The dealership, hide defects and flaws. When asked about certain things for example, why does it have seat covers and why were there no pictures with the top up, those seem to be complicated questions. I did receive pictures of the car with the top up, but never did see under the seat covers. I never went and looked at the car because it was a little over three hours away, and the salesman was not very upfront. he stated that he drove the car for several days, but never noticed the car had seat covers? Said the top was in decent shape but after receiving pictures the driver side had a big tear in it. I gave a one star rating because dealers should NEVER hide the flaws of a vechicle they are selling. I would not recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle from.

Brandon was a great sales rep to work with. However, on the day we were going to come look at the car with a scheduled appointment, he calls to say there’s mechanical issues with the car. That should’ve been checked out before we started drive all the way there. Fortunately, we had other cars to look at and didn’t waste our trip just on this one car.

Very nice dealers and I walked out with the car

Bought a truck for my son. Was told that it was inspected by their "master" mechanic and a potential buyer had taken it to his garage and everything looked "great". After leaving the dealership we went to fill up with gas. A check engine light came on. We went to have it scanned and found an emissions problem. To their credit they did eventually send a check for $250 for that repair. But that is just the start of the issues. Three days later my son was driving, and the brakes failed and was in an accident with the airbags deployed. Luckily no one was hurt. There was $2250 worth of damage to the front end. My son could not afford comprehensive insurance, so he was unable to pay the additional $4000 need to reinstall the airbags. From there we had it towed to a certified garage. Besides worn and locked up brakes and blown brake lines here is list of other issues missed by their "master mechanic". Leaking oil pan, transmission, and radiator. broken tie rod, and leaf spring.

Nice friendly salesmen even if you don't buy that day. A BIG plus is they aren't trying to hide anything there me take the car we were looking at to our own mechanic before buying
