

The price listed is based on $1,500 "discount" applied ONLY IF you finance through them AND you qualify for
the incentive. When I asked, "Can I get the advertised price if I bring in cash today" I was told no. So, you
only get the price if you finance the vehicle, in which case, they will tack on the $1,500 into the financing...
Which means, it's not the advertised price. Run away...
We had a horrible experience with this dealer. Do not shop with them. They are dishonest. Dealers like these guys give used car salesmen a bad reputation. They will lie to your face. I called about two different cars they had. They said the price listed online was wrong, and the real price was $2k more. I still wanted to see the car, and they said they had it there for me to test drive. When I got there 30 minutes later, the same guy told me they actually sold it the day before but wanted to show me other cars. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.
Disappointed. Worst experience at car lot. Called days before to arrange to see the car. Danny was expecting me today. A long trip from topeka to find out is was being serviced and I should come back in a couple days. Absolutely poor dealership. I should have read your reviews before having any desire to visit.

This dealers pricing online is dishonest. They
list their vehicles at least $1000 lower than
what theyâre actually going to charge you.
They claim to be a financing lot and will only
give you the price they list if you finance
through them. I was told if I was really
interested and came back in to look at the
vehicle they would work some numbers for
me. They worked the numbers for me and
jacked their price up $2000 over the listed
online price. Munsterman Auto Group,
wasted my time and were dishonest with their
pricing.
Instead of the loan terms I was approved for three car guru's they lied and said I needed a way higher down payment in cash and a higher monthly payment than the lender gave me and wanted me to buy a car I did not want and the owner was the one who would not honor the lenders approval that car guru uses so I walked out without the car because it was strange that they would not honor what I was granted instead lied to me and tried to get a large sum of cash out of me basically wasted my day trying to buy a car through them so they are scam artists

When we submit your information for an approval with our lenders they look at your real profile and we unfortunately don't have anything to do with that. The fact that you spent all day at our store simply demonstrates that our team worked diligently to try and find a way to get you approved. Without any cash down. We wish you the best in your pursuit of finding a nicer newer car.

We are located on the main highway running though Blue Springs (Highway 7) on the west side of the road. We purposefully chose this smaller building to keep our hard costs as low as possible. This lets us save customers the most money! I appreciate you mentioning everyone is nice, we definitely try!

Was great ! Looked at there website and and gave them a call. I didn’t have good credit so I didn’t think I could get approved? But Tyrone assured me that he would see what he could do. He called me back within a few hours and I was approved. Got to the lot and found a truck that I love and he worked out for me. Thank you Tyrone you were Awsome! I absolutely love my 08 Gmc.
