Crooked liars one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Definitely don't try to trade anything in there they give you some out of the box price for your vehicle that's way too low.

Huge amount of miscommunication between sales person and management. They have no way to track whether a sales person is making a deal. You can book an appointment, provide paper work and even speak to finance person,
they will sell the car to someone else. The general manager was late to respond even after we called multiple times. The sales manager on site, kept on picking on my words when i was clearly upset that they sold the car as i was
making the deal with one of their sales person, he kept on saying i don't agree with your terminology, etc instead of defusing the situation. They have a hard time managing 12 sales person crew. I would not recommend this
dealership to anyone wanting a fair deal on their vehicle.
My sales person Joleen Jones was very nice and professional. The finance team was amazing. I was in and out. I have never been to is satisfied with a purchase. I will buy all of my cars here from now on

I was in contact with Jacob Steiger the Internet Director, we were
working on a deal for a 2013 Honda Pilot. I was willing to put a
deposit down on the car as I was coming there from out of town with
a pre-approved loan. He said he would hold the car I told him I was on
the way. Once the bank got back with me stating I was approved for
the loan it was late I know I could not make it to the
dealership in an hours time. I called him and he told me he would hold the vehicle and
to let him know when I was on my way tomorrow. He would not be in
and he would have one of his co-worker to close the deal. I called
back to make the arrangements and he tells me he is at his baseball
practice for his son and the car has been sold, sorry. They have contactless purchase at the dealership why not suggest/offer that to close the deal.
Making money was more important than customer service. They never afforded me that opportunity to finish the deal, will not do business here again.

We’re certainly sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. We simply don’t take deposits or hold vehicles unless, in an out of town case such as yours, when the client calls and says I’m in my car on the way there. In that circumstance we hold the car for the time it takes to drive here.
We understand it can sometimes take a couple of days to arrange to finance, but in the interim, the vehicle is for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We do offer contactless delivery but that’s limited to a 50-mile radius.

I spent all afternoon negotiating on a price for a vehicle. Every issue, price offer went through Steve Ziegler used car manager. Finally, a deal was reached numbers were agreed on. I completed a credit application, I was approved, I made the appointment to pick up the car. I was very excited. I get the follow text
"I have some bad news Someone just came in and bought the car from another salesman They don't hold cars it's first come to buy it gets it."
This after receiving the following.
"I will get with Steve the guy that has been working your deal . You should be good to go Tabitha will schedule the appointment " I received the confirmation of the numbers and went to clean out my car. See photo. Below!
The way I was raised your word was all you had. It is everything. What I have learned about Mercedes of Georgetown preowned division manager, his word means nothing. Shame on him, shame on his company..

I saw a car online, then i called them to make an appointment cuz live in other city, so at that time the car was available, i told them im on the way and i was the first person, when i got there they said sorry we sold the car!! and they were jerks with no respect at all! Then they said we increased the price! That was messed up! Worst dealer, not recommended.

This vehicle had quite a few mechanical and cosmetic issues. The
salesman distracted my attention by talking too much. I was unable to
really pay attention to the condition of the vehicle. I expected more
honesty and candor from a premier dealership like Mercedes-Benz. My
bad. I was lulled into a sense of complacency. Would I buy from this
dealership again? No way!

The sales person did a really good job and, except for when it came to
fixing the minor issues found after the car was inspected by my
mechanic, everything else was great.
After we had agreed on the purchase price, I had been told that if
anything was found during the inspection they would fix it but when a
couple things that needed to be fixed where found, they backed out of
that and claimed the that the price of the car was already too low (as if
they were loosing money on the deal, right? LoL!!) and were not willing
to fix the minor things my mechanic had found.
I still purchased the car because it was the car I wanted, the price was
right and the issues were minor. However, it was disappointing to
have them go back on their word after I already had spend time and
effort driving and having the car inspected. I wonder if my decision
would have been the same if the fixes were more expensive, though.
They did, however, mailed me a check for the air filter that need to be
replaced and that made up for it a bit.
