These people denied ever receiving an e-mail about the purchase, but stated they would get right on it,after waiting 15,or20 minutes they took me around back and showed me a Cadillac xt5 that the moon roof didn't even work on it.but in an effort to be fair about it,and I did drive 50 miles or more to test drive it,so I reluctantly took the test drive in it.then a caution light came up on the dash then the steering wheel started shaking I was totally disenchanted with the whole ordeal right down to his cursing in front of my wife to him offering me 7,000 trade in on my2018 Taurus limited. What's going on there is totally unethical behavior, and I personally won't tolerate that sort of behavior he was like a spoiled child that didn't like to be told no.

Did not like the salesman. This is by far the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. I am 54 years old and traded multiple vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst sales person in all those years. The whole discussion was via email and had not even started really. I made a joke about the current prices and if I could not get the vehicle at 35K or below I probably would not be able to buy at all. That is when it started. The comments about yeah that is not going to happen, the current supply and demand will not allow that, and such is the world we live in today. At that point he started pointing out all the options on the vehicle stating “This Girl gets her price from this” and “This Girl has this” which to most people would be considered very sexist comments and totally unprofessional from a sales person. On top of that, is the fact that all the options he was throwing out at me are already on every other vehicle I am looking at on CarGurus. Will never speak to them again.

At first it was great I kept explaining I got a pre approval and me being a truck driver it's hard to make time to come to the dealership. It was like if I cannot do it on there terms they don't want a sale

I was very interested in the vehicle; however, it sold before I could get there. It is a 2-hour drive for me. Family issues kept me from getting there. Had they let me know there was other interest I may have made monetary arrangements. I was not given that opportunity. I found out it sold thru carguru.

Mtn. View Chevy was great! They contacted me on Feb 4, in response to my inquiry. We negotiated and agreed on a price on Feb 5. And only because I live in Huntsville, I didn't pick the car up until Saturday, Feb 6. But the entire experience from start to finish was smooth, easy and completely stress free. I would definitely buy from Mtn. View again!

Horrible experience. Said they couldn't budge at all on price and next day they relisted it $1500 less. I would have bought at that price. Truck wasn't represented well either. Had body damage and was a prior rental. Those things need to be advertised before someone makes an 80 mile trip

Work with them for several weeks via phone and email. Car gurus listed the price at $35,057 and when I got to the dealer they pulled a bait and switch and said the price was $39,050. So not the kind of business I want to deal with.

I received multiple emails from 3 different representatives and had to send 3 or 4 emails back to them to get some simple information that I requested in my first correspondence to them. Then I had to threaten to block future emails if they didn't stop hounding me. I finally did get "most" of what I asked for.

Disappointed and very dishonesty,salesman try to sell this Range before passing the safety inspection. Lying to my face that the vehicle nothing wrong with it , there big gap of communication between the internet sale manager and service department and sales department, the salesman he doesn't know where is the car features in the car in order to show it to customer. He told me the car is ready to show and when I arrived took him over 15 minutes to find the Range location, thanks god that I didn't get screwed over his dishonesty.

Very poor customer service. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to an informed customer. They do not disclose damages on their cars and over priced a car with paint damage all over. Also they don’t clean their cars well. They didn’t even offer water after a 2 hour drive to see their car. Never have I been to such a disrespectful and deceitful dealership.

Tried to keep making me pay more than I agreed to. For instance: $250 max monthly payment turned into $450 a month payment. Dealer just interested in selling me something I didn't want. I will NOT go back. If I say payment no larger than $250 a month that's what I mean!!

Yes Lindsey replied and made appt with Maria for 3/30/18 at 2:30. Lindsey called and confirmed my appt 2hours into my 3hour drive. When I got there I was told it had just sold and was shown another vehicle. Then while unsuccessfully negotiating on a newer more expensive Traverse I was told it actually sold the night before. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied with my visit and I felt I gave them ample opportunity to not only sell me a vehicle. Very dissatisfied and now wonder when they actually sold or ever had the Traverse I went to test drive and expected to drive. Maria was pleasant enough to work with but the I felt like the sales manager was sketchy at best and honestly insulting.

Did respond to my inquiry. Told me a deposit was already made on the truck I was I interested in. Didn't offer any other options as far as other similar vehicles they had in stock. I felt they were uninterested in my business to be honest.

They promptly notified the me that the truck that I was looking at (on the Internet) had been sold. I appreciate that since it saved me a 70 mile trip. Some dealerships would not and then try to sell you something else when you arrived (knowing they did not have the truck). I appreciate this honesty and courtesy by Mtn View.

I worked with them for a few days. I ultimately purchased a car from this dealership. I was happy with the deal and happy with the vehicle--mostly. The vehicle did have some issues that even the previous owner attempted to address. With it being a certified prepared vehicle, I would have thought that this would have been fixed before resale but, it wasn't. I'm not necessarily faulting them but, a little more thorough investigation would have made this transaction seamless. The issue was fixed through a warranty claim on my end and they kept in contact with me the whole time. In spite of all of this, I'm still very satisfied with the deal and the vehicle itself.

Not sure why they have internet business since after talking to them they stalled at making a deal. I would have bought this car but the process stalled and they did not seem interested. This car had been on the lot for over 65 days. I guess they got attached to it and can't let it go.

I called ahead and they were supposed to have the car ready when I got there. They didn't. It took 15 minutes of standing around to find it. The battery was dead. They completely misrepresented the vehicle in their ad. I will never go back.
