We took the deal. Had lots of communication back and forth, some delayed, some confusing with the use of AI in messaging. They sent video
of vehicle, was able to settle on price and value for add-ons made it worthwhile.

Bought a really nice truck, it was a pleasure working with Rick. However there appears to be a lack of communication among management. They have a really nice selection of late model used vehicles. I drove approximately 1000 mi for the truck I purchased and would definitely do it again!
Told me that the were working up a deal first thing in the morning and I send them my info and they pulled a credit report at 900am for the vechile that I looked at and it was sold the night before. They want to too put 500 cash down that is not refundable they are crooks. Should not be on your website..
At first they were great to deal with but they sold the truck around the same time as I put a deposit down. They were very apologetic but was very unfortunate

Worst dealer ever. I had a finished contract, just to have another salesman tell a manager that someone else was coming to look at the vehicle, who they sold the vehicle to.
Also, they'll add an extra 750 to the price for "Lojack", whether you want it or not.

Truck was not as advertised. When we went to look at it the salesman said it had a bad transmission. He also took my name and said he would call and keep me informed on the repairs. I never heard back from him.
Great communication. Answered all my questions as fast as possible. Due to unforeseen issues on my end I wasn’t able to follow through on buying. But I would definitely work with monster motors in the future.

I was the finance manager at a car lot for six years. My wife and her mom went down and bought the van. They lowered the price to help us get to the payment we needed by $3000 and let us know about. When they got us a better rate They added $2000 back to the price and Didn’t tell anybody. We called and talk to them about it. They just made excuses and didn’t fix it. We agreed on one price and they sold it to us for a different price. The end of the day we like the van But if you lower the price, you need to honor the price.

Very respectable
The staff here was friendly! Isaiah called me when he recieved my messaged and asked what time I would be there. He has the car parked in front, ready for my test drive. A couple salesmen had driven the car and came around telling me what a great deal I was getting! Miranda processed my account quickly and they got me in my new car and on the road quickly! I have been telling all my friends to go there to get a car!
They were very nice and very helpful. My only complaint is they jacked the price up about a thousand dollars after I told them I wanted it. I didn't catch it until afterwards. The whole deal was made online and by phone. I just wonder if they do this to everyone. They (Eddie) said he would find out what happened and call me back, nothing yet.

Found a great truck, and we loved it enough to overlook the FACT that they increased the price of the truck to show
a better trade-in value on the truck I traded in, they added in a $2500 "premium" extended warranty that I never
asked for and was never informed there were lower-priced options available, and had installed a $795 LoJack anti-
theft system that I didn't really want. Other than that, the two salesmen we dealt with were very helpful and friendly
and the lady who handled the paperwork was also very friendly.
Half of my contacts from this dealership were computer generated. Iâm a real person and expect
emails from real people on the other end.
The fact that the price of the truck I was interested in went up and down weekly was also a
problem. Another problem for me was the almost $700 being charged to move a few documents
through the system. And who installs a tracker on a personâs personal vehicle and then charges
another almost $700 for that tracker. Donât even get me started on their offer to transport a vehicle
anywhere in the 50 states. This may be the way other dealers do business, but not one I would
deal with.
