Awful experience! Was lied to about the true condition of the vehicle! Informed them about what happened to the vehicle and they blamed us. Told us they would not be giving us our money back, even though they know they misrepresented the vehicle. This place is full of scammers and the GM is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, if you do you will be disappointed and broke from all the repairs you’ll need to do on the vehicle you just purchased. PLEASE STEER CLEAR!!

I didn't like the fact Metro Motors asked me 2 thousands dollars down payment for a 4.988$ car.

Not sure how to rate them. I wanted to get the vehicle inspected but their policy is to have a mechanic come out and inspect it at their shop. Kinda understand it but I don’t have a traveling mechanic to do that.
They were decently fast to respond, but the issue was the car. The morning I was going to see the car I get a message saying the car was not ready to be driven. They stated a repair had to be done—rack and pinion — and I’d have to wait. Layer that afternoon they said they had done the repairs. I asked if the new parts had warranty and they told me they did…from the junkyard they pulled it out. Yes, they placed a used rack and pinion set to the car. I backed out.
