Took over 4 hours to get an out the door price from
them just for it to not even come close to what they
had advertised on this site. They gave me a price,
before taxes, 2k higher than what was posted on
this site. Employees were rude and disrespectful,
kept telling me they needed my full address to get
me an out the door price even though I told them
my city and region. Even if they had other dealers
beat by 5k I wouldnât buy from here.

Very smooth
The dealer said that he never received my pre approval letter and insisted on me filling out another application form for credit approval and I told him that I was already approved for the loan and he said that he had not received it and that even if he had received it I would still have to fill out another application for his credit approval

Took salesman 2 hours to get back to me when I
asked them to check if the truck had a 7 pin
connector. When we tried to make a deal the final
price was more than 5000 dollars above the
advertised price. Sales tax was only 2800, the rest
was be dealers fees. Basically I wasted half a day on

The dealer refused to acknowledge the price on Car Gurus which matched the price on their website. The dealer employees insisted in writing that the car was 17% higher. This made the experience of working with them a waste of time.

Average Ford/ Lincoln Dealership in the area. They are good about follow up if you are looking for a vehicle but they are very limited on selection and availability. They have a good service department and nice waiting area. Have had to travel to Atlanta most of the time to larger dealerships to find what I'm looking for though.

Called about car and went to see it by appt and I walked in the dealership and the salesman was out on family leave so I called him on the phone and he told me to talk to his partner but when I asked the other sales people there they acted like they didn’t know who o was talking about so I call him back and told him what happen and he made a called but they still acted like they didn’t know who I talking about so I just ask another salesman in the back would he let me see the car but the day I called the the original salesman didn’t even know they had sold the and now they keep calling and texting me about cars I don’t want or interest in so I won’t be doing business with them no time soon

Josh was great at explaining to me all about my new Dodge Journey!
My experience was awful.The dealership had 2 F-150 Raptor trucks that fit
my parameters. They advertised the truck on the internet for a very good
price. I asked for a bid on my truck, and I accepted their written offer to do the
trade. However, the salesman John and his sales manager would not honor
their offer. These games continued for two days until I did not feel I could trust
Mountain View Ford management. Buyer beware! I bought the same truck the
next day from another Ford dealership.

Very responsive to inquire. Competitive price but found a better deal locally.
They sold the truck out from underneath me when I had just gotten the buyer's order that day. Of course I had the right to do it, but I think they should have called and said look at we've got a buyer here on the property. I was out of state. I didn't hear about it till the deal was done.
Dealer got back to me right away and was more than helpful, at first. Upon filling out and submitting a credit application they stopped responding to me. The only communication I had was through text message that was was sparse and would take hours to respond with literally 5 or 6 words. if my application was not approved, that’s fine, but they still should have called me and discussed options with me. As soon as they seen my credit they brushed me to the side and this shows just how unprofessional they are. I STRONGLY do not recommend using this place. To put the icing on the cake, just got a notification that the truck I was interested was sold, didn’t even get a chance to even try to get it. So since they never got back in touch with me, they don’t know that I was able to come up with a $4000 dollar down payment that I will now be taking to a different dealership. All because they wouldn’t pick up the phone and communicate. Fail Mtn View, you should be ashamed.

it. I contacted them to cancel my appointment, they came back and said they
had another car just as good.I said OK. Showed up for my appointment and

NOT GOOD!
I drove from Atlanta to see a truck at this dealership 1 1/2 hours which I
ended up purchasing. My sales person was great but the sales manager
was not. The first issue I had was with the initial offer on the truck. I offered
them a fair price which they refused. I was disappointed but loved the truck
so settled at a higher price. This would have been fine if I hadn't found the
truck posted again that night at a lower price which matched my initial offer
that they refused. I showed the sales manager the listing and asked him to
price match but he said he would not. He claimed that the listing was a
mistake that was automatically posted along with all the details describing
the vehicle. Hard to believe but he continued to say I could take it or leave
it he did not mind selling it to someone else..... I loved the truck so I let it
slide. The next issue I had was service on the vehicle which took a week
which seems like a long time for a Ford Dealership to run service on a
vehicle...... Finally the truck was complete and I went to pick it up but much
to my surprise it poorly cleaned and smelt like someone had been smoking
cigarettes in the truck. I even checked the cigarette lighter and it had fresh
ash on it which was not there on my initial visit which is usually the first
thing I check whenever I buy a used vehicle. Again love the truck and let it
slide plus it was my second long trip from Atlanta and I had already waited
a week. Shortly after leaving the dealership with the truck I realized that
the passenger seat does not work either...... It is a safety hazard to anyone
who rides with me as their knees are hitting the dash. I have attempted to
get the sales manager to make it right, but they are refusing to fix my seat
stating they already have to much money in it. I have exhausted all efforts
to get my seat fixed by this dealership but they still refuse. Based on my
experiences I would not recommend buying a vehicle from MTN. VIEW
FORD LINCOLN you can find better.

When I contacted Mountain View about the Jeep that had been listed for SIX hours, it was already almost 12 O'clock at night. The next morning they contacted me and said the Jeep had been SOLD already but they had others she wanted to tell me about ! I received several form emails. I asked for some pictures of the under body
and never received them. I looked for the listing and it appears they sold the
truck.

That lost a cash sale for 1thousand dollars and it's been online for 50 days and it appear to be going down $1,000 every 7 days then they go down $200 all for the 56,000 that was like a slap in the face to me but I'll keep looking I'll find the right truck at the right price

I was a very interested buyer in this vehicle but found that the internet
listing was not an accurate representation of the vehicle.
* The vehicle does not have A/C - that should be a major call out on the
advertising and the internet sales/lot sales team should lead with that
information, even if it isn't a selling point.
* There was damage to the truck bed that wasn't listed on the
advertisement.
* There was damage to the tail gate that wasn't listed on the
advertisement.
It felt as though this truck was used as a leader to get me on the lot for
other vehicles. The feeling was confirmed. After a firm no on this vehicle I
was not surprised when the salesman offered up another similar vehicle to
view. Sad part: he couldn't find the other vehicle. At that point I left.
I eventually bought this exact vehicle, mileage and all, for less - with A/C -
at another Dealer that understood the importance of leading with integrity.
Mt. View Ford Lincoln has a massive training opportunity. I hope they read
this and develop programs around creating an excellent customer
experience.

On March 30, 2017 we were $804.00 apart on a deal for a 2013 Chevy Avalanche and I gave up. They called me on Mach 31 and dropped the price $400.00 and knew I was on the way from Birmingham 150 miles way after taking off work with a check in hand !! Bailey called to make sure I was on the way 50 miles out.When I got there the truck was sold P.J. and the manager said it happens some times. WOW not to professionals. Bailey let it slip they sold it to someone who paid more and financed too. More money for them ! !
I am a professional firefighter and would never send anyone to this dealer, not as bad as United Airlines treatment of a customer but pathetic. No offer of a tank of gas or any other compensation.

I remember distinctly her calling to tell you in advance that someone was "in the finance office" coming very close to striking a deal. Your comment to her was, "I'm this close, I'll just come on and take my chances. I'm only 57 miles away at this point."

I found this Murano on Cargurus and got a call from Jay Patel. He was so nice and sent me a personalized video of the vehicle with him showing me everything about the car. Even pointing out features that I told him I wanted. Unfortunately, it was not my first choice of color interior and exterior and I purchased the a Murano with the specifications I really wanted at another dealership. I would have loved to have done business with Jay and I wish him much success. I highly recommend asking for Jay.

This dealership would not budge off
there price which they always are
making money on used vehicles.
Because a trade in never gets a fair
trade in. I made a drive there and made
a NADA price offer. They said sorry
that's national price we go by local. .
Mountain view is not looking for
business. They are looking to see how
much money they can get from you.

I called them about a purchase and I feel that
at the least they could have called back as
promised,I will purchase a vehicle soon but I
guess I'll be getting it somewhere else,
apparently they would prefer that ,if they didn't
want my business I guess I don't want theirs, I
always thought dealerships were there to
convince u to buy a vehicle,they might need
better employees for that purpose.

One of the worst experiences ever in purchasing a vehicle, and I
purchase 20 or more per year. After the sale is no doubt the worst.
The dealership would not cooperate in correcting a title which was
titled in error which resulted in taxes being required to be paid
twice. It only required a simple affidavitt which they refused to take
the time to do. Have not as of yet received a check for the WE
OWE as they agreed and have constantly assured us that the
"check is in the mail". Anyone trying to do business with this
group, be aware that they are not cooperative once they have
been paid. Pitiful.
