I rated the price transparency a 3 star due to an add on for the brake light that cost $499.00 which was not made clear at time of purchase. Also the condition report was rated
a 3 due to the passenger headlight being out. Was told if we fixed ourself we would be fairly compensated for it, they paid for the light bulb after I purchased it and installed
myself.

Answered my questions.
The Salesmen here was very helpful, and requested permission to text me. My wife and I received a video of
the vehicle, as well as pictures. We spoke with the Salesperson no less than three times, and received multiple
e-mails as well. There was simply 1 feature that the car (I was considering) did not have for me.

Mick was very helpful and enjoyable conversationalist. I also really liked their finance staff. Very friendly
and helpful explaining all the options and details clearly. No one there was pushy and I really like the great
service. Really appreciate small town dealerships such as Mosaic.

The vehicle should of been sent to a salvage
yard not a Sales lot.
After I said no thank you then they wanted
to show me other vehicles out of my price
range, bait n switch?
