I bought this car unseen from Cincinnati, OH and Chris was amazing. Super helpful, clear, fast communication. Went over and above in my opinion. He spent a lot of time, effort and energy on the deal even when it fell away on my end. Very honest communication, easy to deal with. No hard selling. Went to look at this blue 2014 Audi S8 that they have; car was clearly damaged in numerous places as the
paint is mismatched and faded in places. When I asked the salesman about the bad body work they claim "it
was minor". Clearly NOT minor! Then I ask about the full price with all the add-ons and they proceed to give
me a price that is more than $3,000 over asking price (not including sales tax ). I guess I should read other
reviews before wasting the time.
I was negotiating on behalf of my daughter. I am a licensed Tennessee attorney. I deal with used car scams on the daily. These guys are a prime example.
I gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. I would only recommend to my worst enemy.
They asked my preferred payment. I said $300. I wanted to put 5k down. I got a good rate.
Given the payment, preferred rate, and 5k down payment, they realized that they could finance the car for a lot more than $12,500, so the price jumped from $12,500 to $19,200. Tax in TN is 10%, so the total should have been $13,750.
They claimed that the price on Car gurus was based on some credit deal, which I couldn’t get, so the base price jumped to about $14,500. Then they wanted to charge me for repairs they made to the car to get it in condition to sell. Then they added $1,000 in paperwork, etc. I asked for a 30 day guarantee. That was “impossible”
After they sold the car to some other sap, they called back claiming a “mistake” in pricing. Lies!

After looking at cars at several lots in the area and being disappointed by the quality of them and the people I encountered, Mint was on completely different level. Cars were clean, they weren’t shy about showing or test driving the car of interest and I didn’t feel like they were trying to hide anything. Jomar was great to deal with all around and kept in contact to make the deal happen on a car that I didn’t even plan to buy when I arrived. Very family friendly atmosphere and the whole office staff was accommodating and friendly. The overall experience was so good it has made my wife now consider buying a car from there, and she wasn’t even in the market for a car. I will likely. Be doing business with them again in the future

and pre delivery fee $1599. That is 3,597.00 on top of

I was left on hold from a salesman for over 15 min had to hang up. I called again and another salesman spoke to me and answered my questions regarding the condition of the car the ad said it had one owner and one accident which the salesman said there was 3 owners and had 3 accidents which was very visible and needed serious repair. The ad had deceptive information about the car so I would not trust buying anything from this dealer.

The people here are very friendly. Cool sales guy Gabriel. Overall good vibe. But I ended up getting taken advantage of like at most car dealers. They first told me $20,995 and 5k for my trade in. I was like let’s do it. As we were doing the paperwork they said sorry, can only give you $3500. Plus the car is now $21,995 and to get to you to your monthly payment goal you need to put money down. They said the transmission was going bad in the trade in. I’ve driven it for 5 years and it’s always been the same. At first I was going to leave. But I wanted the car and to just get out of there. Then they got me from 11% to 8. something % to try and make me feel better. Like I said. Friendly people. They even gave me pizza when I said I was hungry. But they are just like all of the others.
Great dealer did everything they could to help us figure out different ways to help us get our new car and after hours long of their time working with us and what was convenient for us they helped us leave with our new car. Thank you to the boss and Miladys for being the best sales person they can have!!

Terrible experience was willing to make the purchase with already being approved through my lender and had the certified check packing my vehicle coming from Clearwater FL and I got a text telling me the car was sold even after verifying all this with the salesman & General Manager. Huge inconvenience for me then had to return check and jump through lots of hoops because they almost rejected me returning the certified check. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to these guys.
Very helpful and considerate. I was unable to close deal through no fault of theirs but my inability to get financing. Below average credit score; unpaid Hospital Bills. But I digress; they tried hard to get me financed; it was not to be. I really liked the car. I am sure it will be snapped up. Dodge Charger R/T s do not stay on the lot too long for anyone interested in buying one. The Scat Pack is a bigger V8 than the std in the R/T. The SXT is much cheaper but has a V6; not to my taste.A muscle car should have muscle. This is a really clean beauty of a car.

Art Gonzales went out of his way to answer all questions, was honest about any minor defects the vehicle had and knew if I wanted it I would have to use a shipping service for about $600. Did extra work to provide video descriptions of car. Eventually CarGurus found me the same model at lower cost, locally, & without the shipping. But Art is a straight talking, honest, hard worker for his customer; highly recommended.
i verified that my finance application was approved and that they also had all the information for the additional outside financing that i obtained before i spent $50 on an uber to take me to the dealership and then back home. after spending 4-5 hours trying to test drive the car & get the numbers from the “finance department”. who not only blindsided us by being told that we were not approved for the car and couldn’t not get approved. which is comical bc the next day, the first place i went into had better car for cheaper. which i am NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF.

They were slow to respond to some questions and then stopped replying altogether.
I spoke with a salesperson and he was very helpful and receptive to my inquiry. I inquired to se if the supercharged engine had the pistons upgraded because it is a very customized car. He said he would get back to me once they weathered the impending hurricane. He was very positive and amenable to my inquiry. I appreciated that. I would recommend this dealership.
When I called the salesperson would not tell me if the car was still for sale. I kept being told to come in. I asked several times if the car was available before the representative finally admitted the car has been sold.
Please stop this game. If the car was sold, just be honest. You just make people angry by not being straight forward.

This dealership contacted me in a very timely manner, the person I was talking with was very nice, sent me videos of the vehicle like I asked he had great Customer Service but trying to finance and purchase the vehicle did not go good at all. A vehicle that was listed at $7995 turned into me paying $20,400 by the time my “60 months @$340 per month” was up that’s with $4000 cash down. Who finances a $8000 car for 60 months? I don’t see how that is possible, I don’t care what type of credit you have, I would rather you just straight deny me than to try and get over on me. Even after I offered to pay cash for the vehicle the price still went up $2000. I wouldn’t recommend anyone out of state to try and purchase a vehicle from this company.

I had found I a car that i was looking to purchase. They responded to my messages but never got back to me after I had asked for pictures of the TPMS scanner codes. They had provided some photos but soon stopped responding to my messages. I looked into the website and noticed that the vehicle I was looking to purchase was also gone so no message regarding that it mightve been sold.

I contacted them regarding a car they had for sale. They were quick to respond and answer my questions. We made an appoint for me to come out to look at the car that coming weekend. They even messaged me the day before to confirm the appointment. I traveled an hour and a half and when I got there the car had been sold the night before. I wasted a trip coming out there. They did offer to take me around their lot to see if I liked anything else but they didn’t have anything else I liked. The least they could have done is called or messaged saying they sold the car before I wasted my time driving out there.

Car shopping is always a hassle. My daughter called and spoke with Ralph, and told him that she already had financing with a reputable bank. He told her he needs to talk to his manager and call her back. He calls her and tells her that he can sell the car if she brings a cashier's check even though we already had a draft from the bank. I've purchased many cars, but I feel that was a little shady to ask a young woman to bring a cashier's check.

They contacted me but gave me a low number on my trade. They did a blind appraisal, but I sent them several pictures of my car, so they could get a good idea of the condition it's in. I received their low trade in value and never contacted them back.

Dealership was not helpful Jose was not very communicative it was like pulling teeth for information about the car. They lie about the price of the car. They say one price and then up it with all the hidden fees. They are seemed very shady like scam artists. Would stay away from dealing with this dealership

than the other dealership offered, and then 100 lower than the lowest value on KBB for trade in price. They're looking to make the max dollar
for the bare buck. He only texted me a few times and when I asked how they came up with such a number, they went dead silent shady

Sales lack knowledge of cars on the lot some were on the lot with faults and where not valeted and dirty on the outside overall bad presentation of their inventory
Dealer tried to sell when the car Might need a new motor. My mechanic heard a very strange sound from the camshaft area. When I requested a video from the inside and them driving the car, the check engine light came on. These cars are popular and driven hard when given boost. A noise at this low mileage can easily be a problem. I would be weary of any dealership that attempts to sell a car like this at full price like they are.

I drove for 2 hours to pick up this car already being approved and they not only lied about issues with the car and lights being on the dash, the third brake light had fallen out of the car with clearly no intention to fix it and an absolute disrespect for my time. Once I arrived, one of the dales person said “i dont think we have that vehicle” he went to confirm with his manager and informed me they were working on the vehicle. I was there for and appointment to see a car and buy and they don’t even know we’re was the car was after 40 min walking around and waiting nobody say anything and we desire to leave the dealer…. I was ready to purchase the cars but unfortunately they only care about sale and money customer service is really bad.. we never ever recommend this dealer again
I was contacted via sms (my preference) by the dealership soon after inquiring about the vehicle. The store is over an hour away from me, thankfully the representative was able to send a video of a full walk around of the vehicle to help overcome the distance issue. Unfortunately, while working out a deal the vehicle sold. Other wise wouldn't have an issue buying from them.

The salesman from MINT Auto Sales contacted me really quick when I asked for information. he was professional and
answered the questions I asked in my initial info request. Unfortunately, timing was not perfect for the follow-up as I had
eventually decided to keep the car I was going to trade in (Not his fault). I was offered $10,950 for my trade at a local
dealer, which would have helped with the price on the car I was looking at with Mint (I know each dealer uses different
appraisals so the trade-in value may not have been the same). However, I will be looking for another car around May of
this year and have Mint on my saved dealers to check in on when the time comes.

Great staff, but upon arriving and reviewing the Carfax the vehicle failed a structural inspection from a previous accident because of several critical items. Was not noted in posting or mentioned. Would of missed it entirely had I not read line by line, yet the vehicle was being sold at/above retail value. Wasn’t hidden but wasn’t forth coming. Definitely questionable.

I called & sent text & emails which took them days to respond, one of those a week. I got 2 responses one of which to send my documentation which I did via email. The follow up call asked a question which I answered then never heard from them again. I text again & called with a promise to call back & they never did.
I bought a car, everything in the purchase was going well, but the car was missing some parts to change the spare tire and they told me that they were going to give it to me and when I called they left me waiting 30 minutes and cut the call, apart from having the light Check engine on, they told me it was the gas cap, and it was the tank that was broken and that the insurance that they sell you with the car covered it, so when I went to repair it it did not cover it, apart from having problems In the engine, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are liars, and they are not honest. They do anything to earn the commission and deceive the buyer. think twice before buying a car there.

the paper work to my bank on Friday and they sold the car from under me on Saturday... when I called I found
out from some lady that did not even acknowledged my communications. I did all the steps and I was repaid
with this BS!!!! bs. I was even prequalified... I would not buy or deal with this people ever again. I spend 3
months finding the right car for me to have it sold from under me. I have to start all over again because of
incompetent people like this.
I have actually tried to buy one car and test drive another from here. The car I drove and was in the process of buying, they sold under my nose to someone else (already test drove, negotiated price, and was talking to bank about loan possibilities.) And the car I went to test drive, this was months later, they said please come in and look at it, even though that car had already been sold. They just will do anything to get you in their doors and make a sale.
I went to this dealership to waste my time looking at the 2013 Ford Focus ST they had for sale listed for 14,995.The car had clear rust marks on the hood, front two tires are completely bald. The frond fender is clearly loose. The inside is a complete mess, they couldn’t even vacuum it and make the car presentable. The seats are all nasty front and back, the driver seat is also partially tearing. The pedals are almost non existent it’s all medal. Was very disappointed very unprofessional way to try to make a sale how do you not even clean the car when you had a 3 day notice someone was coming to look at it? With a car in that condition and still asking for 17,000 after all the fees they try to pile in is a joke.

It took too long to get to see the vehicle and then they hit us with the dealer fees... it was almost $1800 more after tax, tag, title, and dealer fees... and I had a tag to transfer. When i asked about the dealer fees for "paperwork" ($899) they didn't offer anything. Won't be going back. I wasn't financing, I had cash for the car. Three only reason I gave 2 stars is because the gentleman who helped was friendly.

Manager ran credit and financing even though

salesmen at 11:30 am and no real answers from

after they opened. Spent over 8 hrs over the
phone and waiting for responses.
I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Never pressured or pushed for the sale, and was very fair in negotiation with my trade-in. I wish I could remember the name of the finance manager, who was super cool… But sales specialist Eric Nunez provided excellent service, great and clear communication and was very professional throughout the entire process. He even retrieved my sunglasses after I accidentally left it in the vehicle I test drove!!! Definitely would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Well to start off they lied to me over the phone, and cost me extra money. After I had already purchased the non-refundable plane tickets. They said the car developed a problem, but would not prove that the problem actually existed or reimburse me for the tickets. So I’m about I would never recommend them to anyone to purchase a car.

Horrible i would never recommend them. i was sold a car with a cracked apart gas tank that was siliconed in an failed attemt to stop it from leaking and it had front end damage they lied about all of which was out of sight unless you physically crawl under the car which is 4in off the ground, impossible to see. To make it even better i paid 900 for a vehicle inspection from them before i even bought the car. Run as fast as you can and if youve had problems report them i see theyve done this numerous times.

First I called this place to acquire about a car I saw. They responded well and
got back to me quickly. They were telling me that the car was in great
condition and saying it was running really well... After the car was purchased
it broke down 2 days later which ended being a 2,500 dollar repair. I
contacted the dealership and they said they could do nothing about it, and
would do nothing about it. I had to end up paying for all the expense's and
they did absolutely nothing about it and were very rude and very hard to
cope with. I strongly strongly suggest you do not buy from this dealership
because they are not honest with what they have done to their cars, and
completely awful customer service.

Very unprofessional I went to the dealership Saturday the young lady that was helping acted like she was inexperienced and I didn’t hear back from them until Monday she was suppose to call me back here it is Tuesday and still haven’t heard from her and she never returns phone calls this place sucks
Never responded to my email, had to contact them by
phone. Was consistently told "let me get back to you in 10
minutes" followed by me having to contact them 30+
minutes later. They were not motivated to sell to me at all.
All this only to find out that they sold the car while I was
getting approved for financing. After selling the car I was
asked where I found the listing to which I replied
"cargurus" at which point they took the listing off cargurus
and stopped contacting me entirely. this is when I learned
the car was sold by checking their website. Avoid if you
value your time.

I sent my Mechanic to Florida so he can inspect the car once he got there we were told by Sam the car has been sold. One hour later we call back and spoke to Zee. Saying car is still available. Then Zee put me on to another sales person and to put a deposit on the car they wanted 5 thousand dollars. Very unprofessional i could keep on going but just makes me mad that those car salesman have no loyalty when it comes to customers. Almost forgot, the car was wrapped with a white ivory the car was actually black!!

We apologize profusely for the inconvenience we have caused. Unfortunately there was no deposit made on this vehicle by you. Therefore, We had to make a business call and sell the vehicle on a first come first serve basis. Once again to please be so kind to accept my sincere apologies for this unfortunate situation.

I spoke to Tom (Salesperson) and John ( finance) initially. John forget to submit my 2 other jobs ( I have 3 jobs) and I planned to put 2K down but nobody would call me back. I even had a friend call and to no avail. Good luck trying to get a car here.

Yes the dealer did contact me. I requested to have the car inspected at an independent auto repair shop that was located in Orlando but about 6 miles from Mint Auto. The dealership did not like that idea and said that I should use a place just down the street (the Valvoline oil change express???). Really? We bought a vehicle at a different dealer that did allow us to take their vehicle to that auto shop and have a used car inspection completed. If any dealer is hesitant about taking their vehicle to get inspected than my advice would be to go else where, which is what we did. Also, beware, it looks like Mint auto has a very high dealer fee. $899.

I really liked a car in their inventory and asked what the final cost would be on it and the price went up $2000 I counter offered them with a reasonable offer and no one responded at all You would think theres wiggle room on a deal but not with these people

Very attentive
Did not respond to my email requesting info. After my 2nd email requesting the same info, I received an email with a name and number letting me know that I can call anytime. That email lacked any reference to my previous emails. It also lacked any info concerning the information I was trying to get in my 1st and 2nd email. If this is the best they can do for a prospective buyer, I can only imagine the customer service I would receive after they got my money. I'm staying away from them.

Guess they were too busy or did not have enough staff to allow me to buy, representative spoke with me for a few seconds then disappeared to deal with another client, I waited for 20min., then left. Best of all I found a lower mileage car for $500.00 less at another dealer and made my purchase. So, they did me a favor in a way.

Went in and met sales rep who took all of my info, waited over 40 min and was told I was approved. Came in a few days later to make deal on truck only to be told sales rep no longer works there and that he lied to me. He never ran my credit and I was never approved. Not a good way to start a business relationship with your customers. Sis not buy truck

It was horrible. The financial person guarantee me the loan
with only $500 down. Took all my personal and financial
information including my husband's. Made us drive 11 hour
total round trip to supposedly sign papers and pick up truck.
When we got there he was gone and when the salesperson
got him on the phone, Jeff claimed
that we needed an extra $1500 to take the truck. He knew I
am disabled and was going to be traveling with small
children. Shame, shame, shame. Contacted the owner, he
did not even bother to contact back with an apology or to
reimburse our traveling expenses.

These guys worked photo magic. Drove
2 hrs to look at two vehicles that looked
great in the pictures. I asked the
salesman about the cosmetic condition
and he assured me they were in great
condition with no dents or other defects.
When I got there one of the vehicles had
faded paint and tons of rust. The other
one had a dent in the hood so bad it
wouldn't close properly. They had just
taken the pictures from angles so you
couldn't see it. Both interiors were a
wreck with slashes in the seat and worn
out surfaces. They looked like junk yard
cars. In fact, their entire lot looked like a
salvage yard. I pulled in, got out looked
at the cars I came to see, got back in my
car and drove 2 hrs home. Don't trust
their pictures or them.
