Very similar experience to others, week long texts with dealer. Was made very clear had my own financing and no trade. Went to dealer check vehicle sitting in office waiting for final numbers after finding the vehicle was missing a 1k option that was listed in both CarGurus ad and their website. Was told they were not responsible for miss information and made no changes. Then Mrg comes in first words out of his mouth, what if I could get you same rates and terms with no benefit to you in order to get my already arranged cash price. Clarified I had to financed with them to get the already agreed price was told yes. Walked out.

I love the lady's Maria and Myra just what a lady needs when walking in a dealership full of men.. the GM G was amazing as well.. If it wasn't for the great attitude, sensor humor I would've walked out without a car .. I will return in the future when looking for other vehicle.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. This is the dealership with “car salesman”’ by definition. Lets start at a car in a add that bates you in gets your credit pulled only to be lied to and told it had been in an accident. Yup a dealer had no idea the car they took in cleaned inspected had been in an accident deploying airbags. Well then like true snakes they magically find one for me. Only this one has a little more mileage and was in a small fender bender as well. Pictures looked good price was ok made an appointment to come look at the vans they had. The drive was an ho ur away, they brought out the van. . The exhaust sounded like it was broken somewhere?? Asked if i could put it on lift? Was told service was closed. Looked it over good it had a high front hit, fenders, radiator and fans were replaced bumper cover. And was told other van was locked in service! I get mad writing this! Worst dealership ever!!
They totally took advantage of terrible situation we were in. Our house flooded and we lost all our vehicles in the flood from Helene. We had to buy a new vehicle immediately to evacuate for Milton. No rental vehicles were available. They over charged us and kept us there for over 3 hours continuously telling us the vehicle was being detailed. After 3 + hours we told them we had to go to please bring us the vehicle. When they finally brought it around it was still filthy. We also immediately began having trouble with the vehicle passenger door sensor saying the door was open. We still have not had time to address that issue due to having to evacuate for Milton. This was the worst vehicle buying experience ever.

Go to them if you want to be taken advantage
of. We were going to trade in two cars, one
which was paid off, one that was worth more
than the loan balance. They were essentially
taking our paid off car for free. Definitely will
never go back. Initially they said they weren’t
interested in taking our van on a trade. When
they found out it was a dealbreaker then they
were willing to work with us. The way they
worked with us was for us to agree to give
them the van for free essentially. Pay off one
car, get the van for free. The biggest mistake
you can make with dealerships is telling them
how much you owe on your vehicle. That’s
their starting point on how low they can offer
you. The salesman was nice, but the back and
forth offers are just annoying. He kept saying,
I’m going down on the price, you need to
come up. I didn’t feel like they listened to me
or valued my needs. We drive two hours to the
dealership so I think they thought it was for
sure going to be an easy sell.

Brain went above and beyond to make sure I had the right replacement car
I was contacted after filling out a web form to see if I could understand the cost out the door. When I
was called, I explained my budget, and based on the dealer adding a "platinum package" that
significantly raised the cost of the vehicle, I politely stated that I could not afford the vehicle at that cost.
I thought we were done. They called me back a few days later to say that they could sell me the car
without the platinum package and at the price I was looking for. They asked if I would buy the car at
that price to which I said I was very interested. When they sent me a quote, it was not what we
discussed. I asked about the deal we agreed to, and I was told that they would get back to me. That
was a week or two ago. Feel like I wasted a bunch of time. Feel like they were trying to bait and switch
me. If they would have just called back and said can't do it, I would not be writing this. Follow-up and
courtesy go a long way.

Terrible experience. Price is not what is listed. Bait and switch dealer. They add about $5,000 in charges to advertised price for paint protection, air in tires etc. Not reputable. Buy elsewhere.

Great over the phone. I decided to postpone buying.
Internet sales is the smartest way to go and I made the purchase.I've done it several times over the years. The Internet sales manager, Bryan was great, Melonie in the business office was great. I wished it would have moved along a little quicker, but it was perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had.

They advertised the vehicle “as is” and strongly
referenced that in my initial email conversations.
After driving all the way from St Pete they tell me
it has a repair needed that will cost $800 to
$1,000 to repair. Wish they would have mentioned
that before I took the drive.

Quick response to inquiry and subsequent emails. Car was beautiful, clean and as advertised. This was purchased a couple of weeks ago during Safer at Home orders. The dealership all wore masks, had hand sanitizer and practiced social distancing. We were impressed. I love the car! The staff was helpful and It was overall a very pleasant experience!

It seas really good. The sales guy and the general manager were really interested in working with me. Giving me their time to try and make things work. I was grateful to have them as the people to sell me this truck and I am very happy about my purchase.
I went to this dealership because I thought I found a great deal on a car that I was looking for for my daughter. All I can say is don’t believe pictures.
I went to look at a 2011 Blue Hyundai Elantra. I was very disappointed, it had bald tires, no tread! The rear drivers side outside door handle was broken, some dings, and was dirty.
It’s like they took it in on trade and just advertised it online without even cleaning it. I would never buy a used car from what I thought was a reputable dealership and have to immediately buy 4 new tires!
And the fact that no one even came out to see if I needed help.

This was the best car experience I have ever had, well worth my
drive from lakeland. We worked on the numbers 3 times and we
all met in the middle of pricing. Brian Reid was my sales man. Not
pushy and bought the car at night. We had to come back later
date to get good free detail done. They treated us like family
when we returned. Most treat you like nothing after deal is done
but, not Jim Brown. Will be a returning customer.

Asked for interior pictures of the vehicle, the dealership never
sent them. After requesting a second time the sales person
apologized because he was working with two people but still
never sent the pictures. After receiving another email an no
pictures I stopped dealing with them. Very dissatisfied.
