The greeting was nice but everything went down from there. From drive the wrong car to being told that I could either put a lot of money down with a high rate or get a co signer this place was not for me

I am located 300 miles south so a test drive was out. Pictures looked good but I have never driven a Nissan and need to test drive one to make sure I like it before committing. Otherwise looks like a good deal.

The dealer was very responsive to my inquiry! Juan's responses were very timely, I prefered email to communicate. There was misinformation given to me, but in the end we made a deal, but not on original car. Faddie closed the deal.

Little flexibility. In November I offered $20k and was willing to buy a service contract to fatten their profits. They refused and didn’t even ask my name or make a counter offer (my offer was $1900 under their $21999 asking price but the service contract would have been at least that much). The car had been keyed on drivers side and light accident damage on passenger side so it really wasn’t a dealer perfect car and they still have it 4 months later and now at $20k says a lot about the price then. Anyway I was surprised that there was no counter offer, and just a don’t let the door hit you on the way out reaction. I still bought a 7 passenger Ford but from a different dealership.

This was a very frustrating experience. Upon test driving a vehicle that I expressed interest in I heard a strange sound in the vehicle and said that I would come back after the weekend when I returned from travel with someone to take a look at the vehicle. The following Monday, I received a call from them inquiring if I was still interested, and that the vehicle was still there. I was still interested and traveled that day over 40 miles to see the vehicle hoping to close a deal. Upon arrival I was told the vehicle had been sold 3 days prior and that the person who called me made a mistake because she had been on maternity leave and the system hadn’t been updated. Now I certainly understand that I could have missed out on the vehicle which is why when I received the call and was told it was still there (a vehicle that had been on there lot for 4 months at this point) that I made the trip. Very poor customer service!

Worst dealer ever in the Midwest. Lie to me to travel from MN to Chicago for a car. They said the car I had wanted to come buy was sold, which was 15 mins right after this dealer open when I got to Chicago . They than try to sell me a different car. We also had a sales agreement written up as well before I travel there. They said they would have the car ready for me the next day that I come. I was so mad as I wasted my time and 400$ on expense to go there. Stay away from this dealer.

Did not have good customer service. No after service follow up either. No follow up to see how things are going with my new purchase. When I left I felt as if I was rushed through the sales process wirh no care.

I did purchsae the vehicle, but their customer service sucks. This in my opinion is in part because of upper managment, not leading by example. All customers should be treated the same, whether its a cash purchase, or a finance purchase. The fact that they were givin a check, they weren't going to make any money from financing. So when i asked for a second key fob for my newly acquired vehicle. I was told by the salesman, and owner. No, anything else invested into this sale, would be a loss for them. The vehicle itself i love, but their customer service sucks. I would never recommend any of my friends, or family to ever patronize Metro ford, whether it be for sales or services. Everyone that i came in contact with during my visit at METRO FORD seemed to not have any idea of how to be sympathetic, or even empathetic to someone patronizing their dealership. My visit to METRO FORD has left a bad taste in my mouth. #SteerAwayFromThisGhettoDealership

Classic Bait & Switch! Avoid this dealership at all cost...there are plenty of other honest options out there. I'd give a 0 star rating if it was possible! I started contact thru the CarGurus site & was quickly contacted back by Yesenia. She answered my questions quickly & got other's involved to answer warranty information. The two people (Patrick & Maria) also answered my warranty related questions quickly. They asked if this was the only vehicle that I was interested in & I told them that it was. With the low advertised price of the vehicle & the quick responses, I felt that I was dealing with a legit business. The weekend before MLK day I was in contact with Yesenia & discussed coming in on MLK day if the expected snow held off. I told her that I was coming from over an hour away & she contacted me early Monday morning to ask if I was still going to be making it. I just finished a midnight shift, had about 2 hours of sleep & informed her that I'd be able to make it & asked about the roads/snow out her way. She stated that the roads/snow were not bad. I then asked her if the vehicle that I wanted to look at was still on the lot. She informed that it was still available. It took about 1 1/2 hours to make it to this "dealership." Upon walking into the "dealership" I was approached by a sales person that asked how he could help me. I told him that I wanted to speak with Yesenia who I have already been in contact with about the 2015 Flex. He left, came back quickly & said that she was out on a test drive with that particular vehicle but didn't know if the people were interested in the vehicle. He then promptly asked me if I would be interested in another vehicle. Realizing that I had just been baited in by the extremely low price of the vehicle that I intended to view, I told him thanks for wasting my time & walked out. I immediately contacted Yesenia & she replies, "I work in the back office I do not actually sit with customer to close deals. I apologize for any confusion.However, just spoke to my manager who informed we just sold the vehicle 20 min prior to your arrival." If they sold this vehicle 20 minutes before my arrival, why was I told that she was out on a test drive in it? Why would she be out test driving the vehicle if, in her own words, she works in back, does not sit w/customer & doesn't close deals? This vehicle was not on their lot the day I drove out there. What's even more pathetic is that the vehicle is still listed on multiple sites doing its job as the bait car! Absolutely pathetic & I will also be contacting Ford about their lack of ethics for engaging in these practices.

This is another car dealership that tries to talk your credit report down,among other things as well,so they can talk Thier price up. This is not a good review,avoid this company,they are only trying to raise Thier interest rate so they can make you pay more money ,for a vehicle they no you can get for cheaper somewhere else. I hate going to dealership s in Chicago now. Thanks metro.

The salesmen(Marco) was very friendly. But ( Trey) salesman took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even though dealer was unwilling to give me a warranty. Or fix any preexisting problems. When I test drove the truck the rear camera was working but after driving off the lot the rear camera no longer worked. I hope dealers will read my comments and reconsider working with me to fix issues.

The initial salesman was not available for the scheduled meeting and was not the friendliest. I decided to walk away from the deal, because the salesman refused to run my credit to see if I could get a lower interest rate if I financed through them, than the pre-approved rate from my bank. After contemplating, I contacted him the same night via email to complete the sale, however didn't hear back. The following day, the price had risen and they refused to honor the original price. I decided to purchase the vehicle and was approved at a lower rate (had he tried running my credit the night before, I would've purchased). Additionally, the vehicle only had one key and the salesman stated that a second key could be ordered for an additional price. I was not very impressed with their customer service, however am pleased with my vehicle. If the price was not as reasonable, I would've purchased from another dealership.

My friends and I drove from Michigan to test drive one of their vehicles. Not only were we greeted with a smile, but all of the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. We ended up purchasing the car and I'm incredibly satisfied!

They did not show us the ford five hundred they showed us two other cars for more money, We bought a 2013 Fusion they gave us one key and said we had to pay for a second key, All the cars I've ever bought came with two keys, I contacted Levern he has not called me back yet, I emailed the general manager Marvin have'nt hard from him yet, Once they have sold you a car and your out the door they don't want anything else to do with you any more, Good luck with those guys!

Dealer refused to allow me to take the vehicle to get inspected by my personal mechanic. He explained that this is the dealership's policy. Also the vehicle would not be available for 2-3 days because it was being inspected by their mechanic for Pre-Owned inventory intake inspection. Obviously they are trying to hide that there is something wrong with the vehicle and they will not let me look at it until it is repaired by their techinician whom won't report it to carfax.

We do not let anyone take vehicles to their mechanics on there own.  They can come in and inspect on our property or if time permits the sales person can accompany the vehicle off site to the consumers mechanic.  Also Metro Ford does report 100% to carfax.

I ended up leasing a 2012 LEAF SL from a local dealer - Downtown Nissan -vs. buiying from this out of state dealer (I'm in Nashville, TN). I can report that I received a prompt and professional CALL back from Metro Ford (other dealers just sent auto-email reply).who answered all my questions about the vehicle and sent me additional information & specs via email that I requested right away. They were friendly and helpful and great with follow up. Looking back at my email the name of the fellow who contacted me was Avery Lawrence. Straight forward and patient in answering my questions - I can't remember what I wanted to know --- but I remember as we talked he walked out to the car while I was on the phone to look and see if the car had something loaded in it that I wanted...usb port?....hmmm. Anyway, no final sale with them but I wouldn't hesitate to use them if the need presented itself. Happy Car Shopping!
