Great experience. The truck was displayed clean
and shiny. Salesman showed us the truck and
offered test drive. The negotiation of Price and
trade-in was pleasant and with a little jockeying
we came to an agreement. Purchase was
completed following day and the clean and shiny
vehicle was waiting for me to pick up .
People that called were nice professional and seemed like he's good ole boy. Looking forward to working with him once I get back in town from working.

Dealt with Brian LeDay and it was a very pleasant experience. Having to buy a car from long distance is complex but he made it easy with all his help and attention. We got a great car and a good deal. Would definitely deal with them again when we need another car.

The dealership responded very quickly to my interest in the vehicle I was looking to buy. The vehicle looked exactly like the picture on their web site. Though the vehicle wasn't at the dealership, they went out their way to get it there as fast as they can. Everyone was very nice through the whole process of buying the car. I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Our salesman Mark was great, being out of state, he sent us everything we asked for
Definitely would not recommend this place at all !!! . I contacted the dealer and was told that the car that I wanted was available!! Had make an appointment since I was coming from 2 hours away!! Got to the place only to find out that the vehicle got sold the day before. Bradley was my sales man he NEVER boder to make sure the vehicle was there knowing that I was coming ,his excuse was that I got there earlier than expected!! Pissed me off!!

Service there was second to none. They got me in the car that I wanted and went above and beyond with getting me approved. I live 2 hours away so when I arrived everything was all set to go. Test drove the vehicle and signed papers and that was it!

Wow! Walking in to Motor City was like meeting up with old friends. The ENTIRE staff was very down to earth. There was a no pressure sales approach, your questions were answered without the sales pitch banter you would expect. Really they exceeded my expectations of a used car dealership. This is a place with people you want to tell others about and we definitely will. Heck, we are hoping to do business in the near future with them. Motor City Rocks!

In addition to the MKS we went in to see, they stocked several unique cars (not many of your run of the mill "Bland" cars), and we settled on a very clean VW CC. Had minor problems after a few days ownership, with missing intake ductwork and multiple warning indicators causing concern, but they promptly arranged for pickup, thoroughly went thru the car's systems and components, and I'm confident everything possible would have been addressed. Low pressure sales, cool atmosphere, and easy to close the deal and drive away. Definitely will go again for next vehicle.

Inquired about a truck they had for sale. The ad did not have any picture or
price and I found out why. It was way over priced for the year vehicle. I will
continue to include they in my shopping for a vehicle but will continue to do

I gave them three days notice that I was coming from over an hour away to look at the truck. As we arrived they were driving the truck away to go make a repair on a universal joint. The vehicle had been there for months and was in bad condition. They made it appear to look much nicer than it was. We knew with in minutes it was not quality.
