Brought the vehicle cash then to find out after that I purchased that it wasn't ready to pass inspection. Waited another two days for them to fix the issue. If I would've known prior (there wasn't any engine light when test driving) I would've never submitted the purchase. After two days, picked up the vehicle after they stated to fix the issue. While driving, engine light comes back on, turned out it's the same code they said they fixed. Drove it around now for a week thinking the engine would reset or go away but still on. And now I'm having issues with the battery.

I asked specific question about the truck and they never got back to me. Then they emailed me again to see if I was interested in the truck. I told him that I was still interested in the truck but my question was never answered. Its been more than a week and I have received no response from the dealership. Can’t trust a company like this. Makes me feel like there are serious issues with the vehicles they sale.

I was told that everything would be ready when I arrived but it wasn’t. They had just sent the car to be inspected and the paperwork wasn’t ready. So I was going to have to wait until the person who took the car to get it inspected got back to print the paperwork before anything could get started. So that being said, I did not buy this vehicle because they didn’t do what they said they would. I had to travel 50 miles to go to this dealership so I wanted to do what I had to do and get back home.

We drove a long way to see a truck. We wanted to look into trading my truck in and they said they would. No one ever even looked at it and came back with an offer of probably about a third of the value. I maybe could have been okay with the insult if they would explain what they saw to warrant such a low offer. They obviously didn't want my business.

Mr. James before you come down you have submitted your trade-in appraisal information into our system and when the offer we told you, you said to want it 3 times more for your truck (we have your response in our CRM )
Then you decide to show up unannounced and still, our appraisal on your truck was the same
we use software that appraises thousands of vehicles every day and it's very reliable  
we would love to do business with you but with my experience, some customers have a different opinion as what their trucks worth

Dealer was not a great salesman. He acted as if I was supposed to expect less from the car because the car was "only" 5,000. I was disappointed but also happy because I ended up getting a way better car. I went to the dealer and seen that the vehicle had noticable damage that was not in the pictures at all. I asked about the damage and he says " I mean it's only a 5,000 dollar car". Right then I could tell the guy didn't really care about selling the car if his attitude was this poor. So I test drive the car and I hear rattling coming from the front passenger side wheel and when I ask him about it he says again "well it's only a 5,000 dollar car." I say it doesn't matter if it was a $2,500 car. The car should be what it was made out to be online. He threw his arms up and shrugs like I'm out of line or something. Didn't really appreciate it. Oh well I ended up getting a nice Infiniti from a different dealer for 4,500 cash. I'm happy with it.

I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience with the dealer. I actually bought a better Tucson as my salesrep Ryan was able to show me a better car. Working with Sean was fantastic, easy, and have a very good, and efficient loan process and signing with Sean. I would highly recommend this dealer and it is a smaller dealer so you get more personal service. Love them, Love my car.

When I found this vehicle it was exactly what I wanted and even though I could not get into it I will say that this dealership did not force me into anything or try to pull my credit unnecessarily. When I do buy I would recommend them for a no fuse no haggle and relaxed experience. I like that they were not pushy at all, that sells cars.

Sean at Midway is the worst salesman I have ever had to deal with. When I told him I was not putting any money down this was the text I got from him exactly “That's what I thought sorry Sarah it doesn't work HAPPY SHOPPING” How rude can you be!! Unprofessional!!! Never will do business with them. When I emailed to have a manager call me I never got a call back. I didn’t even want to give them one star but I had to. They are the worst.

Responded quickly but they ignored questions about a trade and never answered. I had to initiate another inquiry and not mention a trade to get any traction. They were helpful after that. I did not buy the truck. They wouldn’t give an inch or negotiate at all so I bought one elsewhere.

They are personable, helpful, and not pushy. Although the looks of the dealership on the inside & outside could use a little love and updating, the cars are cleaner than most dealerships, and that gives the buyer a better impression initially when coming in to look at a car. They have been very helpful to us in making a good deal, and making the purchase our car.

Bought this vehicle from Midway and had a great experience. Vehicle was as advertised, they even dropped the price a thousand dollars just prior to my purchase. I searched every reputable site and all Toyota dealerships and they had the best deal available. No hard selling, no fuss, easy financing. They met the same terms as my bank and the sale was done in under an hour and I drove my vehicle home. Great people, great selection of quality low mileage vehicles. Will definitely shop there for my next vehicle.

I love the look of the truck, everything seemed to run good until I had it home... After 2 days I realized my horn did not work and my check engine light had came on. I contacted the dealership and they said bring it in and we will fix it. I couldn't make it up there until Friday so within another 2 days my truck did not start at all... I had to buy a brand new $166 battery just to get it started and I had my other battery tested and it was bad as well. When I made it to the dealership they fixed my horn, fixed the engine light and replaced my other bad battery but unfortunately they couldn't refund me for my other battery... wasn't the best experience but at least they fixed everything for me.

Salesman said it went under a 120 point inspection. Windshield wiper was bad no gas cap, then told me they didn't make them with one which they do, didn't wash or put gas in the car after we sat 2 hours to even to talk to the guy.

I wanted to buy the car and they guy would not call me back. I booked an appointment with him the night before to see and of course test drive the vehicle and when I got there it was parked in the garage in the corner where I couldn't even drive the vehicle. Then I had to leave. He said he would run the numbers with my trade call me back but he did not .I called him and he said he was busy he would call me back ---never called me back!. The next day , I bought the exact same car from someone else. I cannot believe he did not call me back I expressed to him that I would buy a car for sure within 2days ...he just left money on the table and walked away! Big dummy!

Great experience. You just have to know what you're getting into. This isn't going to be "certified pre-owned" at a dealer, but it also doesn't have the markup. Before buying, I suggest just take it to a dealer and have them do a pre-buy inspection and let you know what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix -- that's all the "certified pre-owned" dealerships do anyway. Then they mark it way up. Before buying our car from Midway, we took it in and the dealer actually gave us a discount on the inspection because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The car did need to be detailed, but that only cost $100

They were all great! Very accommodating. They were not pushy like a lot of salesmen out there and were willing to help me anyway they could. The is still room for improvement as far as the owner needing to be more punctual and considerate of other peoples time. On the other hand he was very personable and compassionate. Good selection if cars and fair price, but the maintenance of the vehicles I looked at was poor. For example, the oil needed to changed, tires rotated, oil filler, and brakes according to internal computer of the Lexus GS 430 I test drove. Car drove very well with all things considered. Another one needed to be jumped started for a test drive, but the salesman didn't feel like it. Poor overall. I wanted to car for the price, but the dealership didn't gain my business. I purchased a GS Lexus 300 from Sewell Lexus of Dallas, Tx.
