Amazing! Treated first class the whole way from salesman through finance and the GM. They gave my grandson a hat let him sit in cars and started an AMG for him. Treated us really well and we bought a Ford not a Mercedes. Highly recommend

Waste of time they were slow and very rude!! Chris was nasty on the phone couldn’t even answer it properly. All week we waited on them (Brain and Chris) waste of time they ended up selling the vehicle 3 days after we started the process!!! Nasty customer service

Too aggressive in their own approach, NOT customer friendly. NOT clear with final offer. Sales person is patient, manager comes and takes away the offer he presented because we showed seriousness in purchase as I understand.
They could have earned my business if they understand my honesty. We are still seriously looking to purchase a vehicle.

Extremely Frustrating experience. Called about a very expensive car that
showed on their website. Was in contact with the sales person in the
morning on a Saturday waited a good part of the day for the information I
requested. Following receipt of the information , I expressed serious interest
in the car only to be told it was going to be wholesaled in an hour and if i
wanted it i had to basically purchase it sight un seen. i offered to place a
deposit and meet the dealer on Monday as I was two hours away and
couldn't possibly arrive before closing. All this was known to the salesman all
day and he explained the situation to the manager who basically said too
bad. I've had better service and communication buying A Subaru which
costs about 1/8th the price. Wouldn't buy a bicycle from this dealership. No
wonder they couldn't sell that beautifulS 63 AMG coupe. Maybe they should
try selling hot dogs.

A Mercedes Dealer primarily. A wide range of new and used vehicles. Very polite and helpful sales staff. Not pushy at all as other ratings I read. This is a very professional dealership. The loan credit application was completed quickly and the documentation was done well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dealer was good, not pushy. Offered other options, but I want a Z4. Their's was just out of my price range.
Old fashioned "high pressure" dealership. We just wanted to test drive a car
and we ended up being there for almost 2 hours. It brought it all back...we
had to re-learn how to deal with these types of dealerships. There are much
better dealerships in the area that treat you with respect...avoid this place.
