Really good experience
I purchased a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. I was excited to receive the vehicle as I was from out of state and having it delivered. It went just
as they said it would, approximately 3 to 4 weeks from beginning to end. I purchased the vehicle because Modern Auto had great reviews
online.
Unfortunately timing did not work out in my favor as I was having surgery the day the car arrived, so I personally did not get to inspect the
car until 2 weeks after it was received. I had someone get it off the delivery truck for me while I was in the hospital.
Needless to say when I walked into my garage I was not very pleased at all as the pictures did not show any of what I had seen nor was it
disclosed to me in any emails or conversations over the phone.
I was told the car was gorgeous and it was in great shape. Well when I received it ,it was not up to the 50K plus I spent. Very disappointed.

Spoke with David and he was very helpful!
Dealer rep was very quick to respond. However their knowledge of their product was poor at best. They told me Alfa Romeo can be worked on by any Stellamtis dealers which was false. They also said the ground clearance was clearly above 5 to 6 inches by taking a tape measure to the front grill. Actual factory ground clearance is 100mm or 3.97 inches. Very problematic for most NH rural roads.

They are good about sending stuff that has little todo with your query. Made an offer to them, took more than two more emails for them to acknowledge the receipt of the offer and they weren’t interested. This is on a true turtle they have had on the market since last February. Truck is way overpriced.

The responses time was excellent.
Easiest, most communicative dealership I've ever been involved with. I was looking for a very specific car, saw it on car gurus, sunday morning. I sent a message, immediately responded (I thought was very unusual on a Sunday), drove up to see the car and took it home Tuesday! Very friendly, personable dealership. I would 100% buy another vehicle here.

The car is still listed on the website because the customer that was financing it with us was not able to take delivery of the vehicle until her insurance paid off her previous vehicle that was in an accident. I found good cars in my price range but the prices were typical for well equipped models. All the vehicles on the lot were un-optioned base models. The showroom and lot
were organized and clean but with an artificial "big dealer" feeling to the lot and showroom, and the sales people seemed like they were reading from a book.

Price on website is deceiving. Read the fine-print, it says that the advertised
price assumes a $2000 deposit. Also, the price was $12586 before the New
Year. After Jan 1., they raised the price to $14586. Pushy sales tactics
saying price doesn't matter. They try hard to get you to come to the
dealership so they can try more tactics on you and waste your time.
