Great Experience! Easy process
PROS:
I was able to buy the 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid thanks to the help of Sales Associate - Jonathan Slack. He will take care of you and even send you a private video link walk around of the vehicle you are interested in if you are not local to walk around yourself.
They were easy to help with my credit application from Birmingham, AL and to make sure all documents required for desired vehicle were done remotely. They were able to get me financed with the monthly payments I was looking for without being a high interest rate.
They ensured me and followed through that all my credit and documents were good that it was as simple as drive 2.5 hours from Birmingham, test drive vehicle, sign the documents, make down payment, and I have the keys and had the best 2.5 hour drive back to Birmingham in my new vehicle.

Wonderful customer service. From the first moment I called to buying the truck, we had a fantastic experience! Logan called and introduced himself, checked with us while driving to Chattanooga and was waiting out front for us when we arrived. The truck was ready to test drive as soon as we got to dealership. The truck was everything we had hoped for, financing was a breeze and it all was a seamless process. Very impressed with Logan and the dealership. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Mtn. View was extremely kind and accommodating. They allowed my husband and I to test drive the Sienna for as long as we wanted. When I told them my list of concerns about pricing they did all they could to get this van into our comfort zone. Unfortunately it was purchased before we made a decision, but I am not surprised because it was a great buy. Both Travis and Brandon were very great to work with. They were considerate of what I wanted and worked aggressively to make our experience a success. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to shop for a car here!

Was not happy about our communication. I asked the salesman to send me video and pictures and I received them as requested but by the time I was able to look at them I called back that same day to let him know I was coming down the next day he didn’t answer and i left him a message. He calls me back later that day and tells me they sold it. I would of thought he would have let me know hey I have someone else looking at this vehicle also at the time so I could be aware and make a more definite decision on my part to purchase the vehicle but he didn’t so of course I wasn’t happy.

The dealer was spotty at best. I put $500 dollars down to hold the car for a
week till I could drive the 3 hours to their location to pick up the vehicle.
And Even though I was told everything was taken care of and would be
ready to go upon my arrival I waited over an hour before I was able to
speak to the sales manager. There was no negotiation, I literally had a
cashiers check and was paying asking price. STILL, the dealer had
somehow lost all of the paperwork for me buying the car AND my down
payment and had to rework it all in front of me, referencing documentation
I had drawn up about the deal to keep myself on track.
If the car would not have been such a good deal I would have walked away
as soon as I got to the sales woman's office and she hit me with that
completely clueless look about what was supposed to be happening, NOT
TO MENTION her unapologetic attitude about having it all fouled up.
Would not recommend this dealer at all.

Told them I was coming, drive down from Nashville and the car was in repairs. They had missed the A/C wasn't working. There was also something wrong with the brakes. I don't think they do a good job going over their budget cars.

I bought a 2017 Buick Regal there yesterday. It was a good experience. A very relaxed, friendly place. My salesman was very nice and helpful to me. Would go there again if I needed a good used car and recommend it to my friends. I didn't feel any pressure at all.
This is a liquidation center, so the price posted online is what you pay plus their "docking fee". No haggling, which I like. Their price was good compared to other dealers I checked.

Really liked working with this dealer. They were friendly and the atmosphere was really laid back.
I bought my car from Mt View @153.They responded to my inquiry almost instantly and it was a stress free experience. They are so helpful but do not pressure you at all. I had gotten prices from several dealers within 150 miles and I know that I got a really good deal. A very friendly and casual atmosphere and the best place to go car shopping!

I love this dealership. They were very responsive. Let me test drive the vehicle a couple of times. Answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and the whole transaction went smoothly and quickly. I wasn't waiting around for hours at the dealership to get this transaction completed.

Since we had to go up to Chattanooga later in the evening, we test drove
the vehicle about 15 minutes before they closed. They processed the
paperwork, though the manager was getting somewhat impatient, when we
had to transfer funds electronically for the down-payment. He was all ready
to get home, and we could tell it, before it was all over. Overall a pleasant
experience, though, but because of the impatience, I gave only 4 stars.

The vehicle was very nice, the salesman was helpful, but my main
requirement was heavy duty off road 4x4 capability. They told me it was
fourwheel drive, I test drove it and liked it but when I asked where the
4x4 selector was the salesman could not answer. I got under it and seen
that it had no front differential and was told that it was in fact a quote 4x2,
which is a misleading term for 2 wheel drive. I was then told that I would
not be able to be financed for a pickup truck but they then tried to sell me
a cadillac suv!

Randy Jones and Terry Flatt gave me plenty of space and time to
make my choice of vehicle and answered every question I had with
the financing, there were no "surpises" at the end of the deal.
There is a good selection of vehicles to pick from. I would go back

They are amazing in attitude and always treat the customers with the utmost respect. I can't say enough about this dealership and what a well oiled machine it is.
They were great! I bought my 2012 Toyota Prius C from them. Their prices are spot on, and I didn't have to haggle to get it to a decent price. They let me inspect the car thoroughly without them breathing down my neck, and I even took the car on the highway to see how it drove. Excellent service!

The dealership was very laid back and responsive to all questions. No pressure involved. I found the car that I thought I wanted to buy and was able to drive it. Went to another dealership because I changed my mind about the car and the remaining selection did not stir my interest.

The sales staff at Mtn. View @ 153 are real professionals in an industry
that almost universally lacks them. A good variety of nice cars that are
fairly priced. If they have what you want, there is no reason to look
anywhere else. This dealership is so good, it may even be worth
adjusting your wants based on their inventory.
