I only spoke with a man from the dealership and he was quick to answer any questions I had! When I wanted something a little different he had suggestions about that as well! I didn’t buy because I didn’t look where he was located and it was over twelve hours away.
Purchased this vehicle sight unseen via the cargurus website. My Salesman, Emmanuel, was very responsive and great at ensuring the purchase process was clean and quick. He coordinated the shipment of the vehicle from Miami to my residence in Virginia, and the transport company/driver he used was equally impressive. I really appreciated that Emmanuel ensured that a new battery was installed in the vehicle prior to shipping. This was not something we discussed, but is indicative of why this dealership is highly regarded. Thanks!

Communication skills makes me question if they are legit or not. As trying to be a purchaser from out of state I could never get that FaceTime call & when I did speak to someone the vehicle listed was never around to be seen. Vehicle Failed the Next Day; Refund Refused After Rejection
I purchased a Ram ProMaster from Motors Trust after finding the listing on CarGurus. The vehicle failed the very next day, leaving me stranded on the side of I-95 due to electrical fault codes and mechanical issues.
I immediately notified the dealer and made repeated requests for them to inspect the vehicle. Despite the urgency of the situation, it took five full days of follow-ups before the dealer finally arranged to take the vehicle back to look at it.
Given the immediate failure and loss of trust, I formally rejected the vehicle and did not accept it back or take possession again. Management stated they “do not do returns” and would only offer repairs or a rewritten deal on another vehicle, neither of which I accepted.
What made this experience especially concerning was the lack of accountability. The vehicle had not been thoroughly inspected prior to sale, yet I was pressured to take it off the lot the same day.Beware

Drove from palm beach to miami to see van no ac vehicle had been in a flood and test drive i turned around after a block sound like the van was going to stall they could have told me before i drove all the way down there. Horrible, they are hesitant to provide information on the vehicle such as car damage reports. They have no
consideration for the customer's time and can't meet deadlines. They don't understand that operating with
arrogance is a bad way to do business. The customer definitely doesn't come first with them. Sadly, they are

Vehicle was not in working order, I drove 3.5
hours to the dealer and it had severe engine
issues, lots of body and cab damage that was
also not pictured. Salesman said “wow man I
never noticed that”. Wouldn’t work on price.
Second truck I had looked at had a check
engine light and salesman said “yeah dude
don’t worry about that light. It’s perfectly normal
for those to come on let’s clear it.” I had
convinced him to check the codes for me and it
was for injectors and emission issues. Upwards
of $8,000 in repairs they were going to willingly
sell me without informing me. They were
attempting to sell me a vehicle in this condition
with zero warning and luckily I had looked into it
further. STAY AWAY
Emmanuel was cool but every single truck there had something wrong with it , the 2016 I went to look at that they confirmed was in good shape before heading over was rusted out despite looking beautiful in pictures , looked at a 2018 flatbed and it had really rough idle and radio didn’t work and had blowby

We communicated via text that we were traveling from Naples - we were told they were open till 7pm - we arrived at 4:45 and dealership closed - we text back and forth and the BOT that responded was very polite but not helpful at all - from what my husband could assess through the gates, all these vehicles look like they are damaged goods

They forgot about me. For weeks. I had to
follow up when I got a notification. The girl
who answered was rude. I asked them if
they sold cars because no one was getting
back to me. She told me to "never f**king
call this dealership again, we have other
more important calls coming in" and then
she hung up on me. Another gentleman
contacted me immediately and smoothed
things over. I visited the lot. The car was
trapped. It ran out of gas while we were
trying to get it out for a test drive. When
discussing price, they quoted me $14k as a
cash price and told me if I wanted to finance
it would be $20k. I walked out. There was much more
unprofessional things that happened that I
don't care to share. The place is a dump,
cars have flat tires, and some of them
wouldn't start to move them to get out the
car I was looking at. I bought a better truck
the next day for twice their cash price and I
am very happy.
After speaking with the salesperson for 5 days back and forth about a specific car on the weekend, my day off I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to see the car if interest .
When I got there , the salesperson gave me the key and told me where the car was . I started the car and tried multiple times to turn on the AC WHICH DID NOT WORK AT ALL . After 15 minutes of looking at the car . I went back to the salesperson to advise him and he nonchalantly said , “oh it could be the blower of something , we buy cars at auction and things are broken often.” Why not tell me beforehand the AC was broken . I looked at another car and it looked ragged out as well . Seems like they advertise good prices because the cars are not in the best shape and they try to pass them along . Buyer beware ! You get what you pay for .

It was not a good experience, the two trucks had several major issues with them; the one I was more interested in a 2014 F250, had a leaking Turbo base gasket, which will cost approx. $1,800 to $2400 dollars to have it repaired at a dealer. So told the Sale person, he said I will take $300 dollars off the asking price. What a joke, these people are not realistic.

The dealership did respond back to me the same day. I didn’t go to see the vehicle I had an emergency
I contacted the dealership and work with one of the salesmen to buy a truck. They asked for a security deposit
of $200 to reserve the car, which I paid. I bought airplane tickets to Miami for me and a friend who will help me
drive the car from Florida to MD. I reserved the car on Thursday with a plan to pick it up on Saturday and was
told Friday afternoon not to come because the car was sold to another person. They did not consider returning
my flight cost, and worst of all, they tried to keep my deposit even after they broke the deposit contract. But the
salesperson I work with was a nice guy.
My salesperson was Angelo. He was terrific, very good young man. The process that this
dealership uses is antiquated and took a week to get the truck. This was after I had a pre-
approved loan through my credit union. Angelo was informative, explained this dealership's
policy, which is not his fault. I have a little over 150 miles on the truck between interstate and
local driving w/o issue.
Didn't want my trade told me to sell it and wire them the money...UNPROFESSIONAL....

We do not accept trade ins for a price twice the market.
They are very slow to respond and when they do, they don't know much about the vehicle and don't make any effort to find out. They claim there is a mechanic that checks the cars before they sell them. If true, it should be easy to get answers from the mechanic about basic things.

Excellent follow up by Mr Andres the salesman
Overall a good experience.
The only area for improvement is better pictures and better examples for remote buyers to understand the issues.
Nothing critical just major paint and scratches issues were not visible in photos.
Positives were the sales people, clear communication, fast contract completion and great coordination with my transporter

The van is beautiful BUT it uses Propane not Gas or Diesel. This will never sell unless the buyer is prepared to spend about $5000 to convert the fuel system.

Car was in decent used condition..sales guy wasn’t very hands on at all not to knowledgeable . Couple issues they didn’t inform about vehicle since it was as is… finance manager was very informative and very helpful into explaining any warranties just had to wait a very long time for radio to be fixed which they ended up paying a stereo shop to replace the entire head unit overall experience wasn’t bad at all.

There was an unfortunate issue, i bought the car and after about three hours the engine failed, the problem was the fuel pump because probably they didn't have a good maintenance during the vehicle was being sold. That wasn't the worst part, after this happen I tried to contact the dealer and they didn't want to recognize any of the cost that this issue represented for me, the only thing they agree was to pay the cost of the spare part in a ridiculous cost that no one can find.

This was a joke. I’m several hours away from this dealer and inquired about this. I spoke to angelo and he said would send over a vehicle history report. That’s been over a week and still nothing. Even asked more than once with no response. Seems to me they have something to hide and would rather sell to an uniformed buyer.
Called the dealership asking for the car fax
which they denied to give. The salesperson
explained how it was a âniceâ truck with a
clean title. So I went to Miami to look at the
vehicle in person. They were nice enough to
hand me the keys for a test drive. It drove
but shifted weird. The instrument cluster
was in a different language, the engine light
and tps light were on. It had 4 engine
service messages which I had to translate,
motor oil change, water in the fuel and 2
others I couldnât translate. Looked under the
vehicle to find a nice oil leak. None of these
things were mentioned on the phone. I
traveled a long way to potentially buy the
vehicle only to walk away from a bad deal. I
recommend anybody looking to do business
with this dealership use extreme caution and
be ready to walk away if it doesnât feel right.

I'm very dissatisfied with this dealer. They publish a price and it is only suppose to be the cash
price! If you go with financing they want to charge you $2k to $3k more. They don't disclose that
in the ads or their website and when I called them before going there and told them that I was

They car was delivered extremely dirty, needed 4 tires, brakes all around, wipers and an oil change. I called and spoke to the sales person Aileen and her excuse was that their in house maintenance person was off. I tried for days to get them to even cover a portion of the cost of the parts but they kept giving me the run around, they even stopped taking my calls. Buying from this company was a horrible decision on my part. I would NOT recommend them.
Do not do business with this dealer!!! The sales staff is trash. The car that was sold to me had a flat when delivered, on empty, remote key not working, wiper don't spray, check engine light came 2 days later, filty inside, 3 quarts low on oil, $200 deposit was not returned or applied to purchase price. Complete scam, Spoke with Johavanny "Gio" on the phone several times and he assured us that his finance office could get us in the payment range we needed to be in. I was very clear I did not want my credit ran if he couldn't meet my payment amount, he reassured me he could. When I found the car dirty and dead even thought I was told it would be detailed and ready. When I arrived at the lot I reminded him I wont pay even $1.00 over my monthly price I mentioned, he actually changed color so I knew then something was wrong. After I drove 1 hour to Motors Trust (ironic name) only to find out they added over $2000.00 to the price. the car went from 7300.00 to 9900.00 and they said because 7300.00 was the cash price. They knew it was finance deal because we spoke about it several times over the phone. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH. That explains why all their cars had dead batteries and dirty, no one is buying their cars it seems. Be very careful here. My opinion, keep looking.

Called multiple times asking for Carfax report. They would not call me back or provide report. Each time I mentioned I was a cash buyer they suddenly didn't care about trying to sell the car to me. Read reviews about how they claim the "low" price is only for cash but they only want to sell with their overpriced financing. I don't believe this car was actually for sale for that amount. It's just a bait and hook trick. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Dealership contacted me and confirmed via text prior to my appointment but when I got to the dealership the salesman said the car I came for had broken windows. He should have told me. I wasted a drive there. Very poor greeting and customer service when I arrived as well.
This place blows...in every sense of the word.

I went in there with cash in hand, preapproved
and ready to buy. I also had a car that I was
trading in as well. I had my sights set on a
specific car; and even though I was a little off as
far as the numbers go...if the salesman really

another. Instead he was steering me away from
what I wanted and trying to get me into
something that was used and abused and just all
around sucked. Then he tried showing me others
on the lot which were all beaters, and after
almost begging him to let me see the freakin
truck I initially came to see...it turns out it was a
polished up clunker that was a total
misrepresentation from the pics posted online. I
mean really...what kind of way to sell anything is

Very deceptive dealer. Car originally posted for $2995 and agreed $3495. Sent me buyers order I set up shipping to Maryland then they stop responding to my calls email. Finally, after sending emails, I get a call that the price increased on car due to transmission repair and windshield repair. I questioned window based on photos, I was told that window would be repaired as apart of agreed deal. Never was I told about transmission issue with the Chrysler Crossfire 2004 when discussing this car. Very unprofessional, not a good experience with this dealership.

This is the worst experience ever, what you here is not what you get. I called ahead of time to make sure the car was available, when I got there the car was not available, then they sold me a car without a gas cap, no horn, sunroof didn't work ,had four different tires, said no accidents but the bumper was broken, water is leaking into the car, horrible products the dealer said to bring it in and when I did they said there is nothing they can do. The name motor trust must mean do not trust this dealership.

His first question was, "are you looking to finance or pay cash"?.. when I told him I didn't know yet, he said the price on the internet was for cash deals only... so I walked out. My son was going to Miami and I asked him to see the 2008 Mercedes
before I made a flight from SD to FL. The dealer had to jump the battery as
it would not start. My son was impressed with the looks and the low
milage. However the fact that the many electrical things did not work and
some other things made him suspect the car had been in a flood or some
thing like that so I did not follow up any futher. I see they dropped the price
again and they have had a perfect looking car for a long time and that
raises a red flag for me.

After I drove over an hour to get there he told me he sold it a week before.. he told me there was another similar vehicle that was not in an accident and I pulled up the car fax in front of him and there was actually two accidents. yes unfortunately we found out the transmission needed to be replaced so price on the car had to be raised due to that inconvenience. We advertise at our lowest cash prices so when an issue like this occurs prices need to be adjusted...

I advised Rafeal the date and time I was coming back to the dealearship
2 days in advance and told him I wanted to test drive the car. He said
okay and also advise me that he would have the car cleaned because it
had a cigarette smell. I drove an hour to get there. On my way there, I
asked to speak to Rafeal in the middle of the conversation, he hung up
on me. When I called back, the person who answered said Rafeal was
busy. I advised her that I wanted to test drive the car before doing the
credit application. When I got there, Rafeal stated that I cannot test drive
the car unless I do a credit application first because the cars are all piled
together in a small lot and he would have to move several cars. He also
stated that he could not give me a price on the car or an estimate unless
I did the credit application. I was very interested in the vehicle, but,
unfortunately the poor customer service stopped me from purchasing the
vehicle.

The listed car was being driven by
owner and has never returned for sale
I purchased the 2005 Dodge Caravan SXT from this dealer. The
salesman was quite good, and although he was able to answer all
of my questions, was NOT a high pressure salesman,
SOMETHING THAT REALLY TURNS ME OFF! The only reason
I didn't give them 5* is the next day when I went to pay the total
due on the car, the manager tried to charge me 3% more as I was
using a credit and debit card. This charge was not on the
contract, mentioned to me the day before, or posted anywhere in
the office. I was ready to look somewhere else, when he decided
to drop his fee. If a sur-charge is going to be placed when a
credit or debit card is used, it should be written into the original
contract AND posted. I do not like surprises
