Bob had the Fiesta washed and waiting for us. Went for a test rive did a walkaround and bought the car Great buying experience.
They were all super friendly and outgoing up until I had some complications with getting
approved for financing. Then they pretty much dropped me and stopped contacting me
without much further explanation. I reached back out to see about any more affordable
vehicles on their lot where I might be approved, but they ghosted me. 1 star.
This place is a scam. On the bottom of Car
Gurus the Dealership ADVERTISES that
"prices on car gurus will be honored as cash
prices", incorrect. This $28,000 went from
$28,000 to $38,000 in 3 seconds. The
"estimate" at the dealership AFTER I drove a
car that was mis-represented and had after
body damage, was $3,000 for a tariff (used car,
ford at that), $2,995 for
"service/transportation" and $3005 for sales
tax based on a state I don't live in.

It was an auto reply with no follow-up. So, I’m disappointed that they did not care enough to help me purchase a vehicle. My vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver. My neck was broken. So having them not respond just adds to the injury.

Trevor Haug was extremely helpful. Even though I didn't ultimately buy the vehicle the overall experience was great. Much better than other dealers who I have dealt with. Thank you Trevor.
Everything has been great so far I'm just waiting for the down payment money to arrive so I can make a decision.

Dealer told us this car was ready for a test drive. When we got there, there was dirty kleenex and personal items all over in the car. For which we had to move in order to test drive th car, after asking the sales person why they were there.Won't go there anymore to look for a car.

I've been working with Dave Wells, on trying to purchase a ford truck. He has been extremely polite and prompt in returning calls and/or sending additional information. We seem to have differences in the value of the vehicle. I certainly dont pretend to know more about a truck i havent seen, compared to one they've had for over 3 months. Its several hundred miles away, but that's my fault and not the salesman or dealerships. Again, they have been great to communicate with...

I was very pleased with the salesperson, however, and this is a
HUGE however, there is a sticker on the trunk of my vehicle that I
am NOT happy about and have requested be removed. This was
applied without my express permission.

Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They're willing to do anything to help you drive that vehicle off the lot. I had the chance to work with Mike Fitzgerald and he is a rockstar. Also Chrissy in the finance department pulled a lot of strings to get me the best rate possible. When they say your part of the Roseville Midway family they mean it and I will forever not only be a advocate of the excellent work they do there but will be a repeat customer for life!

We truly enjoyed the dealership! We didn't purchase the vehicle shown, but did find another Ford Edge to purchase!!! When someone inquires about a vehicle, CarGurus sends us the lead, but the information they provide is limited - I believe that is where the confusion stemmed from.
