Spoke with sales person about a truck I saw online was told to stop in to see vehicle. I traveled 27 miles to see this truck, when I arrived, the truck had a flat tire and the battery was dead so the truck wouldn’t even start. A complete waste of time. The sales person was very nonchalant and said oh I need to buy a battery. Are you serious?

Put a deposit down and they sold my car. They didn’t even tell me until i inquired about picking it up. They apologized but wasted a lot of my time. Had to mail the deposit back to me.

I have bad credit and these people were so nice to me. They were honest
about the vehicle and straight up about my options, they offered to help
above and beyond as what other dealers in my experience had offered.
Recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle

Visited lot no one came out, I could hear them speaking to each other. Could not find car that is still listed on lot. Wrote to them inquiring about the car as it is still posted. They never rally answer just told me to stop in sometime.

They have way too many cars for
the size of their lot. I showed up
to check out a car and I was
practically climbing over other
cars just to get to it. The
salesmen could have cared less if
I wanted to buy a car or not.

the lot was so jam packed with cars that I couldn't test drive the car I was interested in then- I would have to make an appointment so they could move several cars to get it out. The lot had big icy patches making it difficult to get around. It had been long enough since it snowed for them to put salt down to make it safer. Not very customer friendly situation.
