Responded quickly and no market adjustment like other CA dealers. The truck I was interested in already had a deposit on it.

They were helpful but no inventory and they aren’t scamming people with $10000 mark ups.

Great experience. I dislike the entire auto buying experience and was especially concerned about going to a dealership and getting cornered for hours in the middle of CV-19. MCW exceeded all my expectations. No pressure sales and I was able to do all the paperwork remotely. I was pre-qualified already, but their finance folks got me an even better rate than I had going in, so I was able to get a very manageable monthly payment. Extra Bonus Points - Jennifer Dias (my sales rep) was great throughout the process and even arranged to bring the vehicle to my house for a test drive (I live over an hour away)! and do the final paperwork.

We had a problem with our truck!!!Carlos estresada help us tremendously we couldn’t have redone in with out him gage guide us true and was sooooo sooooo patient even if we call every 2 minutes he was so nice polite and when far and beyond to help us he travel over 12 hr to get everything we need it and make or buy so much more easy we couldn’t be more happy with Carlos Estrada and the gmc team....ask for Carlos Estrada for any questions!!! After the initial “How can we help you” with the Internet Sales Team I told them what I was looking for , they took my information and said they would see what they had and get back to me the same day... Three days later... nothing... When I got to the dealership, because I was going to be in the area, I explained what happened, I was set up with a salesman, Neil, he was great, showed me many options and several choices of trucks, 4 hours later, I bought a truck. Overall Neil. Jarrod, and Peter, the sales manager were awesome...Motor City GMC is a great place to buy a truck or car.

We had to drive 3 hrs to get there but it was worth it. Nick was helpful, educated us, wasn't pushy, came in on his day off and went above and beyond to help us seal the deal. We would definitely purchase another car with Motor City and look forward to working with Nick and his crew in the future.

The salesman we had was very pushy. He talked bad about other dealerships and said things that were untrue.

I contacted them around 6:45 am, and was driving this car by 7:00 that night. I have poor credit, and had no hope I would actually get this car. But I did, and they were amazing to me. They never made me feel less-than because of my credit, and they didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want. Excellent experience and recommend them to anyone.

I got a response, I was told I'd get a call back later that day, I was looking to purchase 2 vehicles, was told 1 was in detail shop and I would get pics as soon as it was done. I never got a call or email.

The person I spoke to about a Toyota Tacoma was very helpful. Too bad it was already in the proses of getting sold . I have been at the location several times since I own a Lexus, and the staff is pretty friendly as well.

Spent to much time in dealership.Took 4 hrs to complete deal.Ended up buying used 2015 GMC .The headlights are an unsafe design & I'm sure they have had numerous complaints yet sold us the truck anyway.Look on line to see all the complaints about the headlight design.

Did reply quickly, but policy prohibits holding car even with a deposit, saying I would have to fly there and take my chances. Sent an email to me with "no content" and did not reply to my subsequent emails.

Arrived at Amtrak at noon, picked up by Andy, the sales person, driven to the bank and by 3pm drove out of the dealership with a full tank of fuel in my 2011 GMC duramax. Only the coffee was cold.

Used car was not pre-tested by dealer. Found 2 obvious mechanical problems that should have been fixed prior.

After 4 hours I did buy the car only to find out after it was washed there was a key scratch down the drivers side.
